Background

This section merely provides background information related to the present application so as to enable those skilled in the art to more fully and accurately understand the present application, which is not necessarily prior art.

The agitator mixes food stirring and stirs the bits of broken glass, can satisfy consumer's diversified food processing demand, especially can satisfy baby and old person's complementary food stirring demand to obtain user's extensive liking.

The existing stirrer generally comprises a host, a cup cover and a stirring cup, wherein the cup cover is usually detachably arranged on the host, the cup cover is provided with a knife group for stirring and crushing food, and the host is provided with a motor for driving the knife group. The knife tackle on the cup cover realizes the stirring and crushing of the material object through the high-speed rotation of the motor drive of the main machine. The stirrer needs to place food in a stirring cup, cover the cup cover, assemble a host machine, and start the host machine to smash the food. However, when the user uses the stirring cup, the cup cover can be directly installed on the host machine without installing the cup cover on the stirring cup, so that the cutter set can be exposed, and when the host machine is started to drive the cutter to rotate, the rotary cutter is exposed, so that potential safety hazards of accidentally injuring the user exist.

To this end, safety mechanisms have been added to the mixer to eliminate the safety hazards described above. The invention provides a stirrer safe to use, which comprises a host, a cup cover and a stirring cup; the main machine comprises a motor and a first coupler in transmission connection with a transmission shaft of the motor; the cup cover comprises a cup cover body, a cover shell fixed on the cup cover body, a cutter shaft arranged through the cup cover body, a second coupler fixed at the upper tail end of the cutter shaft and a stirring knife fixed at the lower tail end of the cutter shaft; a safety mechanism is arranged in the cup cover and comprises a baffle ring, a first elastic piece and at least one linkage assembly; the baffle ring is sleeved at the upper tail end of the cutter shaft, the lower tail end of the baffle ring is provided with a baffle rod, and the first elastic piece is arranged between the baffle ring and the cup cover body; the linkage assembly is movably arranged on the cup cover body and is in linkage with the stirring cup, the linkage assembly prevents the host and the cup cover from being installed when the cup cover and the stirring cup are not installed in place, and the stop lever is connected with the linkage assembly in a limiting mode when the host and the cup cover are installed in place so that the cup cover and the stirring cup are locked.

In a preferred embodiment, the linkage assembly comprises a trigger rod and a second elastic piece, wherein one end of the trigger rod is provided with a through hole, and the other end of the trigger rod is provided with a trigger end part exposed out of the cup cover; the second elastic piece is arranged between the cup cover and the trigger rod to enable the trigger end part to be in linkage with the stirring cup, the through insertion hole is aligned with the stop lever only after the cup cover and the stirring cup are installed in place so that the main machine can be installed in place with the cup cover, and the stop lever is inserted into the through insertion hole when the main machine and the cup cover are installed in place so that the cup cover and the stirring cup are locked.

In a preferred embodiment, a through groove is formed between two ends of the trigger rod, a guide post is convexly arranged on the cup cover body, and the guide post penetrates through the through groove of the trigger rod.
