The drive mechanism includes: a cylinder 1 with a return spring 3 or a motor-driven rack 2, the rack 2 being engaged with a push-pull gear 9 of the first primer press-fitting unit.

The tapered gear 9 and the rack 2 meshed with the tapered gear are both made of die steel such as 40Cr and the like, and the heat treatment mode adopts high-frequency quenching of the gear surface after quenching and tempering.

As shown in fig. 4, the mounting flange 10 has a wrench face 101 for adjusting the mounting angle thereof, and is used for clamping a wrench when adjusting the position angle of the mounting flange 10 on the fixing base plate 11. As shown in fig. 1(c), the cylinder 1 extends to a proper position, the return spring 3 is compressed, the cylinder 1 drives the rack 2 to move forward to a proper position, the first push-pull gear engaged with the rack moves to drive the mutually engaged push-pull gears to move, as the assembling flange 10 is fixed on the fixed bottom plate 11, each push-pull gear 9 is in threaded transmission connection with the respectively engaged assembling flange 10, as a result, the first push-pull gear 4 and all the push-pull gears 9 move downward, the inner conical surface 91 presses the cage-shaped strip-shaped structure conical surface 102 on the assembling flange, and as a result, the cage-shaped strip-shaped structure is centered to tightly hold the cartridge case 6, and the accurate centering, clamping and positioning functions of the cartridge case 6 are realized.

Through specific practical experimental simulation, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the rack moves according to an input displacement function (input according to a certain trigonometric function), the motion of the meshing gear is smooth, the curve output of angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration also shows good motion performance, and the result is favorable for smoothly realizing the pulling motion.

Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the mechanism with the self-centering function is formed by the special assembly flange 10 and the push-pull gears 4 and 9, so that the coaxiality of primer and a cartridge case is effectively ensured, and the accurate press mounting is facilitated; the inner conical surface of the push-pull gear is matched with the conical surface of the cage-type strip structure on the upper part of the assembly flange, so that the accurate centering, clamping and positioning functions of the cartridge case are realized; the lower part of the pressing rod is provided with the taper and the step, so that the taper can play a role in shaping the cartridge case in the pressing process of the pressing rod, the accurate force application position of the pressing rod on the cartridge case can be effectively ensured to be arranged at the port of the cartridge case, and the deformation of the bottom of the cartridge case caused by the direct pressing of the pressing rod on the bottom of the cartridge case is avoided; the push rod with the inner fillet shape is processed at the top, so that the accurate force application position of the push rod on the primer is effectively ensured, and the risk that the primer explodes due to the fact that the push rod is directly pressed to the middle position of the bottom of the primer is avoided; the mechanism integrally realizes the driving and transmission functions through a gear set consisting of 10 mutually meshed pushing and pulling gears with self-centering function, a rack meshed with the head pushing and pulling gear, a rack return spring and a cylinder for driving the rack to move.
