Background

A wheel is a rotating assembly subject to loads between the tyre and the axle, and is usually composed of two main parts, rim and spoke (GB/T2933-2009). The wheel rim is a part for mounting and supporting a tire on a wheel, the spoke is a supporting part between an axle and the wheel rim on the wheel, most of the cast aluminum wheels adopted on vehicles running on the market have low cost and attractive appearance, and are widely adopted in the production of automobiles.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the cast aluminum wheel has the advantages that the positioning rod is in threaded fit with the spoke, so that the anti-collision part is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the rim, road teeth are rubbed when a vehicle is driven, the hub can be damaged when the road teeth are rubbed, the anti-collision part protects the hub, the plastic pad at the top of the anti-collision part is made of rubber with strong rigidity, when a tire is scratched with the road teeth, the rubber with strong rigidity can resist and block the impact, the hub is protected from being scratched by the road teeth, the scratching probability of the hub is reduced, unnecessary economic loss is reduced, the safety of the cast aluminum wheel is improved, and the baffle and the positioning rod rotate, so that sliding friction is converted into rolling friction when the tire bursts during the driving of the vehicle, the friction force during the tire burst driving of the vehicle is reduced, and the spoke can be extruded by the baffle, the spoke is an elastic part, and extrudes the inclined leg to support the inclined leg, so that the bearing capacity of the whole wheel is increased, and the abrasion of the wheel is reduced.
