When tea leaves 4 are stored in the tea leaf packaging box, one end, close to the box opening, of the liner body 1 is fixed through the fixing frame 3, so that the liner body 1 is prevented from shaking in the transportation process, and the stability of the whole structure is improved; similar to the structure of the connecting frame 21, the end of the frame body 1 is connected with the fixing frame 3 through the second matching cavity 31 arranged on the fixing frame 3, and at this time, the fixing block 13 is matched with the second matching groove 321 arranged on the second fixing bracket 32 in the second matching cavity 31, so that the connection between the fixing frame 3 and the pad body 1 is completed; when the tea leaves 4 need to be taken out, the pull groove 34 arranged on the fixing frame 3 is pulled, the connection between the fixing block 13 and the second fixing bracket 32 is disconnected, and the fixing frame 3 is far away from the end part of the pad body 1, so that the connection is disconnected.

When the tea packing box is used specifically, firstly, the packing frame 2 is arranged in the tea packing box, tea leaves are placed in the packing body 1, the slide bar 12 is inserted into the slide groove 221, the packing body 1 is placed at the bottom of the tea packing box through the movement of the slide bar 12 in the slide groove 221, namely, when the packing body 1 is connected with the connecting frame 21, the fixed frame 3 is installed on the packing body 1, and then the tea leaves 4 are packed; when tea leaves 4 need to be taken out, the tea leaf packaging box is unsealed, the fixing frame 3 is taken down, and the tea leaves 4 and the liner body 1 are pulled out of the tea leaf packaging box through the slide bar 21.
