A preparation method of medical supplies series yarn is characterized in that the medical supplies series yarn is made of silicone-free sewing thread and/or silicone-free waterproof sewing thread and/or non-adhesive AB mesh yarn, and the preparation method of the silicone-free sewing thread comprises the following steps:

step (1), putting the pine cone thread into a neutral degreasing agent solution, and soaking at high temperature;

dehydrating by a dehydrating device, and soaking in purified water;

and (3) drying after dehydration, drying, and polishing beeswax by a yarn waxing device to be wound into the silicone oil-free sewing thread.

5. The method for preparing a medical supplies series yarn according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the silicone oil-free waterproof sewing thread comprises the following steps:

step (1), degreasing, cleaning and drying the threads, then putting the threads into a fluorine-free waterproof agent solution, soaking the threads at normal temperature, and then dehydrating the threads;

step (2), baking after drying by a drying device;

and (3) waxing the beeswax by using a warp yarn waxing device to wind the warp yarn into the silicone oil-free waterproof sewing thread.

6. The method for preparing a medical care product series yarn according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the yarn which is degreased, cleaned and dried is put into a 5-7% fluoride-free water repellent solution to be soaked for 1 hour at normal temperature and then dehydrated.

7. The method of making a medical article array yarn of claim 1, wherein the method of making a non-adhesive AB grid yarn comprises the steps of:

combining and twisting the polyester low stretch yarn A and the polyester hot melt yarn B into AB yarn;

and (2) weaving the AB yarns into a gauze.

8. The method for preparing medical supplies series yarn according to claim 7, wherein the polyester thermal fuse B in the step (1) is a low melting point thermal fuse with melting point of 108-110 ℃.

9. A medical glue-free grid paper towel is characterized in that a glue-free AB grid gauze prepared according to any one of claims 7 to 8 is clamped between 2 to 4 layers of paper, the composite paper is ironed back and forth at high temperature, a polyester hot-melt yarn B is melted into a polyester solution, and the polyester solution seamlessly bonds a grid-shaped polyester low-stretch yarn A and the multi-layer paper to form the glue-free grid paper towel.

10. Use of a silicone-free sewing thread prepared according to the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 4 and/or a silicone-free waterproof sewing thread prepared according to the preparation method of any one of claims 5 to 6 and/or a glue-free AB mesh yarn prepared according to the preparation method of any one of claims 7 to 8 in the field of medical supplies.

Technical Field

The invention relates to textile materials, in particular to a preparation method and application of medical supplies series yarns.

Background

At present, the scientific community has determined that human skin is not allergic to chemical fibers per se, but is allergic to auxiliary agents contained in the chemical fibers, wherein silicone oil is one of the main agents. Similarly, the adhesive in the medical composite fabric is also considered to have toxicity, the chemical glue is the main one, the stronger the glue toxicity and the irritation are, the edible rice glue does not contain formaldehyde, but has low viscosity and high price. Therefore, 99.9% of domestic sewing thread suppliers add a large amount of silicone oil to the thread for lubrication in order to improve the sewability of the thread, and after the water washing process, the silicone oil and other harmful substances contained in the sewing thread are basically removed from common clothes sewed by the thread, but the medical protective articles sewed by the thread without water washing have great potential safety hazard. China is a world large country for producing medical supplies, and the sewing thread for sewing the medical supplies does not fundamentally solve the problems of no silicone oil, thread breakage and the like so far. Medical supplies such as medical grid paper wipes used by medical personnel have not been produced without glue.

Preferably, the silicone oil-free sewing thread in the step (1) puts the bobbin thread into a neutral degreasing agent solution with the concentration of 2-5%.

