In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a solution for a traction block system, which comprises the following specific steps:

Such a traction block system is entirely made by welding, the supporting block-shaped body 2 being provided with openings of a first, second, third, fourth and fifth different configuration, the effect of which is to fit the frequency converter, the controlled worm gear, the stop for stopping on the traction block, respectively, where the roller of the controlled worm gear fits in the first opening.

The opening on the hoop-connection ring of the frequency converter is opposite to the third opening, the opening and the third opening are connected through a screw rod, the rotating rod of the frequency converter penetrates through the second opening, the opening on the hoop-connection ring of the blocking piece for blocking is opposite to the fifth opening, and the opening and the fifth opening are connected through a screw rod.

The head roller of the stopping piece for stopping penetrates through the fourth opening, so that the control worm wheel assembled on the rotating rod of the frequency converter is matched and meshed with the controlled worm wheels arranged in a vertical mirror image mode, the pair of controlled worm wheels are meshed with the worm on the vertical rod, the control worm wheel and the controlled worm wheels are pulled through the clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the frequency converter, the controlled worm wheels move vertically according to the worm, and therefore the lifting of the industrial control maintenance lifting device can be achieved.

The guide assembling block Z3, the guide assembling block Y4 and the guide assembling block X6 are welded on the front wall and the rear wall of the supporting block body and are used for assembling small-range guide equipment and positioning guide equipment, so that the meshing and connected vertical span range of the worm and the controlled worm wheel on the vertical rod is ensured, and the operation equipment of the industrial control maintenance landing gear is ensured to rise and fall according to the worm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The head roller of the stopping piece for stopping penetrates through the fourth opening, so that the control worm wheel assembled on the rotating rod of the frequency converter is matched and meshed with the controlled worm wheels arranged in a vertical mirror image mode, the pair of controlled worm wheels are meshed with the worm on the vertical rod, the control worm wheel and the controlled worm wheels are pulled through the clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the frequency converter, the controlled worm wheels move vertically according to the worm, and therefore the lifting of the industrial control maintenance lifting device can be achieved.

The guide assembling block Z3, the guide assembling block Y4 and the guide assembling block X6 are welded on the front wall and the rear wall of the supporting block body and are used for assembling small-range guide equipment and positioning guide equipment, so that the meshing and connected vertical span range of the worm and the controlled worm wheel on the vertical rod is ensured, and the operation equipment of the industrial control maintenance landing gear is ensured to rise and fall according to the worm.
