With reference to fig. 15 to 16, a method for managing food materials provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure includes:

s01, determining shelf life information of the food material in the sealed clip through an RFID module arranged in the storage cavity after determining that the user takes the sealed clip from the storage seat and stores the food material in the sealed clip;

s02, obtaining the time-length-taking information of the sealing clip taken by the user, which is determined by the timing module of the storage seat;

and S03, determining the remaining quality guarantee period of the food material according to the quality guarantee period information and the removal time length information of the food material.

By adopting the method for managing the food materials provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when a user needs to store the food materials in a sealing manner, the sealing clip for storing the food material is taken away from the storage seat and the food material is stored in the sealing clip, after the food material is stored, the shelf life information of the food material is input through the RFID module, and meanwhile, after a user takes the sealing clamp from the storage seat, the timing module of the storage seat starts to record the taking time length of the sealing clamp, the duration reflects the duration of the food materials stored in the sealing clamp, the remaining quality guarantee period of the food materials is determined according to the taking-away duration and the quality guarantee period information of the food materials, the remaining quality guarantee period can be effectively monitored and managed no matter whether the food materials are placed in the refrigerator or not after the food materials are placed in the sealing clamp, a user can accurately and efficiently know the condition of the remaining quality guarantee period of the food materials, and the condition that the food is out of date is prevented.

Optionally, determining that the user takes the sealing clip from the storage seat and stores the food material into the sealing clip comprises: after determining that the user takes the sealing clamp from the storage seat, sending an information input prompt; and determining that food is stored in the sealing clamp according to the input of the information. Therefore, when food is stored in the sealing clamp, the relevant information of the food material is written into the electronic tag of the sealing clamp through the writing unit of the RFID module, the food material is stored in the sealing clamp through the input of the information, and the processor assembly is convenient to confirm whether the food material is stored in the sealing clamp or not.

Optionally, the determining shelf-life information of the food material within the sealed clip by means of an RFID module provided to the storage chamber comprises: the shelf life information of the food material is written into the electronic tag of the sealing clamp through the RFID module, and meanwhile the shelf life information of the food material is sent to a processor assembly of the refrigerator. Therefore, the shelf life information of the food material is written into the electronic tag of the sealing clamp through the RFID module, and meanwhile the shelf life information of the food material is sent to the processor assembly, so that the processor assembly can rapidly confirm the shelf life information of the food material.

Optionally, the shelf-life information of the food material comprises the shelf life of the food material in a normal temperature environment and the shelf life of the food material in a low temperature environment. Therefore, the quality guarantee period condition of the food materials is reflected together through the quality guarantee period of the food materials in the normal-temperature environment and the quality guarantee period of the food materials in the low-temperature environment, the judgment on whether the food materials are out of date is more accurate, and the quality guarantee condition of the food materials can be better reflected. For example, the shelf life information of the food material is 30 days at normal temperature and 90 days at low temperature, which indicates that the food material can be stored for 30 days at normal temperature and can be stored for 90 days at low temperature in a refrigerator.

Optionally, after the user is determined to place the sealed clip storing the food material in the storage cavity of the refrigerator, the storage duration information of the sealed clip storing the food material in the storage cavity is recorded, and the remaining shelf life of the food material is determined according to the storage duration information, the shelf life information of the food material and the removal duration information. Therefore, the quality guarantee period of the food material under the condition that the sealing clamp storing the food material is placed in the storage cavity of the refrigerator is different from the quality guarantee period of the food material placed outside the refrigerator, the time length of the sealing clamp storing the food material placed in the refrigerator and the total time length of the sealing clamp taken away from the storage seat are recorded, the time length of the food material stored in the refrigerator and the time length of the food material stored outside the refrigerator can be determined, the remaining quality guarantee period of the food material is determined to be more accurate by comparing with the quality guarantee period information, a user can know the remaining quality guarantee period of the food material more accurately, and the food material is prevented from being overdue and going bad, so that the food material waste is caused.

For example, if the food material is stored for 30 days at room temperature or stored for 90 days in a low-temperature environment, and it is determined that the removal period is 40 days, and the storage period in the refrigerator is 36 days, it is determined that the sealing clip storing the food material is placed outside the refrigerator for 4 days, and the storage period outside the refrigerator is converted into the storage period inside the refrigerator, which is equivalent to 48 days of the sealing clip storing the food material, or the storage period inside the refrigerator is converted into the storage period outside the refrigerator, which is equivalent to 16 days of the sealing clip storing the food material, which is equivalent to 14 days of storage at room temperature or 42 days of storage in a low-temperature environment.

Optionally, determining the remaining shelf life of the food material further comprises: and S04, determining that the remaining shelf life is less than the set time length, and sending out warning information. Therefore, when the residual quality guarantee period of the food materials is too short, the user is reminded to process the food materials in a mode of sending out warning information, the food materials are properly processed in a mode of quickly eating the food materials or putting the food materials into a refrigerator to prolong the quality guarantee period of the food materials, and the food materials are prevented from being overdue and going bad to cause food material waste.

