Technical Field

Background

Automatic equipment in the fish tank physical filtration field needs to solve the following four problems:

firstly, the problem of filtration is to be solved: the physical filtering medium (cotton core made of fiber, cotton and hemp, sponge or mixed materials, quartz sand or other materials) can perform physical filtering, intercept residual bait, intercept excrement impurities of the fish tank and play a role in purifying water;

secondly, the problem of automatic cleaning is solved: the physical filter medium is automatically cleaned under the action of external force;

thirdly, the reset problem is solved: the automatically cleaned physical filter medium can be reset to a physical filter program position, and meanwhile, the physical filter medium can be switched to a cleaning state at the filter position according to requirements.

Chinese patent application No. 211910119207.3 describes an automatic fish tank purification device, in which the physical filtering structure has the following defects:

firstly, the design process of the mosaic physical filtration cotton core is complex and the cost is high;

secondly, the embedded physical filtering cotton core is embedded into a groove at the top of the lock nut impeller to be locked under the driving of the lock tooth ring plate, and the lateral outer wall of the lock nut impeller necessarily needs a certain thickness, so that the space of a filtering unit is occupied;

thirdly, the lower part of the filter element is designed to have poor water passing capability and is not easy to clean;

the present invention is an improvement based on the above technical problems.

a filter vat 1;

The outlet of the inclined guiding plate 13 is communicated with the sedimentation bin 6, namely, the dirt particles such as residual bait, excrement and the like enter the sedimentation bin 6 along the inclined guiding plate 13 after passing through the filter plate.

In some embodiments, in order to provide a sealed environment for the power source, a base is arranged at the lower part in the filter vat 1, the base is mainly used for placing the power source or a transmission mechanism of the power source, and at least the transmission mechanism of the power source is positioned in the base; the power source may be an electric motor 7; or manual power, and the manual power source is divided into manual pedal or manual press.

Further, the supporting ring plate 14 is disposed on the upper surface of the base.

In some embodiments, the positions of the locking male 10 and the locking female 8 on the impeller 9 and the filter cotton core 4 can be interchanged; however, considering that the filter cotton core 4 is frequently replaced and the lock nut 8 is more expensive to process than the lock nut 10, it is preferable that the lock nut 10 is disposed at the middle of the filter cotton core 4 and the lock nut 8 is disposed at the middle of the pulsator 9;

the specific way of matching the locking male 10 and the locking female 8 is as follows: the locking nut 8 is provided with a flared leading incline at the outer edge, the inner groove of the flared leading incline is matched with the cylindrical protrusion of the locking male 10, preferably, the locking male 10 and the locking female 8 are locked or separated along a V-shaped track 21, as shown in the figure, the V-shaped track 21 comprises an upper inlet 211, a first leading incline 212, a lower dead point 213, a second leading incline 214 and an upper dead point 215.

In some embodiments, the filter cotton core 4 includes a fiber filter layer 401 and a tapered oblique guiding layer 402 which are arranged up and down and detachably connected, a rough board is wrapped on the periphery of the fiber filter layer 401, a plurality of filter holes are arranged on the rough board, the tapered oblique guiding layer 402 is provided with a drain hole communicated with the filter holes, a balancing weight 403 is arranged on the lower portion of the tapered oblique guiding layer 402, and the balancing weight 403 can be positioned inside or outside the tapered oblique guiding layer 402; correspondingly, the setting space is in a horn shape; the conical inclined guiding structure and the counterweight 403 make a contribution to the entering of the filter cotton core 4 into the setting space and the realization of setting in the setting space.
