The invention belongs to the technical field of petrochemicals, and particularly relates to a low-temperature crude oil demulsifier and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The crude oil dehydration is the most important production process for the gathering and transportation treatment of the oil field, and is a key link for ensuring qualified delivery of the crude oil from the oil field and avoiding environmental pollution and formation damage. At present, the crude oil dehydration mainly adopts thermochemical settling dehydration. As the oil field enters a high water content development period, the following problems mainly exist in the operation process of a dehydration system: firstly, the dehydration temperature of partial dehydration stations is high, usually 50 ℃, and the energy consumption is large; secondly, the heating efficiency of the scaling heating furnace of part of pipelines and stations is low, so that the dehydration temperature fluctuation is large, and the water content and the oil content do not reach the standard; and thirdly, the cold transportation problem exists in part of well groups, and the crude oil output temperature is lower. For the reasons, the conventional demulsifier cannot meet the requirements of low-temperature dehydration production, and the oil-water separation process in the low-temperature dehydration process consumes much energy.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a low-temperature crude oil demulsifier and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems that the conventional demulsifier cannot meet the low-temperature dehydration production requirement and has high energy consumption.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:

Further, the industrial polyether demulsifier is as follows: blocked polyether using alcohol as initiator, alkyl phenolic resin blocked polyether, amino modified phenolic resin blocked polyether or blocked polyether using amino as initiator.

The invention has the advantages that the temperature of the demulsifier prepared by the invention is lower than that of the common industrial polyether demulsifier, and the demulsifier can be used at about 30 ℃; the demulsifier prepared by the invention has higher dehydration speed and higher dehydration efficiency, and solves the problem that the conventional demulsifier can not meet the low-temperature dehydration production requirement.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.

The invention provides a low-temperature crude oil demulsifier, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:

the total mass content is 100 percent.

The industrial polyether demulsifier comprises block polyether using alcohols as initiators, alkyl phenolic resin block polyether, amino modified phenolic resin block polyether and block polyether using amino as initiators.

Wherein, the block polyether using alcohol as initiator, the alcohol is octadecanol or propylene glycol; the alkyl phenolic resin blocks polyether, and alkylphenol used for synthesizing the initiator is nonyl phenol; amine modified phenolic resin blocks polyether, initiator is condensation product of alkyl phenol, vinylamine compound and formaldehyde; the amine group is used as initiator to block polyether, and the amine group is polyethylene or ethylenediamine.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the low-temperature demulsifier, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, adding a polyether demulsifier drying agent, sulfonic acid and diethanol amine into a reaction kettle with temperature control and stirring, controlling the temperature at 150 ℃, continuously stirring, and reacting for 3-5 hours;

step 2, after the solution prepared in the step 1 is reacted and cooled to room temperature, adding methanol dissolved with nonyl phenol into the reaction kettle;

and 3, adding deionized water into the solution obtained in the step 2, heating to 40-50 ℃, and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier.

In the invention, all the selected raw materials are industrial products.

The invention provides six examples for preparing a low-temperature crude oil demulsifier, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass as shown in the following table 1, and is prepared according to the preparation method of the low-temperature demulsifier provided by the invention.

The industrial polyether demulsifier used in examples 1 to 2 is specifically an alkylphenol resin block polyether, and the alkylphenol used in the synthesis of the initiator is nonylphenol.

The industrial polyether demulsifier used in example 3 is specifically an amino-modified phenolic resin block polyether, and the initiator thereof is a condensation product of alkylphenol, vinylamine compound and formaldehyde.

The industrial polyether demulsifier used in example 4 is specifically a blocked polyether using an alcohol as an initiator, and the alcohol used is octadecanol.

The industrial polyether demulsifiers used in examples 5 to 6 were specifically blocked polyethers using amine groups as initiators, and the amine groups used were polyethylene and ethylenediamine, respectively.

Taking the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier prepared in example 4 as an example, the demulsifier evaluation is carried out according to the general technical conditions of crude oil demulsifier of SY/T5280-2018. Adopting a Xinjiang east oil field, Shanan united station to comprehensively obtain oil (containing 43.8 percent of water), and carrying out the following comparative experiment, wherein the code of the comparative object is JI-A1; the JI-A1 comprises 40% industrial polyether demulsifier, 27% methanol and 33% water by weight.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the dehydration rates of the two are equivalent when the dehydration temperature is 50 ℃ at the same chemical dosage; when the temperature is as low as 30 ℃, the dehydration rate of the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier is much higher, and the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier can meet the dehydration requirement of low-temperature crude oil.

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier of the invention has much higher dehydration speed at 30 ℃ and is beneficial to the full dehydration of crude oil at the same temperature and the same dosage.

As can be seen from the data in Table 4, at the same temperature and the same dosage, when the dehydration temperature is 30 ℃, after 2 hours, the water quality dehydrated by the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier of the invention is clear and has no impurities, which indicates that the crude oil is dehydrated thoroughly and has the function of purifying water.

Compared with the single polyether demulsifier, the demulsifier of the invention selects the sulfonic acid to ensure that the demulsifier can rapidly penetrate through the external phase of the emulsion to be dispersed on an oil-water interface to replace or neutralize the emulsifier, reduce the interfacial tension and the interfacial film strength of emulsified water drops, and the interfacial film is easy to crack under the action of external force, thereby separating oil from water. The purpose of selecting diethanolamine is to improve the quality of the dehydrated water and has the function of purifying water. The purpose of the nonylphenol selection is to facilitate the reduction of crude oil viscosity and thus increase crude oil dehydration.

In conclusion, compared with the common industrial polyether demulsifier, the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier disclosed by the invention has the advantages of lower dehydration temperature, higher dehydration speed and water purification effect.
