5. The pre-wet-laid anti-sticking water-shedding resistant waterproof material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the waterproof asphalt is F400 building waterproof asphalt.

6. The pre-wet laid reverse-bonding water-shedding resistant waterproof material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the styrene-butadiene rubber is SIS styrene-butadiene rubber.

7. The pre-wet laid anti-tack, anti-water-shedding, waterproof material of claim 1, wherein the polyhexene is a type 7042 polyhexene.

8. The pre-wet-laid anti-sticking water-shedding resistant waterproof material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said petroleum resin is C9 petroleum resin.

9. The pre-wet-laid reverse-stick water-shedding resistant waterproof material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the active penetrant is a cement infiltration crystallization masterbatch.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of waterproof materials, in particular to a pre-wet paving reverse-adhesion water-crossing-resistant waterproof material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The waterproof material is an important material capable of preventing rainwater, groundwater and other water from penetrating. The roof of the building, the underground engineering, the toilet and other hydraulic structures must be subjected to waterproof treatment. For such buildings, waterproofing is an important function of the building, and in order to achieve good waterproofing, it is necessary to use better waterproofing materials.

With the development of the building industry in China, the building waterproof material industry is rapidly developed. The SBS/APP modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has the highest market share in the field of building waterproof materials at present, and is characterized in that an open-fire hot-melt coiled material is required to be bonded with a concrete foundation, so that the operation requirement is high, the danger is high, the environmental pollution is large, and the Ming text of China mostly supports the development of novel waterproof materials which are environment-friendly, energy-saving and convenient to construct on the basis of meeting the use function of products.

Chinese patent document CN103350537A discloses a waterproof material and a method for making the same, wherein the waterproof material comprises a base material on which the waterproof material is disposed, the method for making the waterproof material comprises pulverizing waste rubber tires into powder with a size less than 5 meshes, mixing and spreading modified asphalt or 911 polyurethane with a weight 3-5 times of that of the rubber powder on the base material at high temperature, and solidifying. Chinese patent document CN103396671A discloses a waterproof material with low cost and strong healing ability and a manufacturing method thereof, the manufacturing method comprises heating modified asphalt to 100 ℃ to a melting state, taking 1/5-1/4 waste engine oil of the weight of the modified asphalt, slowly adding the waste engine oil into the melted modified asphalt under stirring, then spreading on a base material, and solidifying to obtain the waterproof material.

The waterproof material still has the obvious defects of high requirement on construction environment, multiple construction, long construction period, high construction cost, insufficient viscosity, no full adhesion with a base layer, easy water leakage, no construction at high temperature and low temperature and the like, and needs to research and develop a novel material which has the advantages of convenient construction, high mechanical strength, good sealing with the base layer, good water leakage resistance, no flowing at high temperature, good flexibility at low temperature, environmental protection, safety and construction period saving so as to meet the use requirement of the waterproof material industry in China.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a pre-wet paving reverse-adhesion water-crossing-resistant waterproof material and a preparation method thereof, and the waterproof material has the advantages of convenience in construction, short construction period, energy conservation, environmental protection, low cost, low temperature resistance, strong adhesion (100% full adhesion with a base layer), good waterproof performance, good water crossing resistance, good isolation, convenience in transportation, environmental protection, energy conservation and the like, and is an ideal waterproof material.

In order to achieve the purpose, the pre-wet-laid anti-sticking anti-water-crossing waterproof material provided by the invention comprises a carcass layer which is formed by thermal compounding of polyester fabrics and is made of TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) as an inner core layer, wherein the two surfaces of the carcass layer are an adhesive layer A surface and a gluing layer B surface, the adhesive layer A surface and the gluing layer B surface are respectively and uniformly coated with SIS asphalt modified materials, the SIS asphalt modified material on the adhesive layer A surface is uniformly sprinkled with carborundum to form a carborundum protective layer, and the SIS asphalt modified material on the gluing layer B surface is compounded with the polyester fabrics.

Preferably, the carcass layer has a thickness of 1.5 to 3 mm.

Preferably, the carcass layer has a thickness of 2.5 mm.

The SIS asphalt modified material comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

50-65% of waterproof asphalt, 15-25% of styrene-butadiene rubber, 5-10% of naphthenic oil, 1-5% of polyhexene, 1-5% of petroleum resin, 0.5-1.5% of active penetrating agent and 5-10% of light calcium powder.

According to the invention, the preferable SIS asphalt modified material comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

60% of waterproof asphalt, 18% of styrene-butadiene rubber, 8% of naphthenic oil, 3% of polyhexene, 3% of petroleum resin, 1% of active penetrating agent and 7% of light calcium powder.

The second step is that: preparing an SIS asphalt modified material, heating waterproof asphalt to 180 ℃, sequentially adding styrene butadiene rubber, naphthenic oil, polyhexene and petroleum resin, blending for 2h, adding an active penetrating agent and light calcium powder, stirring for 30min, and cooling to 140 ℃ to prepare the SIS asphalt modified material;

the weight percentages of the components are as follows: 60% of waterproof asphalt, 18% of styrene-butadiene rubber, 8% of naphthenic oil, 3% of polyhexene, 3% of petroleum resin, 1% of active penetrating agent and 7% of light calcium powder.

