1. A contactor production line, comprising:

The contactor is a device capable of rapidly cutting off ac and dc main circuits and frequently turning on and off a large current control circuit, and therefore, is often used for a motor as a control target and also for controlling electric loads such as plant equipment, electric heaters, machine tools, and various electric power units.

The contactor is assembled by a plurality of spare and accessory parts, the assembly of the base, the iron core assembly, the coil structure, the contact support, the moving contact, the static contact, the arc extinguishing part, the screw and other spare and accessory parts is required to be completed in the production process, these components require sequential assembly, e.g., advanced assembly of the moving contacts, armature, contact support, loading of the arc extinguishing member onto the base, then the contact support is arranged in the base, then the assembly of the static contact on the base is completed, in addition, a magnetic yoke, a base, a coil structure, a sliding plate and the like are assembled into a base assembly, finally the base and the base are assembled in a closing way to form the contactor, the existing contactor production process is a linear production line, the whole assembly process is completed manually, this requires a large number of skilled workers, and the contactor production process has the following problems in practical use: 1. the production line has a large number of staff components, difficult recruitment, high management difficulty and low production efficiency, and the production cost of the contactor is high and the market competitiveness is low along with the increase of the labor cost; 2. the occupied space of the linear water flow production line is large, the number of the formed contactors is large, the required time for assembling the contactor product from the whole assembly line is long, and particularly, when one assembling process is long in time, other processes need to wait for long time, so that the assembling rhythm is influenced, and the assembling efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the invention aims to solve the technical problems that the production process of the contactor in the prior art adopts a linear production line, occupies large space, has more assembly people, low assembly efficiency and high production cost, and reduces the market competitiveness of contactor products, thereby providing the production line of the contactor, which reduces the operation field, has reasonable process layout, reduces the number of operation workers, reduces the labor cost and the management difficulty, and improves the market competitiveness of products.

the base part assembly line is arranged on the other side of the feeding assembly table opposite to the base part assembly line and is used for manually and/or automatically assembling the magnetic yoke assembly and the coil assembly on the base and assembling the magnetic yoke assembly and the coil assembly to form a base semi-finished product;

the middle assembly line is connected between the base piece assembly line and is positioned at the middle arc end of the feeding assembly table, and the middle assembly line is used for assembling the base semi-finished product piece and the base semi-finished product piece into a contactor finished product; the contactor assembly line comprises a base part assembly line, an intermediate assembly line and a base part assembly line, wherein a U-shaped flow channel structure extends between the base part assembly line, the intermediate assembly line and the base part assembly line, and is used for receiving the base semi-finished product part and guiding the base semi-finished product part and the base semi-finished product part to be conveyed to the intermediate assembly line to finish the assembly of the contactor finished product.

In the contactor production line, the contactor production line further comprises a discharge channel communicated with the flow channel structure on the intermediate assembly line, and the discharge channel obliquely extends to the opening end of the feeding assembly table along one side or two side edges of the U-shaped section.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The present embodiment is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

the present embodiment provides a contactor production line as shown in fig. 1 to 11, including:

the feeding assembly table 1 is arranged in a U-shaped structure, and a U-shaped interval 11 is formed at the inner side of the feeding assembly table;

a base piece assembly line 2 which is arranged on one side of the feeding assembly table 1 and is used for manually and/or automatically assembling the armature piece, the contact piece and the arc extinguishing piece on the base and assembling the armature piece, the contact piece and the arc extinguishing piece to form a base semi-finished piece;

a base member assembly line 3 which is arranged on the other side of the feeding assembly table 1 opposite to the base member assembly line 2 and is used for manually and/or automatically assembling the magnetic yoke assembly and the coil assembly on the base and assembling the magnetic yoke assembly and the coil assembly to form a base semi-finished product;

an intermediate assembly line 4 connected between the base member assembly line 2 and the base member assembly line 3 and located on a middle section of the feed assembly table 1, the intermediate assembly line 4 being used for assembling the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product into a contactor finished product; the base part assembly line 2, the middle assembly line 4 and the base part assembly line 3 are provided with a U-shaped flow channel structure 5 in an extending mode, the flow channel structure 5 is used for receiving the base semi-finished product parts and guiding the base semi-finished product parts and the base semi-finished product parts to be conveyed to the middle assembly line 4 to finish the finished product final assembly of the contactor.

In the above embodiment, the base member assembly line 2, the intermediate assembly line 4, and the base member assembly line 3 are arranged along the U-shaped interval contour shape on the supply assembly table, the contactor product is divided into the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product by the base member assembly line and the base member assembly line for synchronous assembly, the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product are bidirectionally conveyed to the intermediate assembly line 4 by the U-shaped flow path structure 5, and then the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product are assembled to form the contactor finished product by the intermediate assembly line, so that the base member assembly line 2 and the base member assembly line 3 independently complete the assembly of the respective parts, and finally the intermediate assembly line completes the assembly, thereby reducing the waiting time of the assembly process, improving the overall assembly progress, and making the time for completing the assembly of one product shorter, the design of the U-shaped production line reduces the operation field, provides a manual and mechanical automatic combined assembly mode, has reasonable process layout, smooth connection among the processes and high assembly efficiency, obviously reduces the number of operation workers, reduces the labor cost and the management difficulty, and improves the competitiveness of contactor products.

