In order to avoid that the hook 11 is taken into the electric hoist shell 6 when the rope 17 is wound by the winding roller 5, one end of the rope 17 close to the hook 11 is also provided with an annular pressure sensor 18, the annular pressure sensor 18 is arranged above the hook 11 in a floating mode through a second elastic device and is electrically connected with the winding motor 7, and one side, far away from the second elastic device, of the annular pressure sensor 18 corresponds to the position of a pressure retaining ring fixedly arranged at the bottom of the electric hoist shell 6; in the process that the rope 17 is wound by the winding roller 5 and approaches the hook 11, the annular pressure sensor 18 is in contact with the pressure retaining ring, when the pressure sensed by the annular pressure sensor 18 exceeds a set value, the annular pressure sensor 18 sends a signal to the winding motor 7 to stop the winding motor, and the winding roller 5 is prevented from forcibly drawing the hook 11 into the electric hoist shell 6 to damage related parts.

The second elastic device comprises a second compression spring 19 and a mounting ring 20, one end of the second compression spring 19 is fixedly mounted on the hook 11 through the mounting ring 20, and the other end of the second compression spring is fixedly connected with the annular pressure sensor 18; the elastic force of the second compression spring 19 is used for buffering the acting force of the annular pressure sensor 18 contacting with the pressure retaining ring, so that the annular pressure sensor 18 flexibly contacts with the pressure retaining ring, and the damage of the annular pressure sensor 18 and the pressure retaining ring is reduced.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent a rope 17 from being completely released, which causes a winding drum 5 to reversely rotate a winding rope 17, and affects the use of the device, on the basis of embodiment 1, a rope sensor 16 and a buzzer 15 are disposed on an outer wall of the winding drum 5, and the rope sensor 16 is electrically connected to the buzzer 15 and the winding motor 7, respectively; when the length of the rope 17 wound on the outer wall of the winding roller 5 is not enough to form a circle because of excessive unwinding, the rope sensor 16 controls the winding motor 7 to stop rotating, and also controls the buzzer 15 to make a sound to remind an operator.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the device works, an object is hung on the hook 11, the winding motor 7 is started, the winding motor 7 drives the winding roller 5 to rotate, and the rope 17 drives the object on the hook 11 to move upwards to realize hoisting; starting the driving device 4, wherein the driving device 4 drives the roller 10 to roll in the slide rail 9 to drive the electric hoist main body to reciprocate on the truss 8, so that the transverse movement of an object is realized; when the touch pad 3 moves towards the limit touch pad 2 along with the electric hoist, the touch pad 3 extrudes the first compression spring 13 through the limit touch pad 2, so that the limit touch pad 2 overcomes the elastic force of the first compression spring 13 to be in contact with the limit travel switch 14, the limit travel switch 14 controls the driving device 4 to stop, the electric hoist body stops moving in time, the elastic force of the first compression spring 13 is utilized to buffer the contact acting force of the limit touch pad 2 and the limit travel switch 14, the limit touch pad 2 and the limit travel switch 14 are in flexible contact, and the damage of the limit touch pad and the limit travel switch is reduced; when the device is not used, the rope 17 is retracted, when the rope 17 is wound by the winding roller 5 and approaches the hook 11, the pressure sensor is in contact with the pressure baffle plate, when the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor exceeds a set value, the pressure sensor sends a signal to the winding motor 7 to stop the winding motor, the winding roller 5 is prevented from forcibly drawing the hook 11 into the electric hoist shell 6, the elastic force of the second compression spring 19 is utilized to buffer the acting force of the annular pressure sensor 18 in contact with the pressure retaining ring, so that the annular pressure sensor 18 is in flexible contact with the pressure retaining ring, and the damage of the annular pressure sensor 18 and the pressure retaining ring is reduced; before the object is hung by the hook 11, when the length of the rope 17 wound on the outer wall of the winding roller 5 is not enough to enclose a circle because of being paid out too much, the rope sensor 16 controls the winding motor 7 to stop rotating, and simultaneously controls the buzzer 15 to generate sound to remind an operator.
