3. A mobile make-up system according to claim 2, wherein the first conduit (9) is a tank hose, and a raffinate port (14) is provided at one end of the tank hose.

4. A mobile make-up system according to claim 1, wherein said tank assembly unit (1) and said filling unit (2) are connected in correspondence by a second pipe (10); or the oil tank combination unit (1) and the cleaning unit (3) are circularly connected through two pipelines II (10).

5. A mobile make-up system according to claim 4, characterised in that the second conduit (10) is an oil pump connection.

A mobile make-up system according to claim 1, further comprising a reel (7), said reel (7) being wound with a third pipe (11), one end of said third pipe (11) being adapted to be connected to said mobile equipment tank and the other end thereof being adapted to be connected to said refueling unit (2) or said cleaning unit (3); and the third pipeline (11) is used for connecting the refueling unit (2) or one end of the cleaning unit (3) is provided with a raffinate oil interface (14), and the third pipeline (11) is used for connecting one end of the motor equipment oil tank is provided with a two-way quick joint (13).

10. A mobile make-up system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the power unit (4) is connected to the washing unit (3) or the refuelling unit (2) by an electric cable.

Preferably, the oil tank combination unit comprises a plurality of oil tanks, and all the oil tanks are sequentially connected through at least one pipeline I.

Example 1

A kind of movement supply system, it is the specialized equipment to refuel and wash the mobile equipment such as aircraft 6, locomotive to the temporary place in the open air, it is a set of building blocks combined equipment formed by many functional units; as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the main functional modules include an oil tank combination unit 1, an oil filling unit 2, a power unit 4, a cleaning unit 3 and an accessory box 5, and each functional module is an integrated module; during transportation, all modules are integrated, combined and fixed, wherein a plurality of oil tanks are modularly combined to form an oil tank combination unit 1 for independent transportation, and an oil filling unit 2, a power unit 4, a cleaning unit 3 and an accessory box 5 are integrally installed and transported together; when in use, the device can be flexibly configured according to requirements, and meets all-weather use environments.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an oil outlet 15 and a dust cover 16 are arranged at the top of each oil tank, so that manual quick opening and closing are facilitated; the small-volume oil tank below 2 tons is provided with two oil outlets 15, and the oil tank with the volume above 5 tons is provided with 4 oil outlets 15; the interface refers to the design of a common fuel tank cover, and is quickly disassembled and assembled.

The interior of the oil tank is manufactured by adopting an HAN (fire-retardant and explosion-proof) technology, so that explosion cannot occur in the case of accidents such as open fire, impact, gunshot, welding and the like, and even if combustion occurs, the flame height is low, so that the oil tank can be quickly extinguished and cannot explode; and (5) surface plate rigidizing treatment. Refuel unit 2 can provide the fuel output of stable pressure, satisfies pressure and gravity and refuels the demand. The refueling unit 2 is connected with the fuel tank combination unit 1 and the motor-driven equipment respectively, and is used for outputting fuel from the fuel tank combination unit 1 to a motor-driven equipment fuel tank.

Specifically, the refueling power supply is used for outputting 0.6MPa high-pressure oil from the fuel tank combination unit 1 through an oil pump, reducing the pressure to a required output pressure value through pressure stabilization, and quantitatively and safely introducing the fuel into the fuel tank of the mobile equipment such as the airplane 6 or the mobile vehicle through a special hose joint. The fueling unit 2 includes A, B two types: type A: the device has two modes of pressure refueling and gravity refueling; type B: only the pressure filling mode.

Wherein, in this embodiment, the total power consumption of the a-type fueling unit is about 18kw, and the external reference size: 2.2 × 1.4 × 2.0 m, weighing about 1.65 ton; selecting an oil pump of an oil tank truck, 80YHCB80-0.6MPa-15kw, and meeting the requirement that the single-gun oiling speed is more than or equal to 1200L/min; and a pressure refueling interface and a gravity refueling interface are configured at the same time.

The B-type oiling unit has 3 types of B1/B2/B3 of oiling guns with the number of 1, 2 and 3, the output pressure is adjustable, the oil pump pressure can be used under 0.4MPa, the output flow is more than 1200L/min, and the oiling speed is high.

