The self-adaptive coupling of the invention consists of the following parts: the adapter 1, the rubber pad 2, the drive disc 3, the adapter flange 4, and the mounting screws and washers, etc. are shown in fig. 1.

The mechanical energy output by the engine drives the driving disk to rotate, and then the rubber pad drives the rotating adapter to rotate the input shaft of the generator to do work and generate power. Enough radial and axial clearance is reserved between the driving disc and the adapter and the rubber pad, so that the generator and the engine can be completely adapted to relative displacement in the running process, and the spline of the generator is protected.

The coupler solves the problem of abrasion of the coupler spline and the generator spline, greatly prolongs the service life of the coupler and the service life of the generator, reduces the maintenance work of an airplane, greatly improves the attendance rate of the airplane and reduces the cost.

The self-adaptive coupler disclosed by the invention has been successfully applied to a certain series of unmanned aerial vehicles, the existing test flight data show that the splines of the coupler and the splines of the motor are intact, the service life of the coupler exceeds 100 hours, the maintenance work of the aircraft is simple, and compared with the couplers in the prior form, the cost is greatly reduced.
