Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of power generation of steam turbines and gas turbines, in particular to an independent manual barring gear and a barring structure.

Background

Steam turbine, gas turbine shafting all need be equipped with the barring gear to eliminate the rotor and prevent rotor from taking place hot bending because of the temporary bending that stops for a long time, and the barring gear generally is motor drive (few use hydraulic drive). However, in order to prevent the electric (or hydraulic) barring gear from being unusable at the time of power failure or other faults, it is necessary that the unit has a manual barring function. The traditional practice in the industry is to add a special wrench at the tail of the barring motor and to drive the motor, so as to drive the barring device to rotate and further drive the rotor. The manual barring function is realized by combining the original barring device, and the manual barring and the original barring device share parts. If the mechanical part of the original barring gear fails, such as a gear, the manual barring function of the unit is lost. At this point, if the unit is in a hot state, no barring gear is available, which would cause the rotor to thermally buckle.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an independent manual barring device and a barring structure, wherein the device does not share parts with the original barring device, can carry out barring even when the parts of the original barring device break down, and can improve the safety of a unit.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

Example 1:

as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, an independent manual barring gear includes a supporting rod 13, a pressing rod 12 rotatably disposed on the supporting rod 13, a push rod 11 rotatably disposed on an upper surface of the pressing rod 12, and a gear 17, a rotation center of the push rod 11 is parallel to a rotation center of the pressing rod 12, a boss 19 capable of contacting with the pressing rod 12 is disposed on a side of the push rod 11 away from the supporting rod 13, and a plurality of teeth capable of being in transmission connection with a top end of the push rod 11 are disposed on the gear 17.

The jigger structure comprises a housing support seat 20, a housing 21 arranged on the housing support seat 20, and two rotor couplers 22 arranged in the housing 21, wherein a gear 17 is arranged between the two rotor couplers 22 and is in transmission connection with the rotor couplers 22, and a support rod 13 is arranged on the housing support seat 20 and is positioned below the side of the housing 21.

When the turning is needed, the pressure rod 12 and the ejector rod 11 are installed in place, and the ejector rod 11 is meshed with the gear 17. As shown in fig. 4, the gear 17 is installed between two rotor couplings 22, here, the installation position of the adjusting shim between the rotor couplings 22, and the gear 17 is installed without the original gear of the electric barring or the hydraulic barring. The thickness of the gear 17 can be matched within a certain range, and the function of adjusting the gasket is achieved, so that the installation of a shaft system is not influenced.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ejector rod 11 is rotated upward to drive the gear 17 to rotate, and the gear 17 drives the rotor coupling 22 to rotate, thereby driving the shafting of the whole steam turbine to rotate. When the gear 17 rotates for a certain angle, the ejector rod 11 is separated from the teeth, the press rod 12 and the ejector rod 11 can rotate downwards, the ejector rod 11 goes around the top point of one tooth and enters the next tooth groove, at the moment, the press rod 12 continues to rotate upwards to drive the gear 17 to rotate, and manual barring is achieved for multiple times in a circulating mode.

Example 2:

on the basis of the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the housing supporting base 20 is provided with the supporting plate 18 for supporting the stay bar 13.

The support plate 18 is used as an installation foundation of the support rod 13, so that the stability of the support rod 13 can be improved, the space below the housing 21 is reasonably utilized, the rooting space on the basis of the steam turbine is not occupied, and the space utilization rate is improved. The pressure generated during turning is transmitted to the housing support base 20, and the housing 21 is not subjected to any pressure, so that additional requirements on the strength of the housing 21 are not generated.

In this embodiment, the support plate 18 is horizontally welded to the housing support base 20. This can improve the strength of connection between the support plate 18 and the housing support base 20, and improve the stability of the support plate 18. A diagonal brace connected between the support plate 18 and the housing support base 20 may be provided below the support plate 18 to further improve the strength and stability of the support plate 18

Example 3:

on the basis of the above embodiment, in the present embodiment, the end of the pressing rod 12 far away from the top rod 11 is connected with the extension rod 14. The use of the extension bar 14 facilitates the control of the rotation of the strut 12, making the operation more convenient.

In this embodiment, the extension bar 14 is sleeved in the compression bar 12. Thereby facilitating the connection or the disconnection of the extension bar 14 and the pressure bar 12 and facilitating the operation when the vehicle is required to be turned. After the barring is completed, the extension rod 14 is convenient to disassemble, so that the extra space is avoided, and meanwhile, the parts are convenient to manage in a unified mode.

Example 4:

on the basis of the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, the pressing rod 12 and the supporting rod 13 are detachably connected through a latch. The ejector rod 11 is detachably connected with the pressure rod 12 through a bolt. Therefore, the press rod 12 and the ejector rod 11 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, after the dismounting, the occupied area of parts is small, and the parts can be conveniently stored and managed.

Example 5:

in addition to the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, the boss 19 is triangular, and the surface of the boss 19 located below is a plane capable of being connected to the surface of the pressure rod 12. Therefore, when the boss 19 is in contact with the pressure lever 12, the contact area between the pressure lever 12 and the boss 19 can be increased, the pressure intensity received by the pressure lever 12 in unit area is reduced, the problem that the pressure lever 12 is bent and deformed under the pressure action of the boss 19 can be avoided, the shape precision of the pressure lever 12 is ensured, and the barring efficiency is prevented from being influenced.

Example 6:

on the basis of the above embodiment, in the present embodiment, the housing 21 is divided into an upper half and a lower half. The barring gear is arranged below the lower half part, and the lower half part of the housing 21 is provided with an opening so as to facilitate the extension of the ejector rod 11 and the pressure rod 12. The upper half part of the housing 21 can be detached to facilitate maintenance, and the use of the barring gear is not affected when the upper half part is detached. The opening of the lower half of the housing 21 is provided with a cover plate, and the opening is closed by the cover plate when turning is not needed.
