Background

On one hand, with the development of rural aquaculture, rural water, atmosphere and soil pollution caused by aquaculture excrement is increasingly concerned, and harmful substances such as germs, hormones, antibiotics and the like enter soil and water in an agricultural mode through livestock excrement without being effectively treated, so that the harmful substances further enter a food chain while the environment is deeply threatened to form a food safety problem. The in-situ incineration of straw is one of the important causes of air pollution. On the other hand, the use of a large amount of chemical fertilizers causes soil hardening and fertility reduction, and the residual chemical fertilizers are harmful to food safety, and simultaneously, water and soil pollution is aggravated and a large amount of resources are wasted.

With the increasing environmental importance of the public, the organic wastes such as the livestock and poultry manure, the straw and the agricultural product processing residues in the rural areas cannot be discarded or incinerated at any time, and the cost of the incineration disposal is relatively high when the wastes are collected. The organic wastes are autoclaved and hydrothermally cracked to prepare the fertilizer, which is undoubtedly an effective recycling treatment way.

Hydrothermal cracking (also called hydrothermal degradation) is an important link in a fertilizer making process, and can not only enable organic degradable substances, antibiotics and other substances in the fertilizer to have high-pressure water thermal cracking reaction, but also kill bacteria and viruses. However, the products of the hydrothermal cracking are often viscous high-moisture slurry-like materials, and particularly, the solid-liquid separation is difficult to be well carried out under the condition of only excrement. The existing solid-liquid separation equipment is difficult to carry out the solid-liquid separation for effectively separating the products.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a composite solid-liquid separation device capable of separating viscous materials after thermal cracking of water.

The following describes the embodiments and operation of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The terms of orientation such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear in the present specification are established based on the positional relationship shown in the drawings. The corresponding positional relationship may also vary depending on the drawings, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection.

In the process of preparing organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure (including cow manure, pig manure and chicken manure), crop straws and other rural wastes, viruses and worm eggs can be inactivated by high-pressure water thermal cracking, and substances such as antibiotics and organic matters can be decomposed at the same time. But is thermally cracked under high pressure water to produce a viscous high moisture slurry. An outlet of the first slurry channel 205 is arranged at the top of the inner centrifugal cylinder 303, so that the thicker materials extruded by the extrusion dehydration device in the inner cylinder 203 can fall into a first centrifugal area of the inner centrifugal cylinder 303, the thicker materials are centrifugally separated under the rotating centrifugal action of the inner centrifugal cylinder 303, and the centrifugally separated dry coarse materials are output from a first discharge channel arranged at the bottom of the inner centrifugal cylinder 303 and enter a subsequent process to prepare the solid organic fertilizer. And the centrifuged slurry carries a portion of the finer material through the wall of the inner bowl into the second centrifuge zone.

The outlet of the second slurry channel is arranged at the top of the outer centrifuge bowl 302 and between the outer centrifuge bowl 302 and the inner centrifuge bowl 303, so that the finer material which advances through the second slurry channel 206 enters the second centrifuge zone, and under the centrifugal separation action of the outer centrifuge bowl 302, the centrifugally separated dry fine material is output from the second discharge channel arranged at the bottom of the second centrifuge zone and enters the subsequent process. The separated slurry passes through the wall surface of the centrifugal net of the outer centrifugal cylinder and enters the shell area to be collected, the separated slurry is collected through a second slurry channel arranged at the bottom of the outer shell and is further subjected to concentration separation together with the slurry collected from the first slurry channel, the concentrated solution is used for preparing liquid fertilizer, and the dilute solution is used for infiltrating the raw materials.

In the above-mentioned centrifugal separation process, the inner and outer centrifugal cylinders are operated simultaneously, so that the separation of the slurry containing the finer material from the first centrifugal zone into the second centrifugal zone also takes place simultaneously.

As an optimized technical scheme, as shown in fig. 2, the centrifugal nets of the inner centrifugal cylinder and the outer centrifugal cylinder are both of concave-convex structures, materials rub and drag with each other in the rotating process, and the centrifugal net has the function of cleaning materials blocked by sieve pores, so that the separation effect is better, and the materials are prevented from being adhered to the wall surface.
