Background

Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world, and rice is the staple food in more than 65% of the global population. China is the country with the highest total rice yield, and among numerous grain crops, the total rice yield is the first, which plays a significant role in food production in China.

In recent years, the rice cultivation mode and the cultivation system are respectively changed into direct seeding mode, no-tillage mode and shallow tillage mode, so that weedy rice is seriously generated. Weedy rice and cultivated rice belong to the same species, so that no herbicide can prevent and kill the weedy rice and is safe for the rice at present. In order to solve the problem of the flood disaster of weedy rice in direct seeding fields, crop research institute in Tianjin city successfully cultivates rice varieties resistant to imidazolinone herbicides such as Jinza rice 372 and Jinkuji 818, and establishes a set of prevention and control strategies for preventing and killing weedy rice by matching weedy-resistant rice with broad-spectrum herbicides.

Imazamox belongs to an ALS (acetolactate synthase) inhibitor herbicide, is a post-emergence stem and leaf treatment agent, and is mainly used for preventing and killing annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds in soybean fields. After the weeds are absorbed by stems and leaves, the activity of ALS in vivo is inhibited, so that the biosynthesis of branched chain amino acid is inhibited, the synthesis of protein is inhibited, the cell division is inhibited, and the normal growth of plants is inhibited to finally cause the death of the plants. Because of the advantages of weeding effect on weedy rice, relatively short soil residual period, high activity, safety to people and livestock and the like, the weedy rice herbicide is developed by partial enterprises to be a herbicide for preventing and killing weedy rice by matching with rice varieties resistant to imidazolinone herbicides. In the laboratory preliminary test, however, it was found that high doses of imazamox, an imidazolinone herbicide, were phytotoxic to jin rice 372 seedlings, and therefore, it was necessary to alleviate phytotoxicity by applying a plant growth regulator.

The plant growth regulator has the advantages that the plant growth and development can be influenced and the generation of herbicide phytotoxicity can be relieved by changing the balance of endogenous hormone signal molecules of plants. The product contains various natural plant endogenous hormones, flavonoid catalytic equilibrium components, amino acid compounds, stress tolerance inducers and the like, and can induce crops to improve stress tolerance, increase yield, improve quality, relieve phytotoxicity and the like. The yuanfu seaweed fertilizer is produced by taking seaweed extract as a raw material through a multiple fermentation process, is rich in a large amount of trace elements required by plant growth and a plurality of small molecular active substances such as amino acid, oligosaccharide, polyamine, acid, phenol and the like, can promote the metabolism of crops, stimulate the potential of the crops, increase the yield, improve the stress resistance of the crops and relieve the phytotoxicity caused by herbicide.

According to the invention, through the blending of imazamox and the protection and spraying of the protection after phytotoxicity, the intensive research is carried out, and the results show that the protection and the protection have no influence on the weeding effect of the imazamox on the weedy rice in the direct-seeding rice field, and the phytotoxicity of the imazamox on the Jindao 372 is obviously reduced.

15 weed rice seeds are sown in square plastic pots (7cm multiplied by 7cm) with 3/4 at the bottom and containing mixed soil (clay soil: organic matter 1: 2) with the pH value of 4.5 and the organic matter content of 1.4%, and experiments are carried out under the condition of simulating direct sowing in dry paddy fields. The plastic pot absorbs water from the bottom until the soil is saturated, and then the plastic pot is placed in a greenhouse for culturing (the temperature is about 30 ℃ in the daytime, the temperature is about 20 ℃ in the nighttime, and the natural illumination is performed). And (5) when the seedlings grow to the 1-leaf stage, setting seedlings to 8 plants in each pot. When the leaves grow to 2 leaves, the stems and leaves are sprayed with corresponding dosage. As is clear from tables 5 and 6, when Bifen, Yue Feng and Mexican were applied simultaneously at the 2-leaf stage, the effect of alleviating the phytotoxicity of Jindao 372 caused by 50g or 100g of a.i./Haimazan tobacco was exhibited.

Although the fresh weight inhibition rate of the Jindao 372 after 90g/ha Bibao is added has no significant difference with the fresh weight inhibition rate of the Jindao 372 generated by 50g of a.i./ha methoxyfenamic tobacco, the detoxification effect is 3.29 percent, and the phytotoxicity of the 50g of a.i./ha methoxyfenamic tobacco to the Jindao 372 can be relieved. After 45g/ha and 90g/ha of Bifen is added, the fresh weight inhibition rate of the Jindao 372 is obviously higher than that of the Jindao 372 by singly applying imazethapyr, and the phytotoxicity of 100g of a.i./ha imazethapyr to the Jindao 372 can be effectively relieved. Therefore, the pesticide protection can relieve the pesticide damage of the imazamox to the Jindao 372.

When the euphorbia is added, 450g/ha euphorbia can effectively relieve the phytotoxicity of the imazamox tobacco to the Jinmo rice 372 when the dosage is 50g a.i./ha, the fresh weight inhibition rate is 8.73 percent, is obviously lower than 12.62 percent of the fresh weight inhibition rate of the imazamox tobacco to the Jinmo rice 372 when the imazamox tobacco is singly applied, and the detoxification effect is 3.92 percent. When the dressing is applied to the Yanghe, 450g/ha Yanghe can obviously relieve the phytotoxicity of 50g a.i./ha methoxyfenamic tobacco to the Jindao 372, the fresh weight inhibition rate is 2.07 percent, and the detoxification effect is 10.66 percent. While the 100g of the a.i./haoxymatrine had no effect of alleviating the phytotoxicity of Jindao 372. The fresh weight inhibition ratio of the treatment group to which 900g/ha care was applied was not significantly different from that of the treatment group to which only 50, 100g of a.i./ha methoxyimazethapyr was applied. Therefore, when the Jindao 372 is found to have the phenomenon of green leaf apex, the 450g/ha synergistic effect can remarkably relieve the phytotoxicity of 50g of a.i./ha imazamox tobacco on the Jindao 372.
