The two gears 20 are meshed with each other to increase the stability when the support rod 17 pushes the lifting block 10, and ensure that the lifting block 10 can drive the filter sheet 9 to realize the motion process of slowly rising, rapidly falling and rapidly standing.

The upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is vertically and rotatably provided with a mounting shaft 23 which is superposed with the axis of the lifting block 10. The mounting shaft 23 penetrates the elevator block 10 and the surface of the mounting shaft 23 is provided with a spiral groove 24 matched with the elevator block 10. The top end of the rotating shaft 23 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a horizontal rod 25 along the radial direction of the mounting shaft 23. A stirring rod 26 is fixedly connected below the horizontal rod 25. A brush roller 27 is rotatably mounted to the end of the horizontal rod 25. The axis of rotation of brush roller 27 is horizontal and perpendicular to horizontal rod 25. The upper surface of the mounting disc 18 is vertically matched with a lifting rod 28 in a sliding way at a position corresponding to the support rod 17, the top of the lifting rod 28 is fixedly provided with a rubber block 29, and the bottom of the lifting rod 28 is fixedly provided with a first sliding block 30. The mounting plate 18 is provided with a vertical groove 31 slidably engaged with the first slide block 30. The side wall of the vertical groove 31 is provided with a horizontal groove 32, and a second sliding block 33 is matched in the horizontal groove 32 in a sliding way. A buffer spring 34 is fixedly connected between the end surface of the second sliding block 33 and the end surface of the horizontal groove 32. The second slide block 33 is slidably engaged with the first slide block 30, and the surfaces of the two engaged with each other are inclined surfaces. The inner surface of the plastic film 7 first contacts the rubber block 29 during the movement toward the upper surface of the mounting plate 18 and pushes the lift lever 28 and the first slide block 30 downward by the rubber block 29. First sliding block 30 promotes second sliding block 33 and slides along horizontal groove 32 in the downward movement process, and second sliding block 33 plays the cushioning effect to second sliding block 33 along horizontal groove 32 slip in-process buffer spring 34 to further play the cushioning effect to bracing piece 17, avoid bracing piece 17 direct impact to the mounting disc 18 upper surface to cause the damage.

The working steps in the embodiment of the invention are as follows: and (3) conveying the mixture of the skin crushed aggregates and the meat paste into a space between the filter sheet 9 and the plastic film 7 through the sealing barrel 3, and stacking the mixture above the filter sheet 9. The sealing cylinder 3 is sealed by the cover plate 5, and then air is transmitted among the sealing cylinder 3, the filter 9 and the plastic film 7 by the air pump 6, so that the air pressure above the mixture is increased. The mixture materials piled above the filter disc 9 are pressed downwards by the air pressure, and the meat paste material passes through the filter holes on the filter disc 9, falls onto the material guide plate 13, flows downwards along the material guide plate 13 until passing through the discharge hole 14 and flows to the upper surface of the material receiving plate 15. The skin particles in the mixture remain on the upper surface of the filter sheet 9 under the filtering action of the filter sheet 9. In the process of filtering the mixture, the rotating gear 20 drives the rotating shaft 19, the mounting disc 18 and the guide plate 21 to synchronously rotate. The support rod 17 pushes the lifting block 10, the filter sheet 9, the first mounting ring 8 and the second mounting ring 11 to rise slowly along the guide rod 12 under the guide action of the guide plate 21, the return spring 16 is stretched, and the plastic film 7 is compressed into a corrugated shape. After the bottom end of the supporting rod 17 is separated from the top surface of the guide plate 21, the lifting block 10, the filter sheet 9, the first mounting ring 8, the second mounting ring 11 and the supporting rod 17 are pulled to rapidly descend along the guide rod 12 by the resilience force of the return spring 16 until the bottom end of the supporting rod 17 impacts the upper surface of the mounting disc 18 to drive the filter sheet 9, the first mounting ring 8 and the second mounting ring 11 to stop; the plastic film 7 is flattened. In the process, when the filter sheet 9 descends rapidly, the surface crushed aggregates attached to the upper surface of the filter sheet 9 are separated from the filter sheet 9 under the action of inertia force and are mixed into the mixture above the filter sheet 9; when the filter sheet 9 is rapidly stopped, the meat paste adhered in the filter holes of the filter sheet 9 is descended under the action of inertia force to be separated from the filter holes and falls onto the upper surface of the material guide plate 13. Through the process, the separation of the surface crushed aggregates from the upper surface of the filter sheet 9 and the separation of the meat paste from the filter holes are completed, so that the condition of unsmooth filtration is avoided, and the filtration effect is improved.
