1. A terminal split-screen operation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

acquiring the face information of a current first user of the terminal and a first operation interface;

The terminal split-screen operation method of claim 3, wherein the first operation interface and the second operation interface are displayed on the screen of the terminal at the same time, and the camera device determines whether to replace the first user or the second user after recognizing the face information of the third user appearing in front of the terminal, comprising:

5. The terminal split-screen operation method of claim 1, further comprising:

simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and quitting the first operation interface when the first operation interface is determined to quit, and adjusting the size of the second operation interface to the size of the terminal before split screen;

and simultaneously displaying the first operation interface and the second operation interface on the screen of the terminal, and quitting the second operation interface when the second operation interface is determined to quit, so that the size of the first operation interface is adjusted to the size of the terminal before split screen.

6. The terminal split-screen operation method of claim 5, wherein determining that the first operation interface exits comprises:

outputting first exit option information after receiving continuous touch information of a first user;

after first determined quitting information input by a first user according to the first quitting option information is received, determining that the first operation interface quits;

determining that the second operation interface exits, including:

outputting second quitting option information after receiving continuous touch information of a second user;

and determining that the second operation interface exits after receiving second determined exiting information input by the second user according to the second exiting option information.

7. A terminal split-screen operating device is characterized by comprising:

and when the double-screen operation selection information input by the first user or the second user is not the double-screen operation, determining not to adopt the split-screen operation.

simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and outputting prompt information for replacing the first user or the second user after the camera equipment identifies face information of a third user appearing in front of the terminal, wherein the prompt information comprises replacing the first user, replacing the second user and not replacing;

when the prompt information selected by the first user, the second user or the third user is received as the replacement first user, determining to replace the first user;

when the prompt information selected by the first user, the second user or the third user is received as the replacement second user, determining to replace the second user;

and when the prompt information selected by the first user, the second user or the third user is received as non-replacement, determining not to replace.

11. The terminal split-screen operating device of claim 7, further comprising an exit module for:

simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and quitting the first operation interface when the first operation interface is determined to quit, and adjusting the size of the second operation interface to the size of the terminal before split screen;

and simultaneously displaying the first operation interface and the second operation interface on the screen of the terminal, and quitting the second operation interface when the second operation interface is determined to quit, so that the size of the first operation interface is adjusted to the size of the terminal before split screen.

12. The terminal split-screen operating device according to claim 11, wherein the exit module is specifically configured to:

outputting first exit option information after receiving continuous touch information of a first user;

after first determined quitting information input by a first user according to the first quitting option information is received, determining that the first operation interface quits;

outputting second quitting option information after receiving continuous touch information of a second user;

and determining that the second operation interface exits after receiving second determined exiting information input by the second user according to the second exiting option information.

Background

and when the split screen operation is determined not to be adopted, keeping the screen of the terminal as a first operation interface.

The embodiment of the invention provides a terminal split-screen operating device, which is simple to operate and comprises:

the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the face information of the current first user of the terminal and a first operation interface;

Based on the above embodiments, the present invention provides the following embodiment to explain a detailed flow of the terminal split-screen operation method, and fig. 5 is a detailed flow chart of the terminal split-screen operation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, the detailed flow of the terminal split-screen operation method includes:

step 501, acquiring the face information of a current first user and a first operation interface of a terminal;

step 502, after the camera equipment identifies the face information of a second user appearing in front of the terminal, receiving double-screen operation selection information input by a first user or the second user;

step 503, judging whether the double-screen operation selection information input by the first user or the second user adopts double-screen operation, entering step 504 when the double-screen operation selection information adopts double-screen operation, otherwise, turning to step 505;

step 504, determining to adopt split screen operation; dividing a screen of the terminal into a first operation interface of a first user and a second operation interface of a second user; receiving trigger events of a first operation interface and a second operation interface and putting the trigger events into a stack; executing the trigger events in the stack in sequence, and turning to step 506;

step 505, determining that the split screen operation is not adopted, keeping the screen of the terminal as a first operation interface, and turning to step 506 and step 513;

