Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of embroidery machines, in particular to an elastic profile for clamping cloth, a cloth clamping mechanism and an embroidery frame which are applied to an embroidery machine.

Background

The chinese patent publication No. CN108660628A discloses an automatic clamping mechanism, a cloth clamping mechanism, and an embroidery frame, wherein the automatic clamping mechanism includes a base unit and an insertion unit, at least one side wall of an insertion portion of the insertion unit is a hinged wall, and the clamping between the insertion portion of the insertion unit and an insertion groove of the base unit is realized by driving the hinged wall to swing through a pressure filling device, wherein the insertion fit between the insertion portion and the insertion groove has the advantages of simple structure, convenient clamping, and wide application range, and the pressure filling device can realize automatic switching between clamping and releasing states, thereby providing a structural basis for realizing clamping automation.

In the scheme, the swing angle range of the hinged wall is usually small, and the hinged wall can only be suitable for fabrics within a certain thickness range, and the application range of the hinged wall needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an elastic section for clamping cloth, a cloth clamping mechanism and an embroidery frame so as to solve the technical defect that the application range of an automatic clamping mechanism in the prior art is limited.

Compared with the prior art, the elastic profile for clamping cloth of the embodiment has the advantages that the fixed wall and the connecting wall are provided with the gap, the first transition wall can realize deformation and bending at the first position, the clamping wall can realize deformation and bending at the second position through the second transition wall, and compared with the prior art that the clamping wall only realizes bending through the vertical movable arm, the elastic profile for clamping cloth has a larger deformation range and is simple in structure, and the fixing mode of the elastic profile for clamping cloth is simple and reliable.

Compared with the prior art, the cloth clamping mechanism and the tabouret applying the elastic profile for clamping the cloth have more stable and reliable clamping force and are suitable for fabrics with more thickness specifications.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the elastic section for clamping cloth of the present embodiment is made of an elastic material, preferably a metal material having elasticity, such as spring steel, and a novel synthetic material having certain elasticity and rigidity may be used.

The elastic profile for clamping cloth of the embodiment comprises a fixed wall 2, a connecting wall 3 and a clamping wall 1. Wherein, the fixed wall 2 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 7 arranged along the length direction, and the connecting holes 7 are used for fixing the elastic section material for clamping the cloth on the tabouret through bolts, screws and the like.

The two side frames or four side frames of the embroidery frame adopting the cloth clamping mechanism of the embodiment are formed by the cloth clamping mechanism of the embodiment.

In this embodiment, a driving chamber 24 is disposed inside the cloth clamping unit 21, and a movable arm 25 is disposed on one side of the driving chamber 24 close to the cloth supporting body 12, and a fixed arm 26 is disposed on the other side. The movable arm 25 in this embodiment is made of the elastic material for clamping cloth described in the first embodiment. The fixing wall 2 of the elastic profile for clamping the cloth is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the inserting frame unit 20 through bolts or screws, the linking wall 3 is positioned above the driving cavity 24, the clamping wall 1 is positioned on one side close to the cloth supporting body 12, and the extruding part 9 is positioned on one side, close to the cloth supporting body 12, of the clamping wall 1 and used for being matched with the concave area 13 to better clamp the cloth.

In this embodiment, a driving unit 30 for driving the clamping wall 1 to deform toward the cloth supporting body 12 to clamp the cloth is disposed in the driving cavity 24. Preferably, the driving unit 30 in this embodiment is an eccentric rod, which may have an oval cross section, a cam cross section, or the like, and drives the clamping wall 1 to expand outward when the eccentric rod rotates a certain angle, such as 90 °. It should be noted that, the rotation driving mechanism for driving the eccentric rod to rotate, in which the eccentric rod is connected, adopts the prior art, such as a motor, and the specific structure is not limited herein.

The cloth clamping mechanism of the embodiment is in a cloth pressing state as shown in fig. 5, the cloth sequentially passes through the cloth pressing unit, the interval between the cloth supporting body and the cloth supporting cavity and the space between the cloth clamping unit and the cloth pressing interval groove, the rotary driving mechanism drives the eccentric rod 40 to rotate 90 degrees to open the two clamping walls and expand the two clamping walls outwards, and after expansion, the outer sides of the clamping walls and the inner sides of the cloth pressing interval groove clamp the cloth tightly.

Of course, the eccentric rod is only a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, and the driving unit can also adopt a deformable filling bag tube in the prior art (for example, chinese patent publication No. CN 108660628A), and the deformable filling bag tube is connected with a gas or liquid filling system, so that the clamping of the cloth is realized through the deformation of the deformable filling bag tube.

EXAMPLE III

The cloth clamping mechanism of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, is different from the second embodiment in that the shape of the cloth supporting body 12 is different, and in this embodiment, the cross section of the cloth supporting body 12 is a major arc structure, that is, the central angle corresponding to the circular arc is greater than 180 °.

Example four

As shown in fig. 7, the cloth clamping mechanism of this embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the elastic profile for clamping cloth described in the first embodiment is used on both sides of the cloth clamping unit 21, and correspondingly, the concave regions 13 are disposed on both sides of the cloth pressing section groove 11 near the groove bottom.

Compared with the embodiment, the cloth clamping mechanism and the embroidery frame formed by the same have the advantages that the clamping effect on the cloth is better, the clamping stability of the cloth is better along with the increase of the tension in the embroidering and embroidering processes, and the cloth clamping mechanism can be suitable for fabrics with more thickness specifications.
