The 360-degree rotation is realized by rotatably connecting the vertical arm heightening guide sleeve 3-1 with the base 1, the control of the vertical height is controlled by a vertical arm height adjusting valve, the front and back movement of the cross arm is controlled by a semicircular structure and a limiting structure of the side surface of the cross arm, and the adjustment of the measuring scale 8 in the vertical direction is controlled by a measuring scale fastening screw 7-4.

The working process is as follows:
