Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical washing products, in particular to a long-acting antibacterial composition and application thereof in laundry detergent.

Background

The working principle of the laundry detergent is the same as that of the traditional washing powder and soap, and the active ingredients are all surfactants. The difference lies in that: the traditional washing powder and soap adopt anionic surfactants, mainly comprise sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium stearate, have strong alkalinity (the pH of the washing powder is generally more than 12), further have large irritation and damage to skin when in use, have mild performance, strong detergency, abundant foam, do not damage fabrics, are harmless to human bodies, have liquid formulations, are convenient to use, and are popular and loved by consumers.

However, as people pay more and more attention to concepts of green, health and the like, the requirements for additional functions brought by washing of the laundry detergent are more and more diverse and higher, one of the requirements is that the washed clothes have a lasting antibacterial effect, the clothes with the lasting antibacterial function cannot grow various bacteria, fungi and molds along with the change of the environment, such as humidity and heat, and the clothes stored for a long time are not easy to generate peculiar smell.

At present, bacteriostatic laundry detergents sold in the market are mostly prepared by adding phenolic bactericides or plant bacteriostatic agents, and most of the bacteriostatic laundry detergents emphasize the instant sterilization or degerming capability of clothes in the washing process, and have certain defects of greenness, safety and effectiveness, more importantly, the resistance capability of washed clothes to the external environment in the long-term storage process is neglected, for example, bacterial fungi and even mold are easily bred on the clothes in humid and stuffy environment in plum rain season, so that peculiar smell is generated, therefore, the laundry detergents in the prior art can not meet the requirements of people, and a long-acting bacteriostatic composition is urgently needed to be developed and applied to a laundry formula, so that the clothes can keep a good bacteriostatic effect in the airing and storage processes after washing.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a long-acting antibacterial composition which adopts a nano high-molecular polymer, has good hydrophilicity, hydrolysis resistance and good film-forming property at room temperature, has good affinity for antibacterial components and clothes fibers, thereby endowing the clothes fibers with a smooth, complete, gapless, wear-resistant and durable antibacterial coating layer, can ensure that the washed clothes have a lasting antibacterial function, has no damage to the clothes fibers, and has no change in appearance texture and the like, and an application of the long-acting antibacterial composition in a laundry detergent.

chelating agent: 0.1 to 1 percent;

the balance being deionized water.
