背景技术

现用的各种类型水田池埂筑埂机均只具有单一的修筑池埂功能。池埂修筑时将水田土壤中的各种杂草种子全部翻扣堆积夹带在池埂土壤中，在水稻秧苗生长全过程中，池埂上的杂草生长茂盛，严重影响了水稻秧苗的生长发育，降低了水稻作物单位面积产量。

发明内容

本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题，结合水田筑埂作业使用的实际需求，设计一种配装喷药除草机构的筑埂机，达到增加筑埂机作业功能、提高筑埂作业质量和效果、灭除草效率高、为水稻生长发育提供良好田间条件的目的。

本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在机架的后侧部上可转动地配装筑埂轮总成，在所述机架上安装座板，在所述座板上端面上分别安装药液箱、药液泵、电磁换向阀和自动控制器，在所述座板侧部上安装管架，速度传感器和喷头安装在管架上，所述喷头配置在筑埂轮总成筑埂作业面的外侧部位处，喷头喷口朝向埂台的顶部和侧部处，所述速度传感器监测筑埂轮总成的转速，输药管将药液箱依次通过药液泵、电磁换向阀与喷头连通，电导线将自动控制器分别与药液泵、电磁换向阀和速度传感器连通，至此构成配装喷药除草机构的筑埂机。

本发明创造在现用的水田筑埂机上配装依据筑埂作业速度实现自动调控喷药量的喷药除草机构，实现了水田筑埂机在筑埂作业的同时完成对池埂土壤除草药剂的喷洒，具有结构新颖、独特、合理、池埂除灭草效果好、使用可靠、自动化程度高、为水稻作物生长发育提供良好条件的特点。

具体实施方式

下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种配装喷药除草机构的筑埂机，在机架1的后侧部上可转动地配装筑埂轮总成6，在所述机架1上安装座板11，在所述座板11上端面上分别安装药液箱12、药液泵10、电磁换向阀9和自动控制器7，在所述座板11侧部上安装管架4，速度传感器3和喷头5安装在管架4上，所述喷头5配置在筑埂轮总成6筑埂作业面的外侧部位处，喷头5喷口朝向埂台的顶部和侧部处，所述速度传感器3监测筑埂轮总成6的转速，输药管2将药液箱12依次通过药液泵10、电磁换向阀9与喷头5连通，电导线8将自动控制器7分别与药液泵10、电磁换向阀9和速度传感器3连通。

在动力机械牵拉下整机前行，进行筑埂作业使用时，转动地筑埂轮总成6完成水田池埂的修筑作业；在筑埂轮总成6进行筑埂作业过程中，当速度传感器3监测到筑埂轮总成6的转动时，自动控制器7控制电磁换向阀9打开，并同时启动药液泵10转动，将药液箱12内的除草药液由药液泵10加压后依次经电磁换向阀9、输药管2输送至喷头5，喷向修筑的池埂埂台侧部和顶部土壤上，达到池埂除草目的。在速度传感器3监测到筑埂轮总成6未转动，即转速为零时，自动控制器7控制电磁换向阀9关闭，同时药液泵10停止转动，喷头5停止喷药。
