s2, forming a V-shaped groove with an angle of 93 +/-5 degrees at the folding position of the enclosure frame paper board, forming a V-shaped groove with an angle of 140 +/-5 degrees at the folding position of the panel paper board, and matching the enclosure frame paper board with the panel paper board after the V-shaped groove is formed in size;

And, the paperboards in the S1 are detected, the following requirements are met, and the paperboards which do not meet the requirements are removed: the water content detected by a moisture meter is 6% +/-1.5%; the caliper thickness is 1mm or 1.5 mm; smoothness of the two sides of the paperboard with the thickness of 1mm is not less than 10S, and smoothness of the two sides of the paperboard with the thickness of 1.5mm is not less than 7S, which are measured by a smoothness tester; the fiber tissue of the paper board is uniform, the edge cutting is tidy, no dirt, wrinkles, sand holes, cracks or hard blocks exist, and no irritant odor exists when the paper board is smelled.

Detecting the special paper in the S1, wherein the special paper meets the following requirements, and the special paper which does not meet the requirements is removed: the transverse folding resistance under the load of 9.81N measured by a folding resistance instrument is not less than 15 times; the texture effect of the special paper is consistent with that of a specified material standard sample; all the special papers have consistent color; the special paper has uniform fiber tissue, no wrinkles, blisters, holes, cracks or hard blocks, and no irritating odor when smelling.

And the side length and the width of the long frame of the enclosing frame paper board are the same as those of the short board of the panel paper board, the length of the short frame of the enclosing frame paper board is the same as that of the long board of the panel paper board, and all the paper boards are straight in four sides, square in four corners, free of adhesion during cutting, free of burrs and free of bevel edges.

In addition, the enclosure frame paperboard and the panel paperboard after the V-shaped groove is formed in the S2 are not broken and have no burrs.
