In implementation, the air in the inflator 543 is directly pumped out by the air pump, then the piston jacking column 542 descends along the inflator 543 and compresses the return spring 544, then the descending piston jacking column 542 drives the jacking block 541 to descend together until the jacking block 541 cannot move continuously, then the rotary column 81 is driven to drive the shaping frame 52 to move in the square hole 53 through an external driver, and the stable anti-shaking piece 84 can be embedded into the groove 83 to limit the rotary column 81 when the rotary column 81 is driven to rotate, so as to prevent the plate shaking and separation phenomenon caused by the fact that the rotary column 81 is driven to rotate too fast.
