The branch plane 322 is a horizontal plane; along the direction of deviating from medium plate 3, prop up inclined plane 323 and extend upwards in the slope, prop up flat plane 322, prop up inclined plane 323 and meet through the edge, the bottom surface of cushion 33 is equipped with fretwork groove 332, prop up inclined plane 323 and can get into in the fretwork groove 332.

When the lining plate 2 clamps the battery, the cushion block 33 is contacted with the supporting plane 322, and the supporting inclined plane 323 enters the hollow-out groove 332. When the lining plates 2 move away from each other, the bottoms of the cushion blocks 33 abut against the supporting inclined planes 323, the cushion blocks 33 move upwards, and then the top ends of the batteries can protrude out of the top ends of the lining plates 2, so that the batteries can be taken out conveniently by personnel.