Optionally, the set time length is determined according to the shelf life information of the food material. Therefore, the length of the set duration is determined according to the quality guarantee period of the food materials, different set durations can be set according to different quality guarantee periods of different food materials, and the method is more intelligent and can assist users in better managing the food materials.

Optionally, the set time is one tenth of the shelf life of the food material at normal temperature. Therefore, the method and the device can send out warning information before the food materials are about to expire, remind the user of processing the food materials which are about to expire, and assist the user in better managing the food materials. For example, if the shelf life of the food material is 90 days after being stored at normal temperature, the set time duration is 9 days, and if the remaining shelf life of the food material is less than 9 days after being stored at normal temperature, the food material is reminded to be processed as soon as possible by issuing warning information.

Optionally, the set duration is a fixed duration value. Therefore, a fixed time length value is set, when the remaining quality guarantee period of the food material is smaller than the fixed value, the remaining quality guarantee period of the food material is less, the food material is out of date, at the moment, warning information is sent out to remind a user of processing the food material to be out of date as soon as possible, and the food material is better managed.

Optionally, the set duration is greater than or equal to 5 days and less than or equal to 20 days. Therefore, the reminding is sent to the user under the condition that the distance between the food materials is 5-20 days out of date, so that the user has enough time to reasonably arrange diet, the food materials to be out of date are better processed, and the situation that the user forgets the food materials to be out of date due to too long reminding time or the reminding time is too short, so that the user does not have enough time to process the food materials to be out of date is avoided.

Optionally, issuing the alert information comprises: and broadcasting or displaying the residual quality guarantee period of the food material in a voice broadcasting or video display mode. Therefore, the food materials can be reminded to the user to be overdue, the user can know the time length of the food materials from the overdue time length, the user can conveniently make a diet plan, and the food materials to be overdue can be better processed.

Optionally, the method for food material management further comprises: when a user is determined to take the sealed clamp storing the food material from the storage cavity of the refrigerator, the food material type information and the unit heat information in the sealed clamp storing the food material are obtained through the RFID module arranged in the storage cavity, wherein the sealed clamp storing the food material is stored on a weighing shelf arranged in the storage cavity; and obtaining the weight information of the food material taken determined by the weighing module of the weighing shelf, and determining the heat information of the food material taken by the user according to the unit heat information and the weight information of the food material taken. In this way, the weight of the food material is obtained through the weighing shelf, for example, the weight obtained through weighing before the food material is taken and the weight obtained through weighing after the food material is taken are obtained, the weight of the food material is obtained, the type information and the unit calorie information of the food material are identified through the RFID module, the heat taken away from the food material is calculated based on the weight information and the unit calorie information of the food material, the user can be better helped to strictly control the taken heat, and the user experience is improved.

Optionally, the writing unit of the RFID module is further configured to write food material related information such as food material type information and unit calorie information into the electronic tag of the sealing clip, and read the food material related information such as the food material type information and unit calorie information stored in the electronic tag through the reading unit. Therefore, the food material type information and the unit heat information can be written into the electronic tag of the sealing clamp through the RFID module, so that the processor assembly can accurately confirm the food material type stored in the sealing clamp and the unit heat of the food material, and the heat of the food material is better judged.

Optionally, after determining the heat information of the food material taken by the user according to the unit heat information and the weight information, the method further includes: and sending out a heat information prompt. Therefore, after the heat information of the food material taken by the user is determined, the user can know the heat information of the food material taken by the user in a manner of giving out the heat information prompt, and the user can manage the heat intake of the user conveniently.

Optionally, the thermal information prompt comprises: and displaying the heat value or broadcasting the heat value by voice through a display screen. Therefore, the heat information of the food material taken by the user can be indicated more intuitively in a display or voice broadcast mode of the display screen, so that the user can better know the heat of the food material taken at this time.

Optionally, the determining the fetching weight information of the food material comprises: determining that a user takes away food materials, and recording the weight of the food materials when the food materials are taken away; determining that the user replaces the food material, recording the weight of the food material when the food material is replaced, and determining the weight of the food material taken away by the user according to the difference value between the weight of the food material taken away and the weight of the food material when the food material is replaced. Therefore, the weight of the food materials taken away is determined by comparing the weight change of the food materials stored in the sealing clamp before and after the food materials are taken, the weight of the food materials taken away can be managed and controlled more accurately in a simple mode, and the efficiency of the food material management process is improved.

Optionally, after determining the heat information of the food material taken by the user according to the unit heat information and the weight information, the method further includes: and when the heat information is determined to exceed the preset heat, sending out a warning that the heat exceeds the standard.
