The broad understanding of the reaction kettle is that the reaction kettle is a container for physical or chemical reaction, and the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-high speed mixing functions required by the process are realized through the structural design and parameter configuration of the container; the reaction kettle is widely applied to pressure vessels for petroleum, chemical engineering, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicines, catalysts and foods, and is used for completing technological processes of vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and the like, such as a reactor, a reaction kettle, a decomposition kettle, a polymerization kettle and the like; the material is generally carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel-based (Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel) alloy and other composite materials.

The feed inlet passes through mount pad and top cap fixed connection, just the feed inlet outer end is equipped with the connector, and the feed inlet passes through connector and outside conveying pipe intercommunication.

The sealing shaft is circular.

The heating pipes all penetrate through the bottom of the kettle body and are communicated with the interior of the kettle body.

After adopting the scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the feed inlet 9 is fixedly connected with the top cover 8 through a bottom mounting seat, a connector is arranged at the outer end of the feed inlet 9, the feed inlet 9 is communicated with an external feeding pipe through the connector, and then the catalyst processing raw materials can be guided into the kettle body 1 for mixing processing; the outer end of the upper part of the kettle body 1 is provided with a convex edge 81, and the convex edge 81 of the upper part of the kettle body 1 is consistent with the convex edge 81 on the top cover 8, when in use, the top cover 8 is assembled with the kettle body 1 through the two convex edges 81 and a plurality of fixing bolts 82, the upper part of the kettle body 1 is sealed, the stirring blades are arranged in the kettle body 1, and the stirring blades are rotationally connected with the speed reducer 12 and the motor 11 through a rotating shaft and a coupler 13; after the catalyst raw materials are added into the kettle body 1, the starting motor 11 is linked with the stirring blades to rotate, the internal catalyst raw materials are stirred and mixed, meanwhile, as the sealing shaft 15 is designed to be circular, and the sealing shaft 15 is fixedly connected with the top cover 8, the position of the rotating shaft penetrating through the top cover 8 is sealed through the sealing shaft 15, the leakage of the connecting part of the rotating shaft and the interior of the kettle body 1 is avoided, and the processing of the internal catalyst materials is influenced; a plurality of heating pipes 6 all run through 1 bottom end wall of the cauldron body and the inside intercommunication of the cauldron body 1, with external heating device and 6 intercommunications of heating pipe, can heat the cauldron body 1 inside through heating pipe 6.