In any of the above embodiments, the neutral oil removing agent in the step (1) is preferably 106 solvents.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the conditions of the high-temperature soaking in the step (1) are as follows: soaking at 95-130 deg.C for 40-50 min.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the conditions of the high-temperature soaking in the step (1) are as follows: soaking at 95 deg.C for 50 min.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the conditions of the high-temperature soaking in the step (1) are as follows: soaking at 105 deg.C for 45 min.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the conditions of the high-temperature soaking in the step (1) are as follows: soaking at 115 deg.C for 45 min.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the conditions of the high-temperature soaking in the step (1) are as follows: soaking at 125 deg.C for 40 min.

In any of the above embodiments, in the step (1), the fluorine-free water repellent is TF-501G fluorine-free water repellent.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, in the step (2), the drying is carried out at the temperature of 92-98 ℃, and the baking is carried out at the temperature of 155-165 ℃ for 4-6 minutes.

Detailed Description

Example 1

A preparation method of medical supplies series yarn is prepared by silicone-free sewing thread and/or silicone-free waterproof sewing thread and/or silicone-free AB mesh yarn, wherein the silicone-free sewing thread is prepared by the following steps: firstly, putting the polyester cone loose yarn into a 3% neutral 106 degreaser solution, and soaking for 45 minutes at a high temperature of 115 ℃; dewatering for 3 minutes by XCJ full frequency conversion dewatering equipment, and soaking in purified water for 10-15 minutes; then drying by 95 deg.C drying equipment (XCJ-B cylinder dryer), waxing with beeswax by yarn waxing device (patent application number ZL201420238523.5), and winding into silicone oil-free sewing thread. Natural edible beeswax is used to replace chemical silicone oil to lubricate sewing thread, and the thread is made to break without silicone oil.

Example 2

A medical product series yarn was prepared similar to example 1, except that the pine cone yarn was first placed in a 2% neutral 106 solution of the oil removal agent.

Example 3

A medical product series yarn was prepared similar to example 1, except that the pine cone yarn was first placed in a 5% neutral 106 solution of an oil removal agent.

Example 4

A medical care product series yarn was prepared similar to example 1 except that the yarn was soaked at a high temperature of 95 ℃ for 50 minutes.

Example 5

A medical care product series yarn was prepared similar to example 1, except that the yarn was soaked at 130 deg.C for 40 minutes.

Example 6

A preparation method of medical care product series yarn is similar to that of the embodiment 1, and is different in that the yarn is dried, dried by a drying device at the temperature of 92 ℃, and then is waxed by a yarn waxing device to be wound into silicone oil-free sewing thread.

Example 7

The wire is subjected to chemical waterproof treatment and then physically sprayed with beeswax for lubrication, the beeswax also has good water repellency, and the dual waterproof wire has a better waterproof effect.

Example 9

A medical care product series yarn is prepared by the similar method of example 8, except that the yarn after deoiling, cleaning and drying is put into 5% fluorine-free waterproof agent TF-501G normal temperature solution to be soaked for 1 hour and then dehydrated.

Example 10

A medical care product series yarn is prepared by the similar method of example 8, except that the yarn after deoiling, cleaning and drying is put into 7% fluorine-free waterproof agent TF-501G normal temperature solution to be soaked for 1 hour and then dehydrated.

Example 11

A medical product series of yarns was prepared similar to example 8 except that the yarns were finally oven-dried at 92 deg.C and oven-dried at 155 deg.C for 6 minutes.

Example 12

Example 13

When the medical adhesive-free grid hand wiping paper is prepared, the prepared AB yarns are woven into a gauze, the gauze is clamped between 2-4 layers of paper, the composite paper is ironed back and forth at high temperature of 135 ℃, the 20D polyester hot melt yarns B are melted into a polyester solution, and the polyester solution seamlessly bonds the grid polyester low stretch yarns A and the multi-layer paper into the adhesive-free grid hand wiping paper. The embodiment creatively ends the history that the medical grid paper towel can be bonded only by glue by utilizing the physical characteristic of low melting point of the polyester thermal fuse.

Example 14

A method for preparing a medical supplies series yarn, similar to example 13, except that the 20D polyester thermal fuse B has a low melting point of 108 ℃.