In order to transfer the final assembled contactor products to the outside of the feed assembly station 1, the contactor production line according to the present embodiment further comprises a discharge channel 6 communicating with the flow channel structure 5 on the intermediate assembly line 4, the discharging channel 6 extends to the U-shaped opening end of the feeding assembly table along one side or two side edges of the U-shaped section 1 in an inclined way, the flow channel structure 4 plays a role in guiding and feeding materials of the contactor and the finished assembly part, can prevent the material mixing and disorderly arrangement from influencing the assembly efficiency, is communicated with the flow passage structure on the intermediate assembly line through the discharge passage 6, after the contactor finished product finishes final assembly at the middle assembly line, take out the contactor finished product from the feed assembly bench along the discharge passage 6 that the slope set up, avoid the contactor finished product to take place to pile up the phenomenon at the feed assembly bench, do not influence other assembly processes.

As a specific structural arrangement, the flow channel structure 5 includes two straight line channels 51 extending in parallel through the base member assembly line 2 and the base member assembly line 3, and referring to fig. 1-3, the discharge channel 6 is arranged in a staggered manner with an included angle with one of the straight line channels 51, so that the finished contactor product slides out along the discharge channel toward the open end of the U-shaped section in a gradually inclined downward trend, and the finished contactor product is not higher than the table top of the feed assembly table when passing through the base member assembly line 2 or the base member assembly line 3, and can be smoothly transferred to the outside of the feed assembly table 1, thereby reasonably optimizing the space, not causing any influence on the assembly process on the base member assembly line 2 or the base member assembly line 3, and being reasonable in design and reliable in coordination.

The specific arrangement of the assembly line of the base members will be described in detail below with reference to figures 1 to 7:

the base component assembly line 2 comprises an armature component assembly unit 21, an arc extinguishing component assembly unit 22 and a contact component assembly unit 23 which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, fig. 11 herein shows an assembled first base component a, wherein a1 represents a base provided with an armature, a contact support, an arc extinguishing component and a contact component, the armature component assembly unit 21 is used for assembling the armature, the contact support and the base to form a first base component, further, the arc extinguishing component assembly unit 22 is used for assembling a plurality of arc extinguishing components on the base of the first base component to form a second base component, the second base component is continuously transferred to the contact component assembly unit 23 along a runner structure 5, and finally, a plurality of contact components are assembled on the base through the contact component assembly unit 23 to form the base semi-finished product, the contact components comprise a main static contact and an auxiliary static contact, the material pulley structure 24 of at least one slope is equipped with between armature subassembly assembly unit 21 and arc extinguishing member assembly unit 22, through material pulley structure 24 can receive the material box that is equipped with assembly materials such as contact, arc extinguishing member, armature and base, also can release the material box that is equipped with waste material, makes things convenient for staff's taking and assembly, guarantees pay-off timeliness and orderliness.

Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the arc extinguishing member assembling unit 22 includes a rivet arc extinguishing member device 7 provided at one side of the runner structure and configured to simultaneously mount a plurality of arc extinguishing members on a base, and the rivet arc extinguishing member device 7 includes:

a mounting housing 71 comprising a receiving cavity 75 opening towards the flow passage structure 5,

a movable support table 72 which can move in and out of the accommodation chamber 75 through a rail structure and on which a plurality of push rods 73 are arranged;

an elastic riveting table 74 elastically connected to the plurality of lift pins 73, and including a plurality of protruding ends 741 provided at intervals, and a hollow groove 742 provided with a plurality of end portions of the protruding ends and adapted to the lift pins 73 to be inserted; the arc extinguishing piece is sleeved on the protruding end 741 corresponding to the hollow groove and corresponds to an arc extinguishing groove of a base arranged on the elastic riveting platform 74;

the driving press block is movably arranged in the accommodating cavity 75 in the vertical direction, is driven by the air cylinder to move up and down (the driving press block is not shown in the drawing), and applies pressure to the elastic riveting table 74 through a pressing base in the pressing process so that the ejector rod 73 pushes the arc-extinguishing piece to be clamped into the arc-extinguishing groove.

Through the structure, when the base and the arc extinguishing piece are assembled into a second base component, a plurality of arc extinguishing pieces are sleeved on the protruding end of the elastic riveting table 74, then the base is installed on the elastic riveting table 74, a plurality of arc extinguishing grooves of the base are just opposite to the arc extinguishing pieces up and down, the driving press block downwards abuts against the base to apply pressure on the elastic riveting table, the ejector rod 73 pushes the arc extinguishing pieces through the hollow groove tops in the process of pressing down the elastic riveting table, the arc extinguishing pieces are synchronously clamped into the arc extinguishing grooves of the base, the elastic riveting table 74 can automatically and elastically reset to the initial position after moving on the driving press block, the next riveting operation of the arc extinguishing pieces is convenient, the arc extinguishing piece riveting installation device 7 can realize the riveting installation of the arc extinguishing pieces at one time, the operation is simple and convenient, the time and the labor saving are saved, the assembly accuracy is high, the base cannot be collided and damaged, and the assembly efficiency is high.

