Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of massage chairs, in particular to a control method for shoulder finding of a massage chair.

Background

The traditional massager body type detection needs the up-and-down movement of a back massage mechanism, detects the position of a specific part of a human body through the rotation of a crank arm on the massage mechanism, and has long detection time and complex mechanism design. The accuracy and real-time performance are poor. And the body type detection is carried out through a mechanical structure, and corresponding cost is generated.

Chinese patent ZL201821123912.8 discloses a human shoulder position detection device and a massage chair, wherein the human shoulder position detection device includes: the analog-to-digital conversion sampler is connected to a walking motor of the massage chair and is used for sampling the detection current flowing through the walking motor in the movement process of the walking motor; a memory storing an idle current indicating a current flowing through the walking motor in an idle state of the massage chair; the current comparator is connected to the memory and the analog-to-digital converter and is used for comparing the detection current with the no-load current and generating a corresponding comparison result; and the processor is connected to the current comparator and is used for detecting the shoulder position of the human body according to the comparison result. Therefore, whether the shoulder position is touched or not is detected by a current sampling method, and the signal acquisition mechanism is added to perform comparison analysis for each use, so that the detection time is long and the mechanism is complex.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a control method for shoulder-finding of a massage chair, which is used to solve the problems of complicated shoulder-finding and long time of the prior art.

In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides a control method for shoulder finding of a massage chair, wherein a controller of the massage chair is provided with a shoulder data set, n initial shoulder data are pre-stored in the shoulder data set when the massage chair is not initially used, n is greater than or equal to 1, and the controller records the shoulder data of a person massaging each time in the shoulder data set as a data value corresponding to the current number of times of use; the control method for the shoulder finding of the massage chair comprises the following steps:

1) starting the massage chair, wherein the controller of the massage chair receives an automatic program command, the controller judges whether the massage chair is used for the first time, if so, the step 2) is carried out, and if not, the step 3) is carried out;

2) the controller outputs a first driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the first driving instruction enables the massage head to move to a shoulder position corresponding to a data value with the highest frequency in the n initial shoulder data; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the massage head to move upwards, and the step 6 is carried out);

3) the controller judges whether the using times of the massage chair are more than or equal to N, N is equal to N, if yes, the step 4) is carried out, and if not, the step 5) is carried out;

4) the controller outputs a second driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the second driving instruction enables the massage head to move to the shoulder position corresponding to the data value with the highest frequency in the data values corresponding to the last N times of use in the shoulder data set; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the massage head to move upwards, and the step 6 is carried out);

the massage head position adjusting program is as follows: the input unit inputs a regulation instruction to adjust the massage head to move upwards or downwards.

Preferably, in the step 6), when the controller determines that the current position of the massage head is misaligned with the shoulder of the massage person, the controller controls the sound prompt module to output a misalignment prompt tone, or/and controls the display module to display a misalignment signal.

Preferably, the misalignment warning tone and/or the misalignment signal are/is displayed for a certain time, and when the misalignment warning tone and/or the misalignment signal are/is not displayed, the controller stores current data corresponding to the massage head into the shoulder data set as a data value corresponding to the current number of uses.

As described above, the control method for shoulder finding of a massage chair of the present invention has the following beneficial effects: when the massage head is used, the massage head is automatically controlled to move to find the shoulder according to the current use times, if the shoulder position is found inaccurately, the shoulder position can be accurately found only through artificial fine adjustment, the data value corresponding to the position can be recorded, and when the massage head is used next time, the shoulder position used last time is automatically found without manual adjustment, so that the massage head is used for massaging.

The invention judges the current using times through the massage chair controller, selects and controls the massage head to move through the using times, and makes the massage head execute the first driving instruction, the second driving instruction or the third driving instruction, so that the massage head directly moves to the shoulder position of the massage personnel or is close to the shoulder position of the massage personnel, and then selects whether to enter the massage head position adjusting program according to whether the massage head is aligned, namely, the massage head is finely adjusted through manual regulation, and the current data is recorded after adjustment so as to be directly called when the massage is carried out next time; the shoulder alignment detection device does not need to add a mechanical structure to carry out shoulder alignment detection, saves cost, and is high in control precision and easy to use.

The machine core module of the massage chair comprises a walking motor, a knocking motor, a kneading motor, a walking counting module, an amplitude detection module and the like. The walking motor realizes the up-and-down walking function of the movement, namely, the massage head is driven to move up and down under the control of the massage head driver; the kneading motor realizes the function of simulating manual kneading of the machine core; the knocking motor realizes the function of simulating manual knocking of the movement. The walking counting module can be a pulse counting module which realizes recording after the walking motor rotates for one circle. The amplitude detection module detects the kneading amplitude. In the embodiment, the number of turns of the walking motor in each shoulder finding alignment can be recorded by the walking counting module, and the number of turns of the walking motor is used as the current data corresponding to the massage head and recorded as the data value corresponding to the current using number and stored in the shoulder data set.

For the convenience of control, the massage chair further comprises an operation display module, wherein the operation display module comprises a key operation module, a sound prompt module, a display module and an MCU (microprogrammed control unit). The key operation module may be a remote controller 100, as shown in fig. 2, which may perform a function starting operation on the massage chair, an automatic program selecting operation (e.g., pressing a menu key 102 which may display a corresponding selection item on a display screen 101), a manual program selecting operation (e.g., a shoulder position adjusting key 103), and an operation on the up-and-down position of the movement when the massage chair is in a shoulder detection state, etc. The input unit can be an up-down control key on a remote controller connected with the massage chair through signals; namely the key operation module. The input unit can also be a control key in a touch screen connected with the massage chair through signals, and is shown in figure 2. Preferably, the touch screen is arranged on the remote controller or the massage arm of the massage chair. The sound prompt module: when the automatic program runs and the shoulder detection is carried out, the massage personnel can be reminded to manually adjust the massage head to reach the shoulder position of the user through the voice prompt.

In order to implement the massage head position adjustment procedure, in the step 6) of this embodiment, when the controller determines that the current position of the massage head is misaligned with the shoulder of the massage person, the controller controls the audio prompt module to output a misalignment prompt tone, or/and controls the display module to display a misalignment signal. And when the misalignment prompt tone and/or the misalignment signal are not displayed, the controller stores the current data corresponding to the massage head as a data value corresponding to the current use times into the shoulder data set.

Example one

When n is 1, namely 1 initial shoulder data is pre-stored in the shoulder data set when the massage armchair is not used initially, the massage armchair shoulder finding control method comprises the following steps:

1) starting the massage chair, selecting an 'automatic program' through a menu key on the key remote controller 100, or directly pressing an automatic program key 104 on the key remote controller 100, receiving an 'automatic program' instruction by a controller in the massage chair, judging whether the massage chair is used for the first time by the controller, if so, entering a step 2), and if not, entering a step 3);

2) the controller outputs a first driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the first driving instruction enables the massage head to move to the shoulder position corresponding to the initial shoulder data; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the walking motor to move so as to enable the massage head to move upwards, and the step 5 is carried out;

3) the controller judges whether the using times of the massage chair is more than 1, if so, the step 4) is carried out;

4) the controller outputs a second driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the second driving instruction enables the massage head to move to the shoulder position corresponding to the data value corresponding to the last use in the shoulder data set; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the massage head to move upwards, and the step 5) is carried out;

5) the massage head stops moving, the controller judges whether the current position of the massage head is aligned with the shoulder of the massage person, and if so, the normal massage program is directly entered; if the massage heads are not aligned, entering a massage head position adjusting program, simultaneously sounding rhythmically by a sound prompt module to remind massage personnel of entering shoulder position fine adjustment time, wherein a display module generally has corresponding display prompts, the prompt time can be set according to needs and is generally not less than 3S and not more than 15S, and the massage head position adjusting program refers to: the input unit inputs a regulation and control instruction to enable the massage head to move upwards or downwards for regulation until the massage head moves to be aligned with the shoulder of a massage person; when the prompt tone of the voice prompt module is finished and the prompt displayed by the display module is finished, storing the current data corresponding to the massage head as the data value corresponding to the current using times into the shoulder data set, and entering a normal massage program;

6) the massage chair starts to run an automatic massage program; and when the running time reaches the preset massage time, the massage chair finishes the automatic program.

Example two

When the n is 5, namely 5 initial shoulder data are pre-stored in the shoulder data set when the massage armchair is not used initially, the massage armchair shoulder finding control method comprises the following steps:

1) starting the massage chair, selecting an 'automatic program' through a menu key on the key remote controller 100, or directly pressing an automatic program key 104 on the key remote controller 100, receiving an 'automatic program' instruction by a controller in the massage chair, judging whether the massage chair is used for the first time by the controller, if so, entering a step 2), and if not, entering a step 3);

2) the controller outputs a first driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the first driving instruction enables the massage head to move to the shoulder position corresponding to the initial shoulder data; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the walking motor to move so as to enable the massage head to move upwards, and the step 5 is carried out;

3) the controller judges whether the using times of the massage chair is more than or equal to 5, if so, the step 4) is carried out, and if not, the step 5) is carried out;

4) the controller outputs a second driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the second driving instruction enables the massage head to move to the shoulder position corresponding to the data value with the highest frequency in the data values corresponding to the last 5 times of use in the shoulder data set; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the massage head to move upwards, and the step 6 is carried out);

5) the controller outputs a third driving instruction to the massage head driver, and the third driving instruction enables the massage head to move to the shoulder position corresponding to the data value used for the last time in the shoulder data set; the massage head driver receives a second driving instruction to control the massage head to move upwards, and the step 6 is carried out);

N initial shoulder data are prestored in the shoulder data set, wherein n can be set according to needs and can be any natural number such as 1,2,3 and the like.

In summary, the massage chair shoulder finding control method of the invention automatically uses the current times through the massage chair controller, selects and controls the movement of the massage head through the times, makes the massage head execute the first driving instruction, the second driving instruction or the third driving instruction, sequentially makes the massage head directly move to the shoulder position of the massage personnel or close to the shoulder position of the massage personnel, and then selects whether to enter the massage head position adjustment program according to whether to align the massage head, namely, realizes the fine adjustment of the massage head through manual regulation and control, records the current data after adjustment, so as to directly call the next massage; the shoulder alignment detection device does not need to add a mechanical structure to carry out shoulder alignment detection, saves cost, and is high in control precision and easy to use.