step 506, simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and outputting prompt information whether to replace the first user or the second user after the camera equipment identifies face information of a third user appearing in front of the terminal, wherein the prompt information comprises replacing the first user, replacing the second user and not replacing;

step 507, judging whether the selected prompt information is the replacement first user, if so, turning to step 508, otherwise, turning to step 509;

step 508, quitting the first operation interface, and replacing the position of the first operation interface with a third operation interface; recording a first operation interface and corresponding operation data; receiving a trigger event of a third operation interface, putting the trigger event into a stack, and turning to the step 512 and the step 513;

step 509, judging whether the selected prompt message is a replacement second user, if so, turning to step 510, otherwise, turning to step 511;

step 510, quitting the second operation interface, and replacing the position of the second operation interface with a third operation interface; recording a second operation interface and corresponding operation data; receiving a trigger event of a third operation interface, putting the trigger event into a stack, and turning to the step 512 and the step 513;

step 511, keeping the screen of the terminal as a first operation interface and a second operation interface, and turning to steps 512 and 513;

step 512, recognizing the face information of the first user or the second user appearing in front of the terminal again by the camera equipment, obtaining the recorded first operation interface and the corresponding operation data or the data recorded by the second operation interface, and turning to step 507;

step 513, simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on the screen of the terminal, and when determining that the first operation interface exits, exiting the first operation interface, and adjusting the size of the second operation interface to the size of the terminal before split screen; recording a first operation interface and corresponding operation data;

step 514, simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and when determining that the second operation interface exits, exiting the second operation interface, and adjusting the size of the first operation interface to the size of the terminal before split screen; and recording the second operation interface and the corresponding operation data.

Of course, it is understood that there may be other variations to the detailed flow of the terminal split-screen operation method, and the related variations should fall within the scope of the present invention.

In summary, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the face information of the current first user of the terminal and the first operation interface are obtained; after the camera equipment identifies the face information of a second user appearing in front of the terminal, determining whether to adopt split screen operation; when the split screen operation is determined, dividing a screen of the terminal into a first operation interface of a first user and a second operation interface of a second user; receiving trigger events of a first operation interface and a second operation interface and putting the trigger events into a stack; executing the trigger events in the stack in sequence; and when the split screen operation is determined not to be adopted, keeping the screen of the terminal as a first operation interface. In the process, the face information of the user appearing in front of the terminal can be automatically identified through the camera equipment, so that whether screen splitting operation is needed or not is determined, screen splitting is achieved or a first operation interface is kept, complex setting is not needed, and therefore the operation is simple and the screen splitting efficiency is high.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal split-screen operating device, as described in the following embodiments. Because the principle of solving the problems is similar to the split-screen operation method of the terminal, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated parts are not described in detail.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a terminal split-screen operating device in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the device includes:

the information obtaining module 601 is configured to obtain face information of a current first user of the terminal and a first operation interface;

the judging module 602 is configured to determine whether to use a split screen operation after the camera device identifies face information of a second user appearing in front of the terminal;

the first operation module 603 is configured to divide the screen of the terminal into a first operation interface of a first user and a second operation interface of a second user when it is determined that the split-screen operation is adopted; receiving trigger events of a first operation interface and a second operation interface and putting the trigger events into a stack; executing the trigger events in the stack in sequence;

a second operation module 604, configured to maintain the screen of the terminal as the first operation interface when it is determined that the split-screen operation is not used.

In an embodiment, the determining module 602 is specifically configured to:

receiving double-screen operation selection information input by a first user or a second user, wherein the double-screen operation selection information is input by the first user or the second user according to prompt information selected by double-screen operation;

and when the double-screen operation selection information input by the first user or the second user is the double-screen operation, determining to adopt the split-screen operation.

And when the double-screen operation selection information input by the first user or the second user is not the double-screen operation, determining not to adopt the split-screen operation.

In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a replacement module 605 for:

the method comprises the steps that a first operation interface and a second operation interface are displayed on a screen of the terminal at the same time, and after the camera equipment identifies face information of a third user appearing in front of the terminal, whether the first user or the second user is replaced or not is determined;

after the first user is determined to be replaced, quitting the first operation interface, and replacing the position of the first operation interface with a third operation interface; receiving a trigger event of a third operation interface and putting the trigger event into a stack;

after determining to replace the second user, quitting the second operation interface, and replacing the position of the second operation interface with a third operation interface; receiving a trigger event of a third operation interface and putting the trigger event into a stack;

and after the terminal is determined not to be replaced, keeping the screen of the terminal as a first operation interface and a second operation interface.

