Two ends of the heat exchange tube 112 are respectively communicated with the heat exchange channels 108 on two sides, a plurality of partition plates 107 are respectively arranged in the heat exchange channels 108 on two sides, so that every two adjacent groups of heat exchange assemblies on the side are communicated with the heat exchange channels 108 between the two adjacent partition plates 107, and the partition plates 107 in the heat exchange channels 108 on two sides are staggered so that the two ends of the heat exchange assemblies in the groups are sequentially communicated in series from bottom to top. Referring to fig. 8, the first burner 9 and the second burner 811 are both connected to the gas supply system 8; the first burner 9 and the second burner 811 are each provided with a flame detection device, an ignition electrode, an air inlet and a gas inlet, and the flame detection device is a UV detector. The gas supply system 8 is provided with an air main pipeline 809, a gas inlet pipe 805 and a combustion controller 814, the air main pipeline 809 is connected with a fan 808, an air valve is arranged on the air main pipeline 809 connected with the fan 808, the fan 808 is connected with an intelligent frequency converter 806 for controlling the air inflow of the fan 808, the frequency converter 806 is connected with a temperature control meter 807 through a signal wire, and the temperature control meter 807 is connected with a temperature measuring probe. The air inlets of the first burner 9 and the second burner 811 are respectively connected with an air branch pipe 112, the air branch pipes 112 are connected with an air main pipe 809, and the air branch pipes 112 are respectively provided with an electric air valve 810.

The gas inlets of the first combustor 9 and the second combustor 811 are respectively connected with a gas branch pipeline 815, the gas branch pipeline 815 is connected with a gas inlet pipe 805, the gas branch pipelines 815 connected with the first combustor 9 and the second combustor 811 are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve 816, the gas inlet pipe 805 is sequentially provided with a pressure regulating valve 801, a gas electromagnetic valve 802, an air-fuel proportional valve 803 and a ball valve 804 along the air inlet direction, the air inlet of the air-fuel proportional valve 803 is connected with an air inlet pipeline, and the air inlet pipeline is communicated with an air main pipeline 809.

The ignition electrode is connected with an igniter, a flame detection control line and an ignition control line are connected to the combustion controller 814, intermediate relays 813 are respectively arranged on the flame detection control line and the ignition control line, and the flame detection devices of the first combustor 9 and the second combustor 811 and the igniter are respectively connected with the respective intermediate relays 813 through signal lines.

The electric air valve 810 is controlled by the combustion controller 814 to realize the air intake amount supplied to the burner, and when in use, the electric air valve 810 for controlling the air intake amount supply of the first burner 9 and/or the second burner 811 is opened as required, and the opening degree is controlled according to the set temperature. The gas supply of the burners is controlled by controlling the on-off of the electromagnetic valve 816, and the gas supply system 8 simultaneously controls the two burners to work, so that the gas supply systems of the two burners are integrated, the components of the burners are reduced, the operating requirements of the granulator for humidification and drying are met, the combustion temperature can be controlled according to the requirements, the equipment investment is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

The upper part of a partition plate 11 of the isolated airflow circulating chamber 15 is provided with a cooling air port 12 communicated with a ventilation cavity 16, the cooling air port 12 is hinged with a cooling air door 5 which is opened outwards, and the back of the cooling air door 5 is provided with an air cylinder for driving the cooling air door 5 to open and close. In the cooling operation, the cooling damper 5 is fully opened, so that the roller 12 can rapidly dissipate heat, and the fabric is cooled. The opening degree can be adjusted during drying, so that water vapor in the roller 12 is discharged, and the drying efficiency is improved.

The centrifugal fan 6 is connected with an intelligent frequency converter for controlling the air input of the centrifugal fan 6, so that the air speed of the fabric can be adjusted at any time in the three process steps of humidification, drying and cooling. Centrifugal fan 6 includes the fan blade and drives the rotatory motor of fan blade, is equipped with the round bead on the fan blade mounting end face of motor one side, and centrifugal fan 6 during operation, the bead is rotatory to make cold wind inhale from the motor all around and enter the fan blade to make cold wind parcel motor, the motor is cooled down, has improved the life of motor, reduces its high temperature damage phenomenon.

When the fabric is humidified, the steam generator 10 is started, and when the temperature of the steam reaches a set temperature, the steam is conveyed to the steam outlet pipe 17 through the steam conveying pipe 105, and the steam is sprayed into the grain shaking drum 12, so that the humidifying process operation is realized. After the humidifying operation is finished, the fabric needs to be dried, at this time, the first combustor 9 of the airflow drying system is started to heat the air at the bottom of the hot air generating chamber 13, the heated hot air enters the grain shaking roller 12 for drying operation through the air exchange cavity 16 from the air inlet at the upper part of the hot air generating chamber 13, meanwhile, the centrifugal fan 6 is started, part of the air is discharged into the airflow circulating chamber 15 through the air outlet at the bottom of the roller 12 under the guide of the centrifugal fan 6, the air door 7 for controlling the airflow in the circulating pipeline 14 is opened to have a certain opening degree, part of the moisture is directly discharged through the air door, and part of the air enters the hot air generating chamber 13 again through the circulating pipeline 14 for heating.

When the cooling process operation is carried out, the air door 7 for controlling the air flow in the circulating pipeline 14 is closed, the cooling air door 5 is fully opened, the centrifugal fan 6 is started, cold air enters the roller 12 from the cooling air door 5 and is discharged from the air door 7 in the circulating pipeline 14, so that the roller 12 can quickly dissipate heat, and the fabric is cooled.
