Example 2

A preparation method of a chicken feed formula added with medlar powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of expanded rice hull powder, 60 parts of wheat bran, 40 parts of medlar powder, 15 parts of allicin, 10 parts of folium artemisiae argyi powder, 12 parts of an antibacterial agent, 20 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine additive, 15 parts of an improver and the balance of water.

The antibacterial agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of curdlan, 30 parts of pollen polysaccharide, 10 parts of aristolochic acid, 12 parts of pine needle, 8 parts of berberine, 15 parts of triterpenoid saponin, 25 parts of dandelion and 40 parts of licorice powder.

Example 3

A preparation method of a chicken feed formula added with medlar powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of expanded rice hull powder, 50 parts of wheat bran, 35 parts of medlar powder, 12 parts of allicin, 8 parts of folium artemisiae argyi powder, 10 parts of an antibacterial agent, 17 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine additive, 14 parts of an improver and the balance of water.

The antibacterial agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of curdlan, 28 parts of pollen polysaccharide, 8 parts of aristolochic acid, 10 parts of pine needle, 6 parts of berberine, 12 parts of triterpenoid saponin, 23 parts of dandelion and 35 parts of licorice powder.

The traditional Chinese medicine additive is divided into the following components by weight: 18 parts of angelica, 12 parts of prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 6 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 10 parts of red paeony root, 8 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 12 parts of hawthorn, 20 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae, 3 parts of acanthopanax and the balance of water.

The improver comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of chilli powder, 25 parts of cod liver oil, 30 parts of stone powder, 22 parts of vitamin E, 22 parts of vitamin C and the balance of water.

Comparative example 1

The preparation method for preparing the chicken feed by adding the medlar powder in the existing market is adopted.

Experiment one: aiming at the weight influence experiment of the chickens;

taking 1 part of the chicken feed prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1, selecting 40 50-day-old chickens as experimental objects, 20 hens and 20 cocks, dividing the 40 chickens into four groups, dividing each group of cocks and hens into halves, feeding the chickens with the chicken feed prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1 respectively, taking the weight of each group of chickens in the morning, noon and evening, recording the weight of each group of chickens after 70 days and 120 days, and taking an average value, wherein the experimental results are shown in the following table:

as can be seen from the above table, when the chickens eat the chicken feed prepared by the invention at the age of 70 days and 120 days, the weight of the chickens obviously increases compared with the weight of the chickens eating the chicken feed in the existing market, so that the daily gain of the chickens can be greatly increased by eating the chicken feed of the invention.

Experiment two: experiments are carried out on the daily average feed intake and egg yield of the chickens;

selecting 40 strong and fully developed 150-day-old hens which are divided into four groups, taking one part of the chicken feed prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 1, feeding the four groups of hens respectively for 180 days, and detecting the daily average feed intake (g/hen), daily average egg production (number/hen), average weight (g) of eggs and morbidity and mortality of the hens in the period; the results are shown in the following table:

As can be seen from the above table, compared with the chicken feed produced in the existing market, the hen fed with the chicken feed of the present invention can ensure that one hen can lay eggs every day, and the laying rate is as high as 9.75%, so that it can be shown that the chicken feed produced by the present invention can increase the laying rate, and the average weight of the eggs produced by the hen fed with the chicken feed of the present invention is heavier than that of comparative example 1, which indicates that the eggs laid by the hen fed with the chicken feed of the present invention have a larger physique and better quality.

It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
