s1, putting 100 parts of acrylated epoxy resin, 20-50 parts of methyl benzoylformate, 0.3-0.5 part of silane coupling agent, 0.3-1.2 parts of n-pentane, 2-5 parts of vinyl ether, 1-3 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 part of reaction speed control agent and 20-25 parts of phthalate into a reaction kettle, adjusting the air pressure in the reaction kettle to be 4-6 times of atmospheric pressure, adjusting the stirring speed of the reaction kettle to be 900-fold air pressure for 1000r/min, and keeping the reaction time to be 20-35 minutes for later use;

s2, putting 1-3 parts of heat-resistant agent, 10-20 parts of ceramic powder and 8-10 parts of carbon black into a vertical ball mill, adjusting the rotating speed to 8500-9000r/min, grinding for 10-15 minutes to obtain grinding powder, and screening the grinding powder through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain filtered powder for later use;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plugging agents, in particular to a high-molecular fireproof moistureproof plugging agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The plastic plugging material is a plastic body material which is generated by mixing and reacting an A material and a B material which are respectively matched with a certain proportion of aggregate and water at the normal temperature in a volume ratio of 1: 1. The air leakage blocking device is mainly applied to blocking air leakage cracks of underground broken coal rock masses and closed walls or blocking gaps of electrical equipment, and reduces oxygen supply to a fire area, coal oxygen contact probability and coal oxygen recombination speed by blocking an air leakage channel leading to the fire area of a mine, so that coal spontaneous combustion fire or electrical fire is prevented and treated.

But the fireproof effect of the existing plugging agent is general, the sealing property is poor, the plugging agent does not have the moisture-proof function, and the plugging agent is not easy to solidify.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a high-molecular fireproof and moistureproof plugging agent which is fireproof, high-temperature resistant, has a moistureproof effect and is easy to solidify.

The invention is realized in such a way that a first aspect provides a high-molecular fireproof and moistureproof plugging agent which is prepared from the following materials in percentage by mass: 100 parts of acrylic acid esterification epoxy resin, 20-50 parts of methyl benzoylformate, 10-20 parts of ceramic powder, 0.3-0.5 part of silane coupling agent, 0.3-1.2 parts of n-pentane, 2-5 parts of vinyl ether, 1-3 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 part of reaction speed control agent and 1-3 parts of heat-resistant agent.

The second aspect provides a preparation method of the polymer fireproof and moistureproof plugging agent, which comprises the following steps:

s1, putting 100 parts of acrylated epoxy resin, 20-50 parts of methyl benzoylformate, 0.3-0.5 part of silane coupling agent, 0.3-1.2 parts of n-pentane, 2-5 parts of vinyl ether, 1-3 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 part of reaction speed control agent and 20-25 parts of phthalate into a reaction kettle, adjusting the air pressure in the reaction kettle to be 4-6 times of atmospheric pressure, adjusting the stirring speed of the reaction kettle to be 900-fold air pressure for 1000r/min, and keeping the reaction time to be 20-35 minutes for later use;

s2, putting 1-3 parts of heat-resistant agent, 10-20 parts of ceramic powder and 8-10 parts of carbon black into a vertical ball mill, adjusting the rotating speed to 8500-9000r/min, grinding for 10-15 minutes to obtain grinding powder, and screening the grinding powder through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain filtered powder for later use;

s3, putting the raw materials obtained in the steps S1 and S2 into a dispersing machine, adjusting the linear velocity of a rotor of the dispersing machine to be 45m/S, and the reaction time to be 20-24 minutes, and sealing and storing the dispersed raw materials to obtain the plugging agent.

In some embodiments, the raw materials are processed in the state of no light in the steps S1-S3.

In some embodiments, the sealant obtained in S3 can be naturally solidified under the irradiation of light.

The invention provides a high-molecular fireproof moistureproof plugging agent which is prepared from the following materials in percentage by mass: 100 parts of acrylated epoxy resin, 20 parts of methyl benzoylformate, 10 parts of ceramic powder, 0.3 part of silane coupling agent, 0.3 part of n-pentane, 2 parts of vinyl ether, 1 part of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1 part of reaction speed control agent, 1 part of heat-resistant agent, 8 parts of carbon black and 20 parts of phthalic acid ester.

The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps:

s1, putting 100 parts of acrylated epoxy resin, 35 parts of methyl benzoylformate, 0.4 part of silane coupling agent, 0.8 part of n-pentane, 3.5 parts of vinyl ether, 2 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.3 part of reaction speed control agent and 22 parts of phthalic acid ester into a reaction kettle, adjusting the air pressure in the reaction kettle to be 4-6 times of atmospheric pressure, stirring the reaction kettle at the rotation speed of 900-1000r/min, and reacting for 20-35 minutes for later use;

s1, putting 100 parts of acrylated epoxy resin, 50 parts of methyl benzoylformate, 0.5 part of silane coupling agent, 1.2 parts of n-pentane, 5 parts of vinyl ether, 3 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.5 part of reaction speed control agent and 25 parts of phthalic acid ester into a reaction kettle, adjusting the air pressure in the reaction kettle to be 4-6 times of atmospheric pressure, adjusting the stirring speed of the reaction kettle to be 900-1000r/min, and keeping the reaction time to be 20-35 minutes for later use;

s2, putting 3 parts of heat-resistant agent, 20 parts of ceramic powder and 10 parts of carbon black into a vertical ball mill, adjusting the rotating speed to 8500-;

s3, putting the raw materials obtained in the steps S1 and S2 into a dispersing machine, adjusting the linear velocity of a rotor of the dispersing machine to be 45m/S, and the reaction time to be 20-24 minutes, and sealing and storing the dispersed raw materials to obtain the plugging agent.

The plugging agent obtained in the embodiment 1-3 and the high molecular moisture-proof plugging agent (used as a control group) with the brand number of ZHLAI pilot electrical production of ZHLAI HGF-7000 are selected to carry out a control test, wherein the plugging agent obtained in the embodiment 1-3 is solidified to prepare a wafer with the diameter of 50mm and the thickness of 10mm, and the high molecular moisture-proof plugging agent with the brand number of ZHLAI HGF-7000 is solidified to prepare a wafer with the diameter of 50mm and the thickness of 10mm, and then the wafer is detected. Carrying out a rubber heat resistance test according to GB/T3512-2001, testing the highest working temperature under a non-deformation state, and detecting the heat resistance; and carrying out a moisture resistance detection test according to EN 13967+ A1-2017, and judging the moisture resistance according to 1-5 points, wherein 1 point is the worst, and 5 points are the highest.

Comparing the above results, it can be seen that the blocking agents of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention are superior in heat resistance and moisture resistance to conventional blocking agents.

In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the adopted acrylic acid esterification epoxy resin, methyl benzoylformate, a silane coupling agent, n-pentane, vinyl ether and hydrogen-containing silicone oil can be solidified under normal temperature after a reaction speed control agent and phthalic acid ester are mixed, so that the blocking agent is convenient to use, the heat-resistant agent and the ceramic powder can improve the fireproof effect of the blocking agent, and the carbon black has adsorbability and can enable the blocking agent to have a damp-proof function.
