At present, when a core of a casting sand core is repaired, in a hole forming a cylindrical position of a casting, because a box dividing surface of a mold is positioned in the middle of the hole, a flash is formed between an upper mold and a lower mold, and the flash needs to be repaired manually. The tool commonly used is a file. The disadvantages are as follows: 1. when the burr is used for repairing the core by using a file, the burr can be completely removed only by winding a circle of holes, if only a half edge is scraped, the burr is easy to be repaired incompletely, and a defective product is caused by defects formed after normal production and pouring of the sand core; 2. if the flash is missed, the casting may be scrapped after normal production.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and one of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a core repairing method for a casting sand core, which can rapidly and completely remove burrs from a core hole.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a special tool for repairing the casting sand core.

In order to achieve the first purpose, the invention provides a core repairing method for a casting sand core, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a core trimming rod and arranging core trimming heads matched with the core holes of the sand core at two ends of the core trimming rod, inserting the core trimming rod into the core holes of the sand core, wherein the core trimming heads on the core trimming rod can remove burrs on the wall of the core hole of the sand core; and an anti-tilting supporting mechanism is arranged on the core trimming rod and supported in the core hole of the sand core, so that the axis of the core trimming rod is kept coincident with the axis of the core hole of the sand core.
