Background

The hydraulic band-type brake is one of components of hydraulic equipment, and is usually installed in a hidden position inside a safety cover or inside the equipment along with a coupler or a hydraulic cylinder. In a daily working state, the hidden part cannot be thoroughly checked because the hidden part is positioned, and further whether the hydraulic band-type brake leaks or not cannot be judged.

When the hydraulic band-type brake leaks, the equipment can not play a braking role, the normal action of the hydraulic equipment can be influenced finally, the hydraulic equipment is stopped, the equipment on the production line is stopped suddenly under the condition of no preparation, the damage of other equipment on the production line is caused, and the production efficiency is influenced.

The present embodiment provides an apparatus for detecting a leakage of a hydraulic device, which may be a PLC, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus including: an acquisition unit 21, a first judgment unit 22, and a second judgment unit 23; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
