the hot water flushing system is respectively connected with the oily sewage discharge main pipe, the non-oily sewage discharge main pipe and the crushed sewage discharge main pipe and is used for respectively flushing the oily sewage discharge main pipe, the non-oily sewage discharge main pipe and the crushed sewage discharge main pipe;

the high-pressure fresh water flushing system is respectively connected with the oily sewage discharge main pipe, the oily sewage discharge main pipe and the smashed sewage discharge main pipe and is used for flushing the oily sewage discharge main pipe, the oily sewage discharge main pipe and the smashed sewage discharge main pipe respectively.

When the ship kitchen is not used, the valve and the floor drain connected with kitchen equipment are manually closed, the valve connected with the dosing system is closed through the remote control system 103, the communication between the dosing system and the ship kitchen and the discharge main pipe is blocked, then the remote control system 103 opens the electric control valve between the corresponding discharge main pipe and the flushing system, and the corresponding discharge main pipe is flushed. For example, the electrically controlled valve element between the hot water flushing system and the oil-contaminated water discharge main 101a is opened to communicate the two, and then hot water at about 80 degrees is pumped into the oil-contaminated water discharge main 101a, so that the hot water mixed with the oil-contaminated water, dirt and impurities is discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe and the discharge main 101 a. After cleaning, the electric control valve between the hot water flushing system and the oily sewage discharge main 101a is closed, the electric control valve between the high-pressure fresh water flushing system and the oily sewage discharge main 101a is opened, and high-pressure fresh water is pumped into the discharge main 101a to flush residual grease on the pipe wall of the discharge pipe.

After the flushing is completed, the electric control valve between the high-pressure fresh water flushing system and the oily sewage discharge main 101a is closed. The oil-free sewage discharge main 101b and the pulverized sewage discharge main 101c are flushed again according to the same operation method, and will not be described in detail.

The circulation filtration system may be installed in the oily-sewage discharge main 101a and/or in the oily-sewage discharge main 101b, without limitation. In this embodiment, the circulation filtration system is installed in the oily-sewage discharge header 101a and is connected to the oily-sewage discharge header 101b through a pipe. The circulating filtering system comprises a circulating water pump, a grease filtering tank and an electric control valve for controlling the opening and closing of a pipeline. And after the ship kitchen discharge system is washed, circulating filtration is started. The corresponding electronic control valve is opened first to select the discharge main to be filtered, in this embodiment, the oily sewage discharge main 101a is selected to be filtered first, and then the oily sewage discharge main 101b is selected to be filtered. Firstly, an electric control valve in the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101a is opened, then a circulating water pump and a grease filter box are opened, the circulating water pump runs to enable dirt in the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101a to circularly pass through the grease filter box, the grease filter box softens grease in the dirt in an electric heating mode, then the grease is collected to the bottom of the box through a built-in filter, and a person cleans the collected grease until clear water is taken out from a sampling valve, and the circulating filtration is stopped. Similarly, the oil-free sewage discharge main 101b is subjected to filtering treatment, which is not described in detail herein.

The blow-drying system comprises a compressed air pipe and an electric control valve piece used for communicating with a corresponding discharge main pipe, and the compressed air pipe is respectively connected with the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101a, the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101b and the smashed sewage discharge main pipe 101 c. In the specific implementation process, an electric control valve connected with the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101a can be opened firstly to communicate the compressed air pipe with the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101a, and then compressed air is injected into the oily sewage discharge main pipe 101a to blow off stubborn dirt particles on the discharge pipe wall, so that the inside of the discharge pipe is purged completely. Similarly, the purging of the non-oily sewage drain 101b and the crushed sewage drain 101c may be performed, and will not be described in detail.

The remote control system 103 is connected to the valves or devices in the marine galley drain system for remote control thereof. In a specific implementation process, the remote control system 103 is connected to a valve element or a device in the bleeding system through a cable, where the valve element may be an electrically controlled stop ball valve, or any other valve element that can be opened and closed through electrical control, and the device is, without limitation, a circulating water pump and a grease filter tank. The remote control system 103 can control the corresponding systems such as a dosing system, a flushing system and a blow-drying system to work orderly by controlling the opening and closing of an electric control stop ball valve in the ship kitchen discharge system, and the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen discharge system are completed.

Fig. 1 shows only the components of the marine galley drain system of the present application, and the connection and arrangement of the components in the figure is only an illustration, not the actual connection and arrangement of the devices. In order to enable a person skilled in the art to more clearly understand and implement the solution proposed in the present application, the present embodiment is described below in connection with a specific marine galley drain system.

As shown in fig. 2, the member 1 is a grease filter tank, the member 2 is a circulating water pump, the member 3 is a control tank, the members 4 and 5 are electric control ball valves, the member 6 is a stop check valve, the member 7 is a dosing tank, the members 8, 9, 10 and 11 are electric control ball valves, the member 12 is a sampling valve, the member 13 is an outboard electric control wave-proof valve, the member 14 is an electric control ball valve for discharging to a skimmer/grey water tank, the member 15 is an electric control ball valve for discharging to a domestic sewage treatment device, the member 16 is an electric control ball valve, the member 17 is an outboard wave-proof valve, the member 18 is closable, the floor drain member 19 is a stop ball valve, and the members 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 are electric control ball valves. In addition, "DN" refers to the diameter of the tube, for example, "DN 100" indicates that the diameter of the tube is 100 mm. "Δ" is a reducer joint through which lines of different diameters are connected.

