The oil edge is the traditional process of polishing the edge or the attached three-dimensional contour of the leather product part and coating leather edge oil as decoration. In order to improve the quality of the oil edge, the high-grade leather needs to be subjected to oil edge treatment for many times, and the subsequent operation can be carried out after the oil is completely dried every time. The current drying method of the oil edge is to use a clamp to clamp the leather material and hang the leather material on an iron wire for natural drying. Due to the influence of climate, the airing time is difficult to control, and the quality and the production efficiency of the leather oil edge are greatly influenced.

The drying-machine has obtained the universal utilization in industrial field, and there is the producer to adopt and set up the wire in the drying-machine, puts the clip on the wire in the drying-machine and dries the oil limit, has solved the not easily controlled technical problem of airing time. However, when the leather to be dried is placed in the dryer, the clips need to be manually and one by one pinched off to take off the dried leather in the dryer, then the clips are pinched off one by one to place the leather to be dried on the clips, the operation process of taking and placing the leather needs to be completed by hands in the dryer, the temperature is high, the drying is carried out, the operation condition is severe, and the labor intensity of taking and placing the leather in the whole operation process is high, and the time is long.

The right elastic restoring mechanism 852 includes a right boss 8523 and a right compression spring 8522 disposed below the fixed base 8521; the lower end of a right compression spring 8522 is fixedly connected to a right boss 8523, and the upper end of the right compression spring 8522 abuts against a fixed table 8521; the fixed block 8521 abuts against the upper end plate 815 under the action of the right compression spring 852.

When the locking state of the locking mechanism is released, the button 853 is pressed downwards, the lower end slope 851 of the unlocking part drives the clamping column 813 to slide out of the clamping groove 8421 rightwards, the button 853 is loosened, the right compression spring 8522 pushes the fixed table 8521 to move upwards, and the fixed table 8521 drives the unlocking part to reset upwards.

Further, in order to prevent the right compression spring 8522 from being unstabilized after being compressed, the right elastic restoring mechanism 852 further includes a right compression spring guide member 8524, and the right compression spring guide member 8524 is disposed between the right boss 8523 and the fixed base 8521.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the right compression spring guide component 8524 is an inner guide rod disposed at the axis of the right compression spring 8522, the inner guide rod is disposed coaxially with the compression spring 8522, and the upper portion of the inner guide rod passes through the right boss 8523 and the right compression spring 8522 in sequence and then is mechanically and statically connected to the fixed base 8521.

Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the inner guide rod is a bolt, and the head of the right compression spring guide bolt 8524 sequentially passes through the right boss 8523 and the right compression spring 8522 and then is in threaded connection with the fixed base 8521.

In an embodiment of the present application, the right compression spring guide 8524 may be replaced with a bushing disposed outside the right compression spring 8522, the bushing being disposed coaxially with the right compression spring 8522.

In an embodiment of the present application, the right elastic restoring mechanism 852 can be replaced with the following structure: a protruding block is arranged below the unlocking member 85, an extension spring is connected to the protruding block, the other end of the extension spring is fixed to the clamping plate 81, and the extension spring provides restoring force for the elastic restoring mechanism.

In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping portion of the left clamping piece 821 is provided with a soft rubber 8211; the clamping portion of the right clamping piece 822 is provided with soft rubber 8221. Soft rubber is provided at the clamping portions of the left and right clips 821, 822 to prevent the clips from pinching the leather.

In the embodiment of the application, in order to improve the energy utilization rate, an exhaust fan 4 is arranged below the box body 1; an air duct 3 is connected between the air outlet of the exhaust fan 4 and the air inlet of the air inlet fan 2. The hot air discharged by the exhaust fan 4 circulates to the air inlet of the air inlet and air outlet fan 2 for hot air recycling, so that the energy utilization rate is improved.

In the embodiment of this application, the outside of box 1 is equipped with controller 7, and air inlet fan 2, air exhaust fan 4 and heater 5 all are connected with controller 7 to wind speed and temperature in the control box 1.
