Background

A printer is one of the output devices of a computer for printing the results of a computer process on an associated medium. Although the existing multifunctional office printer has more functions, the arrangement among the functions is not reasonable enough, which causes low efficiency.

Chinese patent publication No. CN207630766U discloses a printer with a binding function, which can bind printed paper documents as required, and is simple and convenient to operate.

However, the above-mentioned solution can only be used for printing and binding, and cannot meet the increasing printing requirements of users.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a multifunctional printer and a using method thereof, which are convenient and quick, can print, bind and pack, can meet the requirements of users on multiple functions, and improve the using efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 to 7, a first embodiment of a multifunctional printer according to the present invention includes a control device, a printing device 1 and a binding device 2 communicatively connected to the control device, and a packaging device 3, where the printing device 1 and the packaging device 3 are respectively located at an input end and an output end of the binding device 2; the printing device 1 comprises a frame 11, an ink jet mechanism 12 and a paper feeding mechanism, wherein the ink jet mechanism 12 and the paper feeding mechanism are arranged in the frame 11, a cleaning mechanism 13 used for cleaning dirt of the ink jet mechanism 12 is detachably connected to the ink jet mechanism 12, a collecting mechanism 14 used for collecting and cleaning the dirt is further arranged on the frame 11, and the ink jet mechanism 12 and the paper feeding mechanism are both in communication connection with a control device.

The cleaning mechanism 13 is used for cleaning dirt on the ink jet mechanism 12, and the cleaned dirt is collected by the collecting mechanism 14; the multifunctional printer can control the printing device 1 and the binding device 2 through the control device, so that the printing and binding can be automated; and a packing device 3 is also arranged, so that the files which are bound can be packed, and the use efficiency is improved. The first binding mechanism 23 includes a first sliding member 231, a first lifting member 232, a first binding portion 233, and a first bracket 234, the first binding portion 233 is located above the conveying mechanism 21, and the first bracket 234 is connected to the bottom of the first sliding member 231 for supporting the first sliding member 231; in the present embodiment, the first sliding member 231 is located at the side of the conveying mechanism 21, that is, the sliding direction of the first sliding member 231 and the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 21 are parallel to each other. The binding position of the first binding part 233 relative to the sheets can be adjusted by the first sliding member 231, and the first lifting member 232 can facilitate the binding of the sheets with different thicknesses by the first binding part 233. Furthermore, the aligning mechanism 22 includes a first baffle 221, a first telescopic member 222, two first connecting columns 223 at the output end of the conveying mechanism 21; as shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the first connection column 223 is connected with a third bracket 224, two ends of the first baffle 221 are respectively connected with the two first connection columns 223 through a rotating shaft, and the first connection columns 223 are further connected with the end of the first sliding assembly 231. The first telescopic member 222 is connected with the first connecting column 223, and the first telescopic member 222 is electrically connected with the control device; specifically, first extensible member 222 is the electronic flexible piece, is equipped with on the first connecting column 223 to be used for holding the recess that electronic flexible piece retracted, and electronic flexible piece is connected in the recess. It should be noted that the volume of the first connecting column 223 is larger than the volume of the first retractable member 222 in the retracted state, so that the first retractable member 222 can be retracted into the first connecting column 223 without affecting the rotation of the first baffle 221 in the retracted state. In use, the control device can control the first binding part 233 to move left and right, that is, to move in the conveying direction or the reverse direction of the conveying mechanism 21, and can also control the first binding part 233 to move up and down. After the binding is completed, the control device controls the first retractable member 222 to retract, and the first flap 221 rotates, so that the bound paper can enter the packing device 3.

Also, as shown in fig. 1, a connecting plate 25 is further provided at the output end of the carrying mechanism 21, the connecting plate 25 is connected to the third bracket 224, and the connecting plate 25 is provided to be inclined downward from the end near the third bracket 224 to the end near the packing device 3. In order to allow the paper sheets to pass through the conveying mechanism 21, the connecting plate 25, and the packing device 3 smoothly in this order, the connecting plate 25 is provided with a notch structure 251 for preventing influence on the rotation of the conveying mechanism 21, as shown in fig. 9.

