As shown in fig. 5, the control assembly includes an electric push rod 19 fixedly arranged on the fixed frame body, a connecting plate 20 is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the electric push rod 19, one end of the transmission rod 15, which is close to the shell 1, is provided with a hexagonal groove, a hexagonal prism 21 is arranged in the hexagonal groove in a matching manner, one end of the hexagonal prism 21 extends out of the hexagonal groove and is fixedly connected with a second chuck 22 coaxially, the second chuck 22 rotates along with the transmission rod 21, meanwhile, the second chuck 22 can also move, the second chuck 22 is matched with the first chuck 18, the connecting plate 20 is rotatably sleeved on the hexagonal prism 21, the second chuck 22 can be driven to move through the connecting plate 20 by the telescopic action of the electric push rod 19, the frying operation needs to be carried out for a long time, and meanwhile, when the metal conveyor belt 7 still needs to operate.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air intake assembly includes an air delivery pipe 32 disposed on one side of the casing 1, one end of the air delivery pipe 32 penetrates through the casing 1 and extends between the two circular plates 9, the other end of the air delivery pipe 32 penetrates through the casing 1 and extends into the chamber, an exhaust fan 23 is fixedly connected to the air delivery pipe 32, an oil smoke filter 24 is fixedly disposed on the air delivery pipe 32, the oil smoke filter 24 is disposed on the upper side of the exhaust fan 23, the exhaust fan 23 adopts the prior art, smoke generated by frying is sucked through the air delivery pipe 32, and is purified and guided into the chamber through the oil smoke filter 24.

As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of heat conduction fins 25 are vertically arranged in the cavity, the plurality of heat conduction fins 25 all penetrate through the shell 1 and extend into the oil containing groove 2, the plurality of heat conduction fins 25 are fixedly connected with the shell 1 in a sealing manner, heat of the oil containing groove 2 can be led into the cavity, air entering the cavity becomes hot air, a heat insulation layer is coated on the inner wall of the cavity, the heat insulation layer prevents heat in the cavity from leaking outwards, accordingly, heat in the oil containing groove 2 is prevented from leaking outwards, and heat loss is reduced.

As shown in figure 4, a plurality of electric heating pipes 4 are arranged in an arc shape matched with the arc-shaped sieve plate 3, so that the uniform heating effect is ensured.

Wherein, evenly be equipped with a plurality of bar flutings on the metal conveyer belt 7, increase frictional force, improve the transport effect to food.

As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of air deflectors 29 are uniformly and fixedly disposed on the bottom of the chamber, and the plurality of air deflectors 29 and the plurality of heat-conducting fins 25 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that air entering the chamber is fully contacted with the heat-conducting fins 25, and is rapidly changed into hot air.

As shown in fig. 2, two oil guide pipes 30 are fixedly arranged on one side of the housing 1, the two oil guide pipes 30 are distributed up and down, the two oil guide pipes 30 all penetrate through the housing 1 and are communicated with the oil containing groove 2, valves 31 are fixedly arranged on the two oil guide pipes 30, and oil can be fed or discharged through the two oil guide pipes 30 respectively by opening the valves 31.

The operating steps of the frying machine convenient for food processing are as follows:

A) food to be fried is conducted into the oil containing groove 2 through the inclined guide plate 5, when the food enters the oil containing groove 2, the food can be immersed into oil under the action of the arc-shaped sieve plate 3, and the oil is heated through the work of the electric heating pipes 4 in the oil containing groove 2, so that the food is fried;

B) when frying is carried out, the servo motor 13 works to drive the driving belt wheel 14 to rotate, the driving belt wheel 14 drives the first driven belt wheel 16 to rotate through a belt, the first driven belt wheel 16 drives the second chuck 22 to rotate through the transmission rod 15, the second chuck 22 drives the first chuck 18 to rotate, the first chuck 18 drives one of the circular plates 9 to rotate, the rotation of the plurality of metal screen plates 10 is realized, and fried food is pushed out from the oil containing groove 2;

C) the pushed food is pushed to the metal conveyor belt 7, the metal conveyor belt 7 rotates along with the two rotating rollers 8 to carry out transmission, the fried food is conveyed, the servo motor 13 drives the first gear 26 to rotate, the first gear 26 drives the second gear 27 to rotate, the second gear 27 drives the third driven belt wheel 28 to rotate through the rotating shaft, the third driven belt wheel 28 drives the second driven belt wheel 17 to rotate through the belt, and the second driven belt wheel 17 drives one of the rotating rollers 8 to rotate;

D) when in frying, the exhaust fan 23 works, smoke generated by frying is pumped into the air delivery pipe 32 through the air delivery pipe 32, the oil smoke is treated and filtered through the oil smoke filter 24 on the air delivery pipe 32, then the treated air is sucked into the cavity, a plurality of heat conduction fins 25 are arranged in the cavity to transfer heat in the oil containing groove 2 into the cavity, the introduced air is heated, then the air pump on the air guide pipe 12 works, hot air is blown to the metal conveyor belt 7 through the blast hood 11, and the fried food is dried for auxiliary oil draining, so that the subsequent treatment is facilitated;

E) the food frying time is required to be ensured, meanwhile, the food on the metal conveyor belt 7 is required to be guided into the next step, the connecting plate 20 is moved through the work of the electric push rod 19, so that the second chuck 22 is driven to move, the clamping action between the second chuck 22 and the first chuck 18 is released, the metal mesh plates 10 stop rotating, the food is fully fried, and the electric push rod 19 is reused for clamping the second chuck 22 and the first chuck 18 when the food needs to be guided out.
