The residual coke transfer mechanism comprises: the transfer mechanism drives the motor reducer 11 and the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12; an output shaft of the transfer mechanism driving motor speed reducer 11 is connected with a rotating shaft of a transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12, and spiral blades are arranged on the rotating shaft of the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12; the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12 is used for being connected with a feed inlet of a tail coke hopper 14. And a second inspection opening 13 is formed in the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12.

In the water immersion type residual coke collecting and conveying device, when the device works, residual coke generated in the working process of the coke pusher is collected by the residual coke collecting port 3 positioned below a furnace door, and simultaneously, cooling water sprayed by the nozzle group 10 is used for quenching and cooling the residual coke; residual coke collected by the pushing of a helical blade in the horizontal screw conveyor 2 is transferred to a climbing screw conveyor 5; after the water with high water level in the horizontal screw conveyor 2 is filled, the coke can be effectively quenched in the hot coke collecting process, and the spiral blades and the machine body can be ensured not to be influenced by a heat source; after the conveying groove of the horizontal spiral conveyor 2 is filled with water, the friction between the collected residual coke and the spiral blades can be greatly reduced, the abrasion of the blades is reduced, and the long-term stable operation is ensured; residual coke and excess water flow back in the process of conveying by the climbing screw conveyor 5 to ensure that the residual coke is dry, the residual coke is conveyed into the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12 by the climbing screw conveyor 5, the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12 is in a small inclination angle state when being set, the excess water in the residual coke is further collected, and the residual coke is finally conveyed to the tail coke hopper 14 by the transfer mechanism screw conveyor 12 to be finally collected; the water outlets of the screw conveyors are communicated with the circulating water pipeline 8, so that the water level of the whole machine is in a recycling state.

In the embodiment, a large amount of water is filled in the horizontal screw conveyor 2, meanwhile, a sewage circulating system is arranged at the front section of the horizontal screw conveyor 2, and a spraying mechanism is arranged above the side of the residual coke collecting port 3, so that the hot coke can be rapidly cooled in the residual coke collecting process; the spiral blades at the horizontal section are provided with the backflow holes, so that the phenomenon that the spiral blades push water to surge in the conveyor is reduced while the residual coke is conveyed normally; the front end of the horizontal screw conveyor 2 is provided with a liquid level detection device and a low liquid level warning lamp 9, so that the circulating water pump 7 is protected from dry burning, and maintenance is prompted to replenish water to the horizontal screw conveyor 2 in time; high-position quick-opening doors are arranged at each switching position and the middle section of the screw conveyor so as to check the conveying condition and the transferring condition of the conveyor.
