When lubricating grease is coated on the surface of a bearing, two second spiral pipes 14 are rotated simultaneously, the two second spiral pipes 14 rotate on the surface of a stud 22 in a threaded mode, the two second spiral pipes 14 move downwards on the stud 22, one second spiral pipe 14 is far away from a mounting plate 21, one end of the other second spiral pipe 14 pushes the mounting plate 21 to move downwards, the mounting plate 21 drives a scraper 7 to move downwards synchronously, when a certain gap exists between the bottom of the scraper 7 and the top of the bearing, the lubricating grease on the top of the bearing is pushed along with the rotation of the bearing, so that the lubricating grease is uniformly coated on the top of the bearing, and in the coating process, part of the lubricating grease can fall on the side faces of inner and outer rings of the bearing and is used for lubricating the side faces of the bearing.