In a specific implementation process, when the ship kitchen is used, sewage generated by kitchen equipment such as a double-bucket sink work table, a single-bucket sink work table, a sink, a soup pot, a gas collecting hood water tank and the like is discharged to a grey water tank, a domestic sewage treatment device or an outboard through a discharge pipe and a discharge header pipe, a medicine feeding part 7 for decomposing and diluting the grease is adopted, a part 3 remotely controls an opening part 5 and a part 22, and the medicine is fed into the discharge header pipe through the part 7, the part 6, the part 5 and the part 22, so that the generation and accumulation of the grease are reduced, and the blockage of a kitchen discharge system is prevented; the dirt produced by the dirt grinder is discharged to the outside by the member 17 alone.

When the marine galley is not in use, the marine galley drain system may be cleaned. First, the marine galley drain system is flushed. The closing member 10 and the opening member 21 are remotely controlled by the member 3, then high-pressure fresh water is pumped into the oil-free sewage discharge main pipe to flush residual grease in the discharge main pipe and on the pipe wall, and the flushed grease is discharged to the outside through the member 13.

Finally, the main crushed sewage discharge pipe is washed and cleaned: the closing member 9 and the closing member 20 are remotely controlled by the member 3, the closing member 19 and the opening member 17 are manually operated, hot water of about 80 degrees is pumped into the crushed dirt discharge main pipe, the hot water mixed dirt is discharged out of a board through the discharge main pipe and the member 17, and most of particles and grease in the dirt discharge main pipe and attached to the pipe wall can be discharged through hot water washing. Then, the closing member 8 and the opening member 20 are remotely controlled by the member 3, then high-pressure fresh water is pumped into the drainage main pipe to flush the residual grease on the pipe wall of the drainage main pipe, and the flushed grease is discharged to the outside through the member 17.

Of course, the main pipe for discharging the crushed sewage may be flushed first, and then the main pipe for discharging the oil-free sewage and the main pipe for discharging the oil-containing sewage may be flushed, where the flushing sequence is not limited.

After the flushing is completed, the circulation filtration of the oily sewage discharge system and the oily-free discharge system is started. In this embodiment, the oil-containing sewage discharge system is first subjected to circulation filtration: the member 3 is used for opening the member 4, the member 16, the member 1, the member 2 and the member 25, the member 3 is used for remotely controlling the closing member 23, the member 24, the member 26 and the member 27, the member 2 operates to enable sewage in a drainage main pipe to circulate, when the sewage passes through the member 1, the member 1 collects grease to the bottom of the member 1 through electric heating and a filter, and then a person cleans the grease, so that particles and grease in the drainage main pipe containing the oil sewage are cleaned, and blockage is prevented. Then carrying out circulating filtration on the oil-free sewage discharge system: the member 3 is used for opening the member 23, the member 16, the member 1, the member 2 and the member 24, the member 3 is used for remotely controlling the closing member 4, the member 25, the member 26 and the member 27, the member 2 is operated to circulate sewage in a drainage main, when the sewage passes through the member 1, the member 1 collects grease to the bottom of the member 1 through electric heating and a filter, and then a person cleans the grease. The circulation filtration is stopped until clean water is removed from the sampling valve 12.

Finally, the marine galley drain system is purged. Firstly, purging an oil-containing sewage discharge pipeline: the parts 11, 13 and 26 are opened through the part 3, the parts 18 and 19 are manually closed, the parts 4, 16, 1, 2, 23 and 27 are closed through the part 3, compressed air is injected into the oil-containing sewage discharge main pipe to blow away stubborn grease on the wall of the discharge pipe, and the grease is discharged to the outside through the part 13, so that the inside of the pipeline is cleaned. Then, purging the oil-free sewage discharge pipeline: the parts 11, 13 and 27 are opened through the part 3, the parts 18 and 19 are manually closed, the parts 4, 16, 1, 2, 23 and 26 are closed through the part 3, compressed air is injected into the oil-free discharge main pipe to blow away stubborn particles on the wall of the discharge pipe, and the particles are discharged to the outside through the part 13, so that the inside of the pipeline is cleaned. Next, the crushed dirt discharge line is purged: the manual closing piece 19 and the manual opening piece 17 are adopted, the manual opening piece 9 is adopted, the manual opening piece 3 is adopted, the manual closing piece 8 and the manual opening piece 20 are adopted, then compressed air is injected into the sewage smashing and discharging main pipe to blow stubborn particles and grease on the pipe wall, and the compressed air is discharged to the outside through the manual closing piece 17, so that the inside of the pipeline is flushed.

The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:

1. the ship discharge system has the advantages that the oily sewage discharge main pipe, the oily sewage discharge main pipe and the crushed sewage discharge main pipe are separately arranged, so that different types of sewage are discharged in a classified manner, and blockage caused by the discharge of different types of sewage in the same discharge main pipe is avoided;

2. because in the boats and ships discharge system of this application, remote control system and supplementary clean system collaborative work can effectively clear away sewage, the filth of reserving in the discharge line and high-efficiently wash the discharge line, have avoided the filth to store up and have aroused discharge line to block up, when discharge line blocks up, need not to pull down the pipeline moreover and dredge separately cleanly, have alleviateed and have maintained kitchen discharge system work load.

While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