The third step: drawing the carcass layer to a coating machine by using coil production equipment, uniformly coating an A surface and a B surface of a coating layer formed by SIS asphalt modified material on the two surfaces of the carcass layer, wherein each surface is 1.25mm thick, then uniformly scattering carborundum on the A surface, compounding polyester fabric on the B surface, and cooling and curling to obtain the fabric.

The pre-wet paving anti-sticking anti-water-seepage waterproof material is applied to hydraulic structures such as roofs, toilets, underground engineering and the like of buildings.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention solves the problem of unsatisfactory adhesion caused by insufficient viscosity of the current waterproof material by coating a special SIS asphalt modified material gluing layer, the permanent adhesion is greatly enhanced, 100 percent of satisfactory adhesion with a base layer can be realized, the material flexibility is good, the requirement on construction conditions is low, the base layer can be constructed under the conditions of humidity, dryness, 50 ℃ high temperature in the south and 30 ℃ below zero in the north, the waterproof effect of multilayer waterproof construction can be achieved by single construction, and the waterproof material conforms to the waterproof technical specification of GB50108 underground engineering.

2. The invention solves the problem that the waterproof materials are adhered and can not be separated due to the increase of the viscosity of the waterproof materials, so that the inconvenience is brought to the transportation and the use of the materials.

3. The common waterproof material in the current market usually needs a 2-5mm cement protective layer after construction, which wastes labor and materials and has poor effect, the carborundum protective layer in the invention can prevent the damage caused by cross construction, and can form full adhesion with a post-cast concrete structure layer, so that the water crossing channel is blocked, the leakage is not easy to occur, the repair is easy, therefore, the protective layer is not needed to be arranged after single construction, the cross construction can be realized, the concrete structure layer can be directly poured, the construction period can be greatly saved, the construction cost is saved, and the water crossing problem caused by the traditional waterproof material is avoided.

4. The pre-wet paving anti-sticking anti-water-crossing waterproof material solves the problem that the common waterproof material on the market needs to be constructed for multiple times at present, can be constructed for single time (only one labor cost for air paving and wet paving), has short construction period and time saving, saves a large amount of construction cost, does not need heating during cold application, does not move fire, has high safety, is environment-friendly and has no smell.

A pre-wet-laid anti-sticking anti-water-leakage waterproof material comprises a carcass layer which is formed by thermal compound terylene cloth taking TPO as an inner core layer, wherein the two surfaces of the carcass layer are an adhesive layer A surface and a gluing layer B surface, the adhesive layer A surface and the gluing layer B surface are respectively and uniformly coated with SIS asphalt modified materials, carborundum is uniformly scattered on the SIS asphalt modified material on the gluing layer A surface to form a carborundum protective layer, and the SIS asphalt modified material on the gluing layer B surface is compounded with the terylene cloth.

The preparation method of the pre-wet-paved anti-sticking anti-water-crossing waterproof material comprises the following steps:

the first step is as follows: heating the screw extruder to 150 ℃, adding TPO raw material into the screw extruder, controlling the extrusion thickness to be 1mm through a die head, and preparing the two-side thermal compound polyester fabric into a carcass layer with the thickness of 1.5 mm.

The second step is that: preparing an SIS asphalt modified material, namely heating F400 building waterproof asphalt to 150 ℃, sequentially adding SIS styrene-butadiene rubber, naphthenic oil, 7042 type polyhexene and C9 petroleum resin, blending for 1h, adding an active penetrating agent and light calcium powder, stirring for 10min, and cooling to 100 ℃ to obtain the SIS asphalt modified material;

the weight percentages of the components are as follows: 50% of F400 building waterproof asphalt, 25% of SIS styrene-butadiene rubber, 5% of naphthenic oil, 4% of 7042 type polyhexene, 5% of C9 petroleum resin, 1% of active penetrating agent and 10% of light calcium powder.

The third step: drawing the carcass layer to a coating machine by using coil production equipment, uniformly coating an A surface and a B surface of a coating layer formed by SIS asphalt modified material on the two surfaces of the carcass layer, wherein the thickness of each surface is 1mm, then uniformly scattering carborundum on the A surface, compounding polyester fabric on the B surface, and cooling and curling to obtain the finished product.

Example 2

Comparative example 1

The other example is the same as example 2, except that the waterproof material does not have a carborundum protective layer formed by uniformly scattering 40-mesh carborundum on the upper surface of the SIS asphalt modified material rubber coating.

Comparative example 2

The other example is the same as example 2 except that the waterproofing material is not coated with the SIS asphalt modifier uniformly on both sides of the carcass layer.

Common waterproof materials are purchased from the market.

Test example 1

Comparative example 1, comparative example 2, and example 2 the waterproof materials were compared for convenience of use and cost of use, and the results are shown in the following table:
