The temperature control switch automatically cuts off a circuit of the heating device after the temperature reaches a set value, so that the oil temperature is prevented from rising too high, and the lubricating performance of the lubricating oil is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the oil temperature is too high.

The filter device 2 includes a strainer portion and a magnetic adsorption portion. The lubricating oil of coming from carrying in the transmission equipment box may have impurity and the iron fillings of large granule, and the filter screen part can filter the impurity of large granule, guarantees that the lubricating oil of export does not contain the impurity of large granule, and the magnetic adsorption part comprises a plurality of magnetic part that are used for adsorbing iron fillings, adsorbs iron fillings, has avoided damaging accurate gear and screw rod pair in the pump body is carried to the lubricating oil of processing via filter equipment 2.

The heating device 1 and the filtering device 2 are preferably detachably mounted, for example, a supporting seat or a supporting frame is fixed in the box body, and the heating device 1 and the filtering device 2 are detachably mounted on the supporting seat or the supporting frame through a bolt connection or a clamping connection, so that the heating device 1 or the filtering device 2 is convenient to detach when the heating device 1 or the filtering device 2 breaks down or is periodically repaired and replaced. The pump device comprises a pump device housing 5 and an electric pump 51 arranged in the housing. A branch is connected to the connection line between the pump unit and the filter 8, and a third valve 6 and a first pressure gauge 7 are provided on the branch. The first pressure gauge 7 is used to monitor the line pressure between the pump unit and the filter, and the third valve 6 is used as a regulating valve, and the pressure in the line can be regulated by controlling the third valve. Preferably, the third valve 6 is an electrically controlled valve, the first pressure gauge 7 is an electronic pressure gauge, and the third valve 6 and the first pressure gauge 7 are electrically connected with the electric controller.

The filter 8 is used for microfiltration. The filter 8 is a precision filter with a filtering precision smaller than 100um, specifically, for example, a precision filter with a filtering precision of 50um and a microporous filter element is adopted, which is not limited, and the precision filter can be selected according to the equipment working condition and the specific requirement on the lubricating oil.

The cooler 9 is used to appropriately cool the lubricating oil. The inlet of the cooler 9 is connected to the outlet of the filter 8. The outlet of the cooler 9 is connected to the device connection 13 via a line. A second pressure gauge 10, a thermometer 11 and a flowmeter 12 are sequentially arranged on a connecting pipeline between the cooler 9 and the equipment interface 13. The second pressure gauge 10 is an electronic pressure gauge, the thermometer 11 adopts an electronic temperature sensor, and the flowmeter adopts an electromagnetic flow sensor. The second pressure gauge 10, the thermometer 11 and the flowmeter 12 are respectively electrically connected with the electric controller. The electric controller is preferably a PLC electric controller. Preferably, the electric controller can also be electrically connected with a display screen and is used for displaying the pipeline pressure value, the temperature value, the flow value and the like on the display screen in a centralized manner.

At low temperature, the oil temperature of the transmission equipment is close to room temperature, and a common pump device can be started only when the temperature is more than 15-20 ℃. The lubricating system with the pump inlet protection device can solve the problem of difficult starting. The operation of the lubrication system with pump inlet protection of the present embodiment at low temperature is as follows:

the lubricating oil in the transmission equipment is extracted through the pump device, the lubricating oil firstly enters a box body of the pump inlet protection device through a system oil inlet 14, the oil temperature is rapidly increased to the temperature suitable for starting the pump in the box body through the heating device 1, and scrap iron and impurities brought in from the transmission equipment are filtered through the filtering device 2. The lubricant then enters the pump unit, which solves the problems of low temperature effects and damage of impurities to the delicate components of the gear or screw in the pump, since the lubricant has been previously well treated. The lubricating oil is then passed through a fine filter 8 to filter out small particulate impurities. And then, the lubricating oil cleaned by the precision filter 8 enters the cooler 8 for cooling, the cooled lubricating oil can be monitored in real time in a pipeline through the second pressure gauge 10, the thermometer 11 and the flowmeter 12 and then is transmitted back to the transmission equipment, so that cleaning and heat exchange are completed, lubricating points and friction pairs in the transmission equipment are well lubricated and cooled, impurities generated by the friction pairs are taken away, and normal work of the transmission equipment and a host machine thereof is ensured.