The oiling unit 2 has 3 specifications of pipe diameter phi 63/51/38 mm; the pressure oiling pressure is 0.345MPa +/-10%, the oiling speed is 1200L/min, and the inner diameter of the rubber pipe is phi 63 mm; the gravity oiling pressure is adjustable, the pipe diameter of phi 51 is more than or equal to 600 liters/minute, and the pipe diameter of phi 38 is more than or equal to 300 liters/minute.

The various types of refueling units 2 can be used in a superposition mode in parallel and can also be used in an independent operation mode.

The oiling unit 2 comprises an electric cabinet which is packaged with internal pipeline equipment such as an oil supply pipeline, a filter, a pressure control device, a flow control device, a back-pumping device, a buffer device and the like, an electric reel 7 is arranged on the electric cabinet, and the electric cabinet leads out a pressure oiling interface or a gravity oiling interface from the internal pipeline; the pressure refueling interface or the gravity refueling interface is correspondingly connected with the reel 7 provided with a pipeline and is provided with a refueling gun; the side of the electrical cabinet is provided with an oil inlet, and an instrument operation panel is configured to display states of pressure, flow, operation and the like. The periphery of the oiling unit 2 is closed, and the operation and instrument panel can be opened.

< Power Unit 4>

The power unit 4 is used for connecting the refueling unit 2 and the cleaning unit 3 and temporarily supplying power to the refueling unit 2 and the cleaning unit 3 and other unit equipment. When in refueling operation, the power unit 4 is connected with the refueling unit 2; when in the cleaning operation, the power unit 4 is connected to the cleaning unit 3. The power unit 4 is connected with an electric control box of the corresponding unit equipment in a cable rapid plugging mode. The power unit 4 integrates the generator set and the distribution box (the height of the generator set is increased by about 250 mm) to be used as an independent unit, so that the installation and the transportation are convenient.

The power unit 4 can provide various alternating current and direct current power supply outputs with different voltages, and various power requirements are met. The power unit 4 in this embodiment adopts the low-noise diesel generating set that has increased explosion-proof block terminal, has protective measures such as antistatic lightning protection. Wherein the unit block terminal adopts explosion-proof socket plug, explosion-proof level Exd II AT4Gb, joins in marriage 2 roots of output line: 380V/50 Hz, length 10 m; 2 spare wires: 380V/220V/50Hz respectively, and the length is 30 meters; all adopt waterproof quick connector, leave ordinary three-phase and two-phase socket simultaneously, be equipped with 6/12/24V DC power output interface, have some crossover sub and wiring board at random to adapt to different demands. The generator set has the characteristics of explosion prevention, water prevention, dust prevention and sun exposure resistance, and sound insulation treatment is performed on the box body, so that noise is reduced and is less than or equal to 75 decibels.

Further, the power unit 4 comprises a matched set of direct current charging lithium batteries, can provide a direct current power supply of 20A-6/12/24/36/48V, can be used when the engine is not started, and can be charged when the diesel generator set is started and automatically disconnected after the diesel generator set is fully charged.

The power unit 4 is convenient to overhaul and maintain, high in automation degree and free of personnel on duty.

The cleaning unit 3 utilizes jet fuel (aviation kerosene) to carry out full-automatic circulating cleaning on a fuel tank of the mobile equipment, such as an airplane fuel tank, detects the pollution degree of the fuel tank on line and ensures that the fuel tank meets the requirements of relevant standards.

The cleaning unit 3 comprises two self-oil suction pumps which are respectively used for filling and extracting fuel oil, and the fuel oil for cleaning can directly come from the oil tank combination unit 1. The filling pipeline has a surge function and a bubbling function, so that the filled oil forms waves, and meanwhile, the bubbled fuel oil overturns to form impact force to flush the object. Meanwhile, a vacuum pump is matched for auxiliary suction, the flow speed of the discharged liquid is increased, the inside of the box body is washed, and the oil pump is assisted to work. The cleaning unit 3 uses other oil tanks as circulating tanks, and the capacity is selected according to the size of the airplane oil tank; the cleaning unit 3 is an independent function device, and can be used in parallel and overlapped in cleaning, so that the disadvantage of huge volume of the existing cleaning vehicle is solved.

