The material pushing is realized by adopting a sliding structure, and the side blocking piece 422 is arranged to prevent the raw material of the popcorn from deviating, so that the material pushing stability is improved. Specifically, the pushing component 420 is driven by a third driving mechanism to slide along the sliding seat 410, the third driving mechanism includes a third motor 431 and a belt transmission mechanism, the pushing component 420 is fixedly connected with a belt of the belt transmission mechanism, and the sliding seat 410 is provided with a mounting groove 411 for mounting the third motor 431 and the belt transmission mechanism.

In some embodiments, there are at least two storage blanking modules 200, each storage blanking module 200 is arranged in parallel along the material pushing direction of the material pushing module 400, the material pushing module 400 is arranged outside the discharge port 211 of the storage blanking module 200, the discharge port 211 of each storage blanking module 200 is located on the material pushing path of the material pushing module 400, and the material pushing component 420 can move between the discharge ports 211 of each storage blanking module 200. The storage blanking module 200 adopts the structure of the rotating part 220 and the shell 210, a plurality of storage spaces can be arranged in parallel, and the storage space is improved, and different storage blanking modules 200 can use raw materials of popcorn with different tastes, so that a plurality of different choices are provided for consumers.

Referring to fig. 16, in the present embodiment, the heating module 300 includes a microwave heating device 310, the raw popcorn material is stored in bags, the microwave heating device 310 can heat the raw popcorn material in bags, the microwave heating device 310 has a first side door 311 and a second side door 312, wherein the first side door 311 is opened for the material pushing module 400 to input the raw popcorn material; the second side door 312 is opened, and the popcorn after being heated and popped can be output; when the heating device is in heating operation, the first side door 311 and the second side door 312 are closed. Adopt microwave heating's form heating bagged popcorn raw and other materials, compare with current heating methods and the mode that uses the kernel of corn bulk material as popcorn raw and other materials, avoid with popcorn raw and other materials direct contact, popcorn raw and other materials heat in a confined space, clean convenient, effectively reduce food safety risk.

Further, the heating module 300 further includes an ejecting mechanism for ejecting the popcorn. Specifically, the pushing mechanism includes a push plate 320 and a fourth driving mechanism 330 for pushing the push plate 320 to move, and the fourth driving mechanism 330 may adopt a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, a screw nut transmission mechanism, or an air cylinder telescopic device, so long as it can realize a linear reciprocating motion to push out the popcorn.

Referring to fig. 17, in the present embodiment, the self-service popcorn maker further includes a material taking module 600, the material taking module 600 includes a bottom plate 610, a shutter 620, and a second driving mechanism for driving the shutter 620 to open or close, the shutter 620 being opened to form a material taking opening 630 for the popcorn pushed out from the heating module 300 to pass through. Specifically, the two sides of the material taking opening 630 are provided with the gratings 640, the gratings 640 are mounted on the support 660, the baffle 620 is lifted up and down to be opened or closed, the bottom plate 610 is provided with an opening through which the baffle 620 passes, the second driving mechanism comprises a fourth motor 651, a fourth gear 652 and a first rack 653, an output shaft of the fourth motor 651 is connected with the fourth gear 652, the fourth motor 651 is fixedly connected with the baffle 620, the fourth gear 652 is meshed with the first rack 653 along with the lifting of the baffle 620, and the first rack 653 is fixed on the second door panel 130. When the heated and popped popcorn is pushed out by the pushing-out mechanism of the heating module 300, the fourth motor 651 is started, the baffle 620 descends to open the material taking opening 630 through the transmission of the fourth gear 652 and the first rack 653, and the grating 640 is lighted at the same time to remind the consumer to take the popcorn.

Of course, it can be understood that the second driving mechanism may also adopt a screw nut transmission mechanism or a cylinder expansion device, as long as it can realize the linear reciprocating motion to drive the baffle 620 to open or close.
