In the aluminum alloy template system for the building engineering, the bearing template is an important component and has the function of bearing the wall column template on the upper layer through the embedded screws, so that the initial installation level of the wall column template is better ensured, the dislocation phenomenon of the wall body template on the lower part is prevented, the side pressure generated in the construction pouring process is resisted, and the construction safety and quality are ensured.

The bearing template is positioned at the top of the template on the layer and is difficult to fix. In the prior art, the bearing template is provided with a mounting hole and is fixed on a wall surface by inserting a mounting rod. Typically, the mounting holes are located adjacent to the reinforcement (vertical ribs) that receive the forms to prevent deformation of the forms due to excessive forces applied thereto.

However, with the elevated structure of the receiving form, the mounting rods are easily turned out of the concrete, and even the mounting holes may be higher than the concrete, and do not function as receiving forms. In some existing solutions, mounting holes are formed in a plurality of reinforcing ribs to ensure that a mounting rod can be inserted into concrete, but the mounting cost and the manufacturing cost are increased due to the design; and a welding reinforcing rib is additionally arranged near the mounting hole, so that the design has large welding workload and high cost.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, there is a need for a receiving form that is simple in structure and is fastened in combination with concrete, and a construction system having the receiving form.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a building system 100 including a formwork (not shown), a receiving formwork 10, a mounting rod 30, and an embedded part 50. The receiving formwork 10 is used for receiving upper and lower formworks. The embedded part 50 is embedded in the concrete. The mounting rod 30 penetrates through the bearing template 10 and is fixed with the embedded part 50.

The template can adopt industry general design, and is not described in detail herein.

The receiving form 10 includes a body 12 and a backing plate 14. The backing plate 14 is disposed on the body 12. The receiving form 10 is provided with a mounting hole 101 penetrating the backing plate 14 and the main body 12. The mounting hole 101 is located at the middle of the short side direction of the panel 121. The mounting holes 101 are used for penetrating the mounting rods 30 to connect the embedded parts 50. The main body 12 includes a face plate 121 and at least two first reinforcing ribs 16 disposed on the face plate 121. The backing plate 14 is provided to at least two of the first reinforcing beads 16.

The backing plate 14 serves to bear the force of the mounting rod 30 when it is fixed and is dispersed to the main body 12 by the first reinforcing rib 16, thereby making the main body 12 more firmly combined with the concrete.

In the illustrated embodiment, the backing plate 14 is welded to the first reinforcing bead 16.

In the illustrated embodiment, the number of mounting holes 101 and corresponding backing plates 14 is two. Two mounting holes 101 are provided at intervals along the long side of the panel 121 and in the middle of the short side of the panel 121.

It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of mounting holes 101 and corresponding backing plates 14 may be provided in one or more as desired. The mounting holes 101 are provided in the central area of the panel 121 so that the mounting posts 30 can still be secured in the concrete in the raised formwork design.

The main body 12 further includes four side plates 123 disposed at four sides of the panel 121. The panel 121 is substantially rectangular. Each of the side plates 123 is provided with a plurality of coupling holes 1230, respectively. The connecting hole 1230 is connected to other templates by passing through a fixing member (not shown). The backing plate 14 is located on the same side as the side plate 123.

The four side plates 123 include two ribs 1234 located on the long side of the panel 121 and two cover plates 1236 located on the short side of the panel 121. The number of the second reinforcing ribs 18 and the backing plate 14 is two. The two second reinforcing ribs 18 are arranged at intervals, and each backing plate 14 is arranged between one corresponding second reinforcing rib 18 and the sealing plate 1236.

The second ribs 18 are substantially evenly distributed along the rib 1234 to increase the overall strength of the female form 10. In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting rod 30 is a threaded rod, and the embedment 50 is a nut, so that the mounting rod 30 can be stably connected with the embedment 50.

The mounting bar 30 includes a bar body 32 and an end 34. The rod body 32 penetrates through the mounting hole 101 and is connected with the embedded part 50. The end 34 bears against the backing plate 14 and transmits force to the backing plate 14. Further, the rods 32 transmit force to the ends 34, and the ends 34 bear against the backing plate 14, causing the receiving form 10 to be pressed against the concrete.

The receiving die plate 10 is formed by providing a backing plate 14 to the main body 12 and providing the backing plate 14 to the first reinforcing rib 16. The backing plate 14 serves to take up the force of the mounting rod 30 when it is fixed and is dispersed to the main body 12 by the first reinforcing rib 16, thereby making the main body 12 more firmly combined with the concrete.

Further, the installation hole 101 is formed in the middle of the receiving form 10, so that it is not easily raised above the concrete area in the lifting structure.
