Background

In the prior art, the paper package cannot solve the limitations of the edge sealing performance and the molding and supporting strength of the paper package, so that the application range of the paper package is limited. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a packaging box formed by combining single-side inner-side rubber-coated paper and plastic.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.

Example 1

The packing carton of this embodiment of a single inboard rubber coating paper-plastic combination shaping, as shown in fig. 1-2, including plastics portion 1 and paper portion 2, wherein: the paper part 2 is used for enclosing the surface of the packing box (the surface of the packing box can be in a plane shape or a curved surface shape); the plastic part 1 is arranged on the inner side of the paper edge of the paper part 2, and the paper edge comprises an edge opening and a butt joint part of a surface and a surface.

The outer side of the package is not covered with plastic (e.g. in this embodiment) or is held in the form of dots with (small) ribs. The inner side edge-wrapping plastic is firmly jointed with the inner side of the paper board, so that reliable sealing is realized and a box body is supported. The plastic part 1 is distributed in strip shape inside the paper edge of the paper part (in a slender strip frame structure), see fig. 4. The joint of the plastic part and the paper part is formed by wrapping the inner side of the edge of the paper by the plastic, and the plastic part 11 at the edge is wrapped on the inner side of the edge (wrapping the inner side of the whole edge) in a flat strip shape along the length direction of the edge; the plastic part at the bead also comprises a plastic part 12 forming a bead edge flange, see fig. 5. The plastic part at the interface of the side and the face (in this embodiment, the plastic part 13 at the interface of the side and the plastic part 14 at the interface of the bottom and the side) is in the shape of a flat strip, and spans the two faces, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. During injection molding, the injection gate is positioned at the edge part (see the injection gate 31 at the edge part in fig. 8), the butt joint part of the surface and the surface of the inner side of the packing box (see the injection gate 32 at the butt joint part of the surface and the surface of the inner side of the packing box in fig. 9) or the bottom surface of the inner side of the packing box (see the injection gate 33 at the bottom surface of the inner side of the packing box in fig. 10 and 11); when the injection gate is located at the bottom side inside the package box, see fig. 10 and 11, a glue flow channel 4 is provided which is connected from the injection gate to the plastic part at the junction of the faces, preferably the end of the plastic part 14 at the junction of the bottom and the side faces, said glue flow channel 4 being in the form of a flat strip, as shown in fig. 12.

Example 2

The structure of the packing box formed by combining paper and plastic with single-sided inner side rubber coating in the embodiment can be seen in fig. 13, the basic structure is similar to that of embodiment 1, the structure is formed by filling paper boards with plastic, and the difference from embodiment 1 is that in the embodiment, the packing box is a round packing box with separating baffles, the separating baffles divide the packing box into three fan-shaped cells, the separating baffles are formed by the paper boards, the forming technology adopted by each cell is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the inner sides of the paper edges of the packing box are also subjected to single-sided (inner side) rubber coating and gap filling treatment.

Example 3

The structure of the packing box formed by combining single-sided inner-side rubber-coated paper and plastic is shown in fig. 14, the basic structure is similar to that of the packing box of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, and the difference is that the packing box is large in external dimension and is 4 square shelves. The partitions have different sizes, and the molding technique adopted by each partition is the same as that of the embodiment 1.

Example 4

On the basis of the packing boxes with the separation barriers in the embodiments 2 and 3, the packing box with the single-side inner-side rubber-coated paper and the plastic combined forming is provided with the reinforcing ribs 5 between the partitions on the back side of the packing box, so that the rigidity of the packing box is improved, stacking at equal height during stacking can be realized, and the packing box is easy to pack and take and place, as shown in fig. 15.