Also, as shown in fig. 5, the blocking assembly 33 includes a second blocking plate 332, a second telescopic member 333, and two second connecting posts 331, where the two second connecting posts 331 are connected to the upper surface of the baling platform 31 and are far from one end of the binding device 2; two ends of the second baffle 332 are respectively connected with the two second connecting posts 331 through rotating shafts. The structure of the second telescopic part 333 is similar to that of the first telescopic part 222, the second telescopic part 333 is also an electric telescopic block, the structure of the second connecting column 331 is similar to that of the first connecting column 223, a groove for accommodating the electric telescopic block to retract is also formed in the second connecting column 331, and the electric telescopic block is connected in the groove. In use, the control device can control the left and right and up and down movements of the first binding part 233 and the second binding part 243. After the binding is completed, the control device controls the first retractable member 222 to retract, and the first flap 221 rotates, so that the bound paper can enter the packing device 3.

Fig. 10 shows an embodiment of a method for using a multifunction printer according to the present invention, which includes the following steps:

s1, putting paper into a printing device 1 for printing.

Step S1 specifically includes: the paper is placed on the paper feeding plate 15, the paper enters the frame 11 from the paper feeding port 16, printing is performed through the cooperation of the ink jet mechanism 12 and the paper feeding mechanism, and the printed paper is output from the paper output port 18, passes through the paper output plate 17 and then reaches the input end of the conveying mechanism 21. Before printing, the cleaning mechanism 13 may be controlled by the control device to perform a cleaning operation on the head 121.

S2, after step S1, the control device controls the transport mechanism 21 to transport the printed paper, and when the paper abuts against the registration mechanism 22, the transport mechanism 21 stops operating.

Step S2 specifically includes: the control device controls the conveying mechanism 21 to start, so that the printed paper is conveyed from one end close to the printing device 1 to one end close to the packaging device, and at the moment, the first telescopic piece 222 keeps the extending state to be abutted against the first baffle 221, so that the first baffle 221 cannot rotate; when the paper abuts against the first flap 221, the control device controls the conveyance mechanism 21 to stop, and by abutting against the first flap 221, the paper can be aligned.

S3. after step S2, the control device controls the first binding mechanism 23 to bind the sheets.

When the second binding mechanism 24 is provided, step S3 is: the control device controls the first binding mechanism 23 or the second binding mechanism 24 to bind the sheets.

Step S3 specifically includes: the control device controls the first sliding assembly 231 to move, drives the first binding part 233 to move to a proper binding position, and controls the first lifting assembly 232 to move through the control device, so that the first binding part 233 moves downwards and is bound. When the second binding mechanism 24 is needed to bind, the control device controls the second sliding assembly 241 to move, so as to drive the second binding portion 243 to move to a proper binding position, and then controls the second lifting assembly 242 to move, so as to move the second binding portion 243 downwards and bind.

S4, after step S3, the control device controls the alignment mechanism 22 to move, so that the alignment mechanism 22 no longer abuts against the paper.

Step S4 specifically includes: after the binding is completed, the control device controls the first retractable member 222 to retract into the groove of the first connecting column 223.

S5, after step S4, the control device controls the conveying mechanism 21 to start, and conveys the stapled sheets to the wrapping device 3 for wrapping.

Step S5 specifically includes: placing the packaging bag on the packaging platform 31, and sleeving the opening of the packaging bag on the support rod 322 to enable the opening of the packaging bag to face the binding device 2; then the conveying mechanism 21 is controlled to start, and the paper is continuously conveyed and pushes the first baffle 221 to rotate; in the process of continuously conveying the paper, the paper falls into the packaging bag through the connecting plate 25, and packaging is completed.

S6. after step S1, the control device controls the cleaning mechanism 13 to perform the cleaning operation on the ink ejection mechanism 12.

Step S6 specifically includes: the control device controls the extension of the second telescopic rod 132 and drives the brush 133 to approach the spray head 121 until the brush contacts the spray head 121, and cleaning work is performed by friction between the brush 133 and the spray head 121.

It should be noted that step S6 may be executed at any time after step S1, or may be executed before step S1.