In an embodiment, the replacement module 605 is specifically configured to:

simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and outputting prompt information for replacing the first user or the second user after the camera equipment identifies face information of a third user appearing in front of the terminal, wherein the prompt information comprises replacing the first user, replacing the second user and not replacing;

when the prompt information selected by the first user, the second user or the third user is received as the replacement first user, determining to replace the first user;

when the prompt information selected by the first user, the second user or the third user is received as the replacement second user, determining to replace the second user;

and when the prompt information selected by the first user, the second user or the third user is received as non-replacement, determining not to replace.

In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises an exit module 606 for:

simultaneously displaying a first operation interface and a second operation interface on a screen of the terminal, and quitting the first operation interface when the first operation interface is determined to quit, and adjusting the size of the second operation interface to the size of the terminal before split screen;

and simultaneously displaying the first operation interface and the second operation interface on the screen of the terminal, and quitting the second operation interface when the second operation interface is determined to quit, so that the size of the first operation interface is adjusted to the size of the terminal before split screen.

In an embodiment, the exit module 606 is specifically configured to:

outputting first exit option information after receiving continuous touch information of a first user;

after first determined quitting information input by a first user according to the first quitting option information is received, determining that the first operation interface quits;

outputting second quitting option information after receiving continuous touch information of a second user;

and determining that the second operation interface exits after receiving second determined exiting information input by the second user according to the second exiting option information.

In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a recording module 607 configured to:

recording a first operation interface and corresponding operation data;

and when the camera equipment re-identifies the face information of the first user appearing in front of the terminal and determines to display the first operation interface, displaying the recorded first operation interface and the corresponding operation data.

In summary, in the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the information obtaining module 601 is configured to obtain the current face information of the first user and the first operation interface of the terminal; the judging module 602 is configured to determine whether to use a split screen operation after the camera device identifies face information of a second user appearing in front of the terminal; the first operation module 603 is configured to divide the screen of the terminal into a first operation interface of a first user and a second operation interface of a second user when it is determined that the split-screen operation is adopted; receiving trigger events of a first operation interface and a second operation interface and putting the trigger events into a stack; executing the trigger events in the stack in sequence; a second operation module 604, configured to maintain the screen of the terminal as the first operation interface when it is determined that the split-screen operation is not used. In the process, the face information of the user appearing in front of the terminal can be automatically identified through the camera equipment, so that whether screen splitting operation is needed or not is determined, screen splitting is achieved or a first operation interface is kept, complex setting is not needed, and therefore the operation is simple and the screen splitting efficiency is high.

Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a terminal distribution operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the system includes a terminal 701, a camera device 702, and the terminal split-screen operating device 703, wherein,

the screen of the terminal 701 is used for displaying a single or double operation interfaces;

the camera device 702 is used to identify face information of the user appearing in front of the terminal.

In the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, an information acquisition module in a terminal split-screen operation device is used for acquiring the current face information of a first user and a first operation interface of the terminal; the judging module is used for determining whether to adopt split screen operation after the camera equipment identifies the face information of the second user appearing in front of the terminal; the terminal comprises a first operation module, a second operation module and a display module, wherein the first operation module is used for dividing a screen of the terminal into a first operation interface of a first user and a second operation interface of a second user when the split screen operation is determined; receiving trigger events of a first operation interface and a second operation interface and putting the trigger events into a stack; executing the trigger events in the stack in sequence; and the second operation module is used for keeping the screen of the terminal as the first operation interface when the split screen operation is determined not to be adopted. In the process, the face information of the user appearing in front of the terminal can be automatically identified through the camera equipment, so that whether screen splitting operation is needed or not is determined, screen splitting is achieved or a first operation interface is kept, complex setting is not needed, and therefore the operation is simple and the screen splitting efficiency is high.