< Accessory case 5>

The accessory boxes 5 are not connected with other functional units, and the accessory boxes 5 are relatively independent and are fixed with each other only during transportation. The interior of the accessory box 5 is divided into various functional lattices, fixing devices are arranged in the lattices and used for storing and containing equipment accessories, tools, fire-fighting equipment and the like, two sides of the box body are opened, the internal space is fully utilized, the heights of the parts are collected and fixed in a centralized manner, and the accessory box is suitable for various transportation conditions.

In the embodiment, each functional link in large-scale refueling and cleaning equipment of an airplane 6 and a mobile vehicle base is split into independent functional units such as a power unit 4, a refueling unit 2, a cleaning unit 3, an oil tank combination unit 1 and an accessory box 5 which are different in number, each functional unit is small in size and light in weight, transportation is facilitated, the units can work all weather after special treatment, a common automobile can be transported, the device is also suitable for transportation of containers and army square cabins, and especially the device can be used under the field maneuvering condition.

When the mobile supply system is used for refueling the airplane 6, the oil tanks in the oil tank combination unit 1 are sequentially connected in series through a plurality of first pipelines 9, the oil tank combination unit 1 and the refueling unit 2 are correspondingly connected through a second pipeline 10 (in the embodiment, an oil pump connecting pipe with a special joint is adopted), one end of the second pipeline 10 is connected with an oil outlet 15 on the oil tank, and the other end of the second pipeline is connected with an oil pump interface on the refueling unit 2; the power unit 4 supplies power to the refueling unit 2 through a cable, and the refueling unit 2 is connected with a fuel tank of the airplane 6 through a pipeline III 11 wound on the reel 7; meanwhile, a control line led out from the interior of the oiling unit 2 is connected with an electric dull man 8, so that the external operation is facilitated. The tank units do not have to be located close together during the refuelling operation of the tanks of the aircraft 6, but the tank volumes and the type of refuelling unit 2 can be combined as desired, in a manner which is shown schematically in fig. 1.

When the mobile replenishment system is used for cleaning the fuel tanks of the aircraft 6, the volume of the additional tank, i.e. the tank module 1, is determined on the basis of the fuel tank volume of the aircraft 6, the total volume of the tank module 1 in principle not being lower than the fuel tank volume of the aircraft 6. As shown in fig. 2, each oil tank in the oil tank combination unit 1 is connected in series two by two through a first pipeline 9, the oil tank combination unit 1 and the cleaning unit 3 are connected end to end through a second pipeline 10 to form a circulation pipeline, one end of the second pipeline 10 is connected with an oil outlet 15 on the oil tank, and the other end of the second pipeline is connected with a circulation port on the cleaning unit 3. In order to clean the oil tank of the airplane 6 comprehensively and quickly at one time, two self-oil-sucking pumps in the cleaning unit 3 are respectively connected with three reels 7 (one for filling and one for extracting) which are connected in parallel, and the reels 7 are respectively connected with the oil tank of the airplane 6 and the cleaning unit 3 through a pipeline three 11 (a pipeline three 11 is wound on a reel 7 body) and a pipeline four 12 to form three pipelines; the three pipelines are respectively used for the left wing, the right wing and the central oil tank of the airplane 6. The power unit 4 supplies power to the cleaning unit 3 through a cable.

The first pipe 9, the second pipe 10, the third pipe 11 and the fourth pipe 12 are all rubber hoses, and the end parts of the first pipe are respectively provided with corresponding special interfaces for matching with an oil pump on an oil tank, an oil filling unit or a cleaning unit or an aircraft oil tank interface, and the structure of the pipeline is shown in fig. 6-9, wherein dotted lines represent an extraction route different from a filling route, so as to more clearly illustrate a circulation route of fuel cleaning.

The third pipeline 11 comprises a connector connected with an oil pump of the oiling unit 2 or the cleaning unit 3, a pipeline body, a two-way quick connector 13 and a special connector for an oil tank of the mechanical and electrical equipment, which are connected in sequence. The quick connector 13 is detachably connected with a special connector for the mechanical equipment, and corresponding connectors can be quickly selected and replaced to match with the quick connector according to the object using the mechanical equipment.
