Background

The transition cabin is applied to a cement clinker cooler, and in the production process, if equipment failure occurs inside an air chamber in the cooler, a maintainer can safely enter the air chamber with certain air pressure through the transition cabin.

The transition cabin access door and the air chamber access door are both provided with air release valves, when a person wants to enter the air chamber through the transition cabin for maintenance, the air release valves arranged on the transition cabin access door are opened firstly to enable the transition cabin to be communicated with the air in the space where the person is located, and after the air pressure is balanced, the transition cabin access door is opened and enters the interior of the transition cabin; then closing the access door of the transition cabin and placing a vent valve on the access door, opening the vent valve on the access door of the air chamber inside the transition cabin to communicate the inside of the air chamber with the air in the transition cabin, and finally opening the access door of the air chamber after the air pressure is balanced and entering the inside of the air chamber for maintenance.

The existing transition cabin can not be detached and moved after being fixed to an air chamber access door, so that the inspection space outside the air chamber is permanently occupied, and the normal inspection is hindered; personnel and machines must reach the access door of the transition cabin through a narrow inspection space, so that the inspection is very inconvenient and needs to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the current situation of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a transition cabin for online overhaul of a grid cooler plenum, which has the advantages that a cabin body is detachably fixed on a plenum access door to avoid permanently occupying the inspection space outside the plenum, so that the inspection is ensured to be normally carried out, and the overhaul is greatly facilitated.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a transition cabin for online maintenance of a wind chamber of a grate cooler is characterized by comprising a cabin body, rollers, a flexible expansion joint, a sealing element, a magnetic base flange and a magnetic base switch; the flexible expansion joint is arranged on the right side of the cabin body, and the opening at the left end of the flexible expansion joint is hermetically connected with the opening at the right end of the cabin body; the roller wheels are all fixed at the bottom of the cabin body so as to realize free movement of the cabin body; the sealing element is fixed at the opening at the right end of the flexible expansion joint; the magnetic base switch is arranged on the magnetic base flange and can enable the magnetic base flange to generate magnetism and adjust the strength of the magnetism, and the right end of the flexible expansion joint is adsorbed at the left end of the magnetic base flange under the magnetic action generated by the magnetic base flange and is in sealing connection with the help of a sealing piece.

Preferably, the outer walls of the front side and the rear side of the cabin body are respectively fixed with a hook.

Preferably, a conical ring distributed circumferentially is formed outwards on the outer end surface of the sealing element, correspondingly, a conical groove distributed circumferentially is formed at the left end of the magnetic base flange, and the conical ring is inserted into the conical groove.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention realizes the adsorption connection with the flexible expansion joint by utilizing the magnetic force generated by the magnetic base flange, so that the cabin body can be detachably fixed on the air chamber access door, and can be detached when not in use to avoid permanently occupying the inspection space outside the air chamber, thereby ensuring the normal operation of inspection; and personnel and machines can conveniently and quickly finish moving before the cabin body is fixed, so that the overhaul is greatly facilitated.

An annular conical ring 51 is formed outwards on the outer end surface of the sealing element 5, correspondingly, a conical groove 61 is formed in the left end of the magnetic base flange 6, and the conical ring 51 is inserted into the conical groove 61.

The working principle is as follows:

the right end of the magnetic base flange 6 is fixed at an access door of the air chamber in a sealing way; move the cabin body 1 to the left side of magnetic force seat flange 6 and make the right-hand member opening part of flexible expansion joint 4 aim at the left end of magnetic force seat flange 6 with the help of a plurality of gyro wheels 2, open magnetic force seat switch 7 so that magnetic force seat flange 6 produces magnetic force, and then produce suction to the right-hand member opening part of flexible expansion joint 4, flexible expansion joint 4 slightly expandes under magnetic force so that the right-hand member opening part of flexible expansion joint 4 slowly is close to the left end of magnetic force seat flange 6, adsorb the left end at magnetic force seat flange 6 and reach sealed effect with the help of sealing member 5 completely up to the right-hand member opening part of flexible expansion joint 4.

The cabin body 1 is pushed to move towards the wind chamber so as to slowly compress the flexible expansion joint 4, after the cabin body is moved to a certain position, the two hooks 3 are respectively hooked in the ear rings arranged at the front side and the rear side of the magnetic base flange 6, so that the cabin body 1 is fixed on the magnetic base flange 6 so as to prevent the flexible expansion joint 4 from being separated from the magnetic base flange 6 due to external force, and further, the connection stability is ensured and the sealing performance of the cabin body is ensured.

The invention utilizes the magnetic force generated by the magnetic base flange 6 to realize the adsorption connection with the flexible expansion joint 4, thereby detachably fixing the cabin body 1 on the air chamber access door, and when the air chamber access door is not used, the cabin body 1 can be detached to avoid permanently occupying the inspection space outside the air chamber, thereby ensuring the normal inspection; and personnel and machines can conveniently and quickly finish moving before the cabin body 1 is fixed, thereby greatly facilitating the overhaul.
