6. The holeless toothed rail railway fastener according to claim 5, wherein said heightening pad (5) is a plastic heightening pad.

7. Holeless toothed rail railway fastener according to any one of claims 6, characterized in that an insulating pad (4) is provided between said barrier (3) and said sleeper (1).

8. The holeless toothed rail railway fastener according to any one of claims 7, wherein said sleeper (1) is provided with grooves (2) on both sides of said toothed rail (6);

an arch structure (12) capable of being clamped in the groove (2) is formed on the insulating pad (4), and a convex strip (10) capable of being clamped in the arch structure (12) is formed on the bottom side of the baffle (3).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a railway fastener, in particular to a nonporous toothed rail railway fastener.

Background

The rack-rail railway is a mountain-climbing railway, one or more special toothed rails are laid in the middle of a common railway track, one or more gears are correspondingly arranged on a bogie of a locomotive running on the rack-rail railway, and when a train runs on the rack-rail railway, traction force and braking force are transmitted by meshing the gears and the racks, so that the problem that the adhesion force of the common locomotive is insufficient on a ramp line is solved, the rack-rail railway has strong climbing capability, and the maximum running line gradient is up to 480 per thousand.

The tooth rail railway is mainly used for railway passenger transportation or coal mine underground auxiliary equipment transportation railway mainly for tourism in mountainous scenic areas. The track has the characteristics of strong climbing capability, small turning radius, good safety, low construction cost and the like, and is widely applied to foreign mountainous areas since 1868 in Washington America, and the track technology is gradually mature after multiple optimization improvements in the period. At present, the initial design of lines is finished in the first tooth rail traffic project from the city river weir to the four girl mountain land traffic project in China, and early construction work is started.

The rack mainly bears the traction force when the train ascends a slope and the braking force when the train descends the slope, and the traction force and the braking force are longitudinal force along the direction of the steel rail, so that the rack fastener is required to have the following three performances:

1) can provide larger longitudinal resistance; 2) because the gear and the rack have certain impact action when being meshed, the rack fastener is required to have better longitudinal elasticity; 3) due to the existence of the track circuit, the insulation performance of the rack rail fastener is good, namely the insulation resistance between the rack rail and the sleeper is high.

The technology of the toothed rail railway is produced, developed and matured abroad, but the toothed rail fastener has obvious defects under the limitation of the technology at that time. The general structure of the rack fastener is shown in fig. 5, holes are drilled on the rack, two angle steels 14 are fixed on two sides of the rack by bolts 15, and the angle steels are fastened by presetting the bolts 15 on the sleepers. This kind of fastener can provide great rack longitudinal resistance, but does not have vertical elasticity, can not effectively reduce impact load in the use, fastener and rack system fragile need punch on the rack just can install the fastener, have reduced rack intensity, and the fastener does not set up the insulation, has certain potential safety hazard to the circuit that has track circuit.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a nonporous toothed rail railway fastener which overcomes the defects of the conventional toothed rail fastener and has the advantages of large longitudinal resistance, good longitudinal elasticity, high insulating property and no perforation of a toothed rail.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a non-holed rack rail railway fastener, comprising: the baffle plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rack rail and detachably arranged on the sleeper, and rubber elastic bodies tightly abutting against the side surfaces of the rack rail are fixedly arranged on the side surfaces of the baffle plates facing the rack rail.

According to the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the tooth rail fastener overcomes the defects of the existing tooth rail fastener, and has the advantages of large longitudinal resistance, good longitudinal elasticity, high insulating property and no punching of the tooth rail.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms of orientation such as "up, down, left, right, front, back, inside and outside" included in the term merely represent the orientation of the term in the normal use state or a colloquial term understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the term, and the longitudinal direction referred to in the present application is the direction in which the rack 6 extends.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a non-apertured toothed rail railway fastener is shown, comprising: the baffle plates 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rack 6, the baffle plates 3 are detachably arranged on the sleeper 1, and rubber elastic bodies 7 tightly abutting against the side surfaces of the rack 6 are fixedly arranged on the side surfaces of the baffle plates 3 facing the rack 6.

Through the implementation of the technical scheme, the holeless toothed rail railway fastener overcomes the defects of the existing toothed rail 6 fastener, and has the advantages of large longitudinal resistance, good longitudinal elasticity, high insulating property and no punching of the toothed rail 6. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: 1. by utilizing the lever principle, when the baffle 3 is fastened, the rubber elastic body 7 in contact with the rack 6 abuts against the rack 6 to generate enough friction force to resist the longitudinal force of the steel rail, wherein the thickness of the rubber elastic body 7 is larger than the distance from the baffle 3 to the rack 6 when the baffle is not assembled, and the thickness of the rubber elastic body is compressed to abut against the rack 6 after the baffle is assembled; 2. by arranging the rubber elastic body 7, the friction coefficient between the rack 6 and the baffle 3 is improved, and meanwhile, the longitudinal elasticity of the rack 6 is provided by utilizing the shearing deformation of the rubber elastic body 7; 3. the rubber elastic body 7 is arranged, so that the insulating property is improved; 4. the tooth rail 6 in the hole type tooth rail 6 railway fastener is tightly propped against the rubber elastic bodies 7 arranged on the two sides, holes do not need to be punched, the tooth rail 6 is fixed through the bolts 15, and the strength of the tooth rail 6 is improved.

In this embodiment, in order to further improve the abutting strength of the rubber elastic body 7 against the rack 6 and provide a more stable longitudinal force, it is preferable that the rubber elastic body 7 extends in a direction parallel to the rack 6. When the rubber elastic body 7 generates shearing deformation when providing longitudinal force, the extending direction of the rubber elastic body 7 is set to be the same as the extending direction of the rack 6, the shearing stress length of the rubber elastic body 7 along the extending direction of the rack 6 can be maximized, the stress strength is higher, and the longitudinal force is more stable.

During assembly, one side part of the rubber elastic body 7 facing the rack 6 is located above the rack 6, the two baffle plates 3 are fastened simultaneously, the baffle plates 3 move downwards along with fastening, the rubber elastic body 7 is driven to move downwards, the rubber elastic body 7 gradually abuts against the side face of the rack 6, the rubber elastic body 7 is compressed, the side face of the rubber elastic body 7 facing the rack 6 is set to be a curved face, smoothness of the downward sliding abutting process of the rubber elastic body 7 can be improved, and the specific structure of the curved face is semicircular.

In this embodiment, in order to further increase the friction coefficient between the rack 6 and the rubber elastic body 7 and improve the performance of the rubber elastic body 7, it is preferable that the rubber elastic body 7 is a rubber elastic body integrally vulcanized.

In this embodiment, in order to be able to adjust the height of the rack 6 to suit different road conditions, it is preferable that a height adjusting pad 5 is provided between the rack 6 and the sleeper 1. When the fastener is installed, the tooth rail 6 is adjusted to a proper position by the heightening backing plate 5.

In this embodiment, in order to further increase the insulating performance, it is preferable that the height-adjusting shim plate 5 is a plastic height-adjusting shim plate.

In this embodiment, in order to further increase the insulation performance, an insulating pad 4 is preferably provided between the baffle 3 and the sleeper 1.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that grooves 2 are provided on the sleeper 1 on both sides of the rack 6; an arch 12 capable of engaging with the groove 2 is formed on the insulating pad 4, and a protrusion 10 capable of engaging with the arch 12 is formed on the bottom side of the baffle 3. By this arrangement, it is possible to receive lateral forces of the baffle 3.

In this embodiment, in order to further provide a detachable mounting structure of the baffle 3, it is preferable that a first through hole is provided on the baffle 3, a second through hole 13 is provided on the insulating pad 4, an embedded plastic sleeve 11 is provided on the sleeper 1, and an anchor bolt 8 is fastened in the embedded plastic sleeve 11 after sequentially penetrating through a spring washer 9, the first through hole and the second through hole 13, so as to fix the baffle 3 and the insulating pad 4. When the fastener is installed, the tooth rail 6 is adjusted to a proper position by the heightening base plate 5, and then the anchor bolts 8 on two sides of the tooth rail 6 are fastened simultaneously so as to provide enough pretightening force and limit the longitudinal crawling of the steel rail.

The non-hole type toothed rail railway fastener is provided with secondary insulation, primary insulation is achieved through the plastic heightening base plate and the rubber elastic body 7, secondary insulation is achieved through the insulating pad 4 and the plastic sleeve, and the insulating performance is high.

In this embodiment, in order to prevent the height-adjusting tie plate 5 from sliding down along the rail, it is preferable that a limiting groove is formed on both sides of the height-adjusting tie plate 5, and one end of the insulating pad 4 extends into the limiting groove.

The baffle 3 can be arranged as a right-angle plate, the vertical surface of the right-angle plate is arranged close to the side surface of the rack 6, and reinforcing plates can be arranged at the two ends of the vertical surface and the horizontal surface of the right-angle plate along the extending direction of the rack 6, so that the stability is improved.

Certainly, in order to better match with a non-hole type toothed rail railway fastener for use, the toothed rail 6 in the invention can also be arranged in a structure with an isosceles trapezoid longitudinal section, wherein the upper part is narrow and the lower part is wide, so that the toothed rail 6 is difficult to vertically separate after being tightly propped by the rubber elastic body 7.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
