During manufacturing, firstly, an upper shear blade 1 provided with an upper clamping support 121 and an upper shear blade clamping groove 15 (wherein the upper clamping support 121 is provided with a back cutting knife 9, a cut positioning blade 8 and an arc-shaped bayonet 122) and a lower shear blade 2 provided with a lower clamping support 221 and a lower shear blade clamping groove 25 are manufactured, and then the upper shear blade 1 and the lower shear blade 2 are hinged together through a first mounting pin shaft penetrating through the upper mounting hole 14 and the lower mounting hole 24; then, the right outer circular ring 223 is installed at a proper position of the lower shear blade 2, the rotating circular ring 31 (provided with the rotating handle 7) is sleeved on the right outer circular ring 223, the right side of the right outer circular ring 223 is provided with the rotating clamping groove 231, so that the sleeving of the rotating circular ring 31 (provided with the rotating handle 7) is not influenced, then the manufactured lower rotating clamping block 32 and the upper rotating clamping block 33 penetrate through the lower pin hole 321 and the upper pin hole 331 through the second pin shaft 34 to movably connect the lower rotating clamping block 32 and the upper rotating clamping block 33 together in a hinge mode, then the rotating clamping block resetting pressure spring 6 is pressed in the pressure spring installation hole, the rotating clamping block resetting pressure spring 6 is fixed between the lower rotating clamping block 32 and the upper rotating clamping block 33 and is in a pre-compression state, and then the left end of the assembled lower rotating clamping block 32 and the left end of the upper rotating clamping block 33 penetrate through the inner rotating circular ring 31 (provided with the rotating handle 7) from right to left, The upper shear blade clamping groove 15 (or the lower shear blade clamping groove 25), the inner blocking ring 225 is clamped into the inner clamping groove of the right outer circular ring 223, finally, one end of the rotating handle resetting tension spring 71 is hung on the rotating handle 7, the other end of the rotating handle resetting tension spring is hung on the lower shear blade 2 or the right outer circular ring 223, and the rotating handle resetting tension spring 71 is in a pre-tensioning state. When the shrimp scissors adopting the technical scheme are used for processing shrimp wires, the crayfishes are usually held by the left hand, the backs of the crayfishes are upward, the scissors are held by the right hand in the vertical direction, the handles of the scissors are arranged behind, and the planes of the scissors are in the vertical direction. When the scissors are in an initial state, the upper scissors mounting part and the lower scissors mounting part are in an open state, namely the upper clamping support 121 and the lower clamping support 221 as well as the left end of the lower rotating clamping block 32 and the left end of the upper rotating clamping block 33 are in an open state, the tail part of the crawfish is firstly inserted into a gap between the left end of the lower rotating clamping block 32 and the left end of the upper rotating clamping block 33 from the left to the right by using the left hand, then the scissors are held at the scissors handle (the upper scissors blade 1 and the lower scissors blade 2 are in a closed state), at the moment, the upper clamping support 121 and the lower clamping support 221 are folded to clamp the front part of the crawfish tail, the left end of the lower rotating clamping block 32 and the left end of the upper rotating clamping block 33 are folded to clamp the middle fan part of the tail part of the crawfish, the two positioning blades 8 for cutting into the middle fan part of the crawfish tail part, then the rotating handle 7 of the inner clamping block is rotated by using the left hand, and the rotating mechanism, the inner rotating ring 31 rotates in the right outer ring 223 for a certain angle, at this time, the rotating clamping block return compression spring 6 is in a compressed state, and the rotating handle return tension spring 71 is in a stretched state; after the rotation, the middle fan of the tail fan of the crayfish is cut off, which is equivalent to that the middle fan of the crayfish is pinched by hands and the middle fan is twisted off accurately, then, after the left hand loosens the rotating handle 7, the crayfish body is held to the left, the right hand keeps the scissors closed state (the middle and tail fans of the crayfish are still clamped), and the pretreatment of removing the crayfish threads can be completed quickly; then the head of the crayfish is cut off by the upper scissors front blade part 11 and the lower scissors front blade part 21 of the scissors, and the pretreatment of the head of the crayfish is completed.

According to the shrimp scissors, the upper clamping support 121 and the lower clamping support 221 are adopted to fix the front parts of the shrimp tails, the left end of the lower rotating clamping block 32 and the left end of the upper rotating clamping block 33 are adopted to fix the middle fan parts of the shrimp tails, the shrimp scissors are more stable compared with the situation that the shrimp bodies are held by hands, meanwhile, the inner clamping rotating mechanism is rotated, the middle fan parts at the tail parts can be better twisted off, the shrimp wires can be more conveniently taken out, the shrimp heads can be cut off, the operation is simple, the efficiency is improved, and the pretreatment effect of the crayfish is ensured.
