Along with the long-term mass exploitation of oil fields, the properties of crude oil are gradually deteriorated, corrosive substances such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, cyanide and the like are generated by impurities such as sulfur, chlorine, oxygen, nitrogen and the like in the crude oil due to heating and the like, the development of a hydrogenation device and the deterioration of a hydrogenation raw material are also serious, the corrosion of reaction effluent air cooler system equipment and pipelines of the hydrogenation device is also serious, and the serious influence is caused on the safety, stability and long-period operation of the device. The equipment corrosion becomes serious gradually in the hydrofining and hydrogenation deterioration processes, and when the corrosion is serious, equipment perforation can be caused, so that the safety operation of the equipment is damaged, and even emergency shutdown can be caused.

The preparation method of the special anticorrosive agent for the gasoline and diesel hydrogenation device comprises the steps of measuring raw materials according to a formula, sequentially adding an organic compound, an organic solvent and desalted water into a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing for 30 minutes at normal temperature, adding m-diazacyclopentene or derivatives thereof under the stirring condition, heating to 60 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1-1.5 hours, adding an alcohol compound, continuously stirring for 0.5-1 hour, discharging and filtering to obtain the product.

(3) the invention can be directly added into the whole corrosion system, has simple and convenient operation for preventing or reducing corrosion and quick effect, and protects the whole equipment system, so that the whole equipment system can be made of cheap materials, the precious materials and the maintenance cost are saved, and the cost is saved.

Example 1:

taking 15% of imidazoline, 35% of ethylenediamine, 20% of organic solvent, 10% of monoethanolamine and 20% of desalted water according to mass percentage for standby application, wherein the organic solvent is formed by mixing diethylene glycol and methanol according to the mass ratio of 1:1, firstly sequentially adding the organic amine, the organic solvent and the desalted water into a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing for 30 minutes at normal temperature, adding m-diazacyclopentene or derivatives thereof under the stirring condition, heating to 60 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1-1.5 hours, adding alcohol compounds, continuously stirring for 0.5-1 hour, then discharging and filtering to obtain the product.