In order to realize the rapid assembly of the plurality of contact pieces on the base on the contact piece assembly unit 23 and reduce the labor intensity, as shown in fig. 6-7, the contact piece assembly unit 23 includes a contact assembly device 8 disposed on one side of the flow channel structure, and the contact assembly device 8 is used for assembling the plurality of contact pieces on the base of the second base assembly to form a base semi-finished piece.

As a specific structural arrangement, the contact assembling device 8 includes a base table 81, a pushing mechanism and a driving cylinder 86, wherein the base table 81 is provided with a positioning groove 82 capable of accommodating the base; the pushing mechanism comprises two driving blocks 83 which face the two ends of the positioning groove 82 and are arranged on the base platform in a relatively movable mode, a plurality of contact guide grooves 84 which are arranged on the driving blocks 83 at intervals along the moving direction of the driving blocks, and a plurality of push rod components 85 which are arranged in the contact guide grooves in a reciprocating mode, wherein one ends of the contact guide grooves 84 are arranged opposite to the contact grooves on the base; the driving cylinders are arranged on the base table 81 and connected with the pushing mechanism, the driving cylinders drive the two driving blocks 83 to oppositely clamp the base, and drive the push rod part 85 to push the contact pieces on the contact guide grooves 84 into the contact grooves, the contact pieces are composed of main static contacts and auxiliary static contacts, and the number of the contact guide grooves 84 is four on each driving table and can accommodate three main static contacts and one auxiliary static contact. To sum up, during assembly, the base is positioned and installed in the positioning slot of the base table 81, then the driving cylinder drives the two driving blocks 83 to move in opposite directions and clamp the base, according to the plurality of contact guiding slots 84 opposite to the plurality of contact slots on the base arranged on the driving blocks, the push rod part 85 moves towards one side of the base along the contact guiding slots, the contacts on the contact guiding slots 84 are correspondingly pushed into the contact slots of the base, so that the contacts are assembled on the base to form a base semi-finished product, finally the base semi-finished product is taken down from the contact assembling device and is continuously conveyed to the middle assembling line along the flow channel structure for final assembly, the connection and matching between the upper and lower working procedures are ensured, the operation is simple, convenient, time and labor are saved, the plurality of contacts can be synchronously installed into the contact slots at two ends of the base in one step, and the pushing synchronization and safety of the contacts are ensured, the assembly accuracy is high, improves assembly efficiency.

As shown in fig. 7, two positioning blocks 86 are relatively arranged in the positioning slot 81, the armature mounted on the base is clamped between the two positioning blocks 86 in a matching manner, and is assembled in the cavity of the base through the contact support according to the condition that the armature is assembled in the cavity of the base through the contact support, so that the base can be prevented from deviating and shaking along the two ends of the positioning slot, the positioning matching is reliable, furthermore, a limit baffle 87 is arranged on one side of the positioning slot 81, two adjusting rods 88 which are matched and abutted on the side wall on one side of the base are relatively arranged on the limit baffle 87, the adjusting rods 88 can move towards the side wall close to or far away from one side of the base through a threaded structure, the structure is arranged, the position distance from the base to the left side and the right side of the positioning slot can be adjusted through the adjusting rods, namely, when the base is assembled into, thereby guarantee a plurality of contact grooves on the base and a plurality of contact guide way one-to-one on the drive block, to the base effect of playing the location calibration in the constant head tank, simple to operate is swift, and the installation accuracy nature is high.

The specific arrangement of the assembly line of the base member will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-2:

the base member assembling line 3 includes a yoke assembly assembling unit 31 and a coil assembling unit 32 arranged in sequence from outside to inside, fig. 11 herein shows an assembled second base assembly B, wherein B1 shows a base equipped with a yoke, a slide plate, a susceptor, and a coil structure, the yoke assembly assembling unit 31 and the coil assembling unit 32 are mainly assembled by workers, a yoke, a slide plate, a gasket, etc. are assembled on the base by the yoke assembly assembling unit 31 to form a first base assembly, the first base assembly assembled by the yoke assembly assembling unit 31 is transported to the coil assembling unit 32 along the flow channel structure 5, the coil assembling unit 32 is used for assembling the coil structure on the base of the first base assembly to form a base semi-finished product, the discharge channel 6 extends obliquely through the yoke assembly assembling unit and the coil assembling unit, therefore, the assembly process of the magnetic yoke assembly unit 31 and the coil assembly unit 32 is not affected at all, the design is reasonable, and the coordination is reliable.

The following detailed description of the specific arrangement of the intermediate assembly line is made with reference to fig. 1-2 and fig. 8-9:

the intermediate assembly line 4 comprises a final assembly fixture device 9 for assembling the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product into a contactor finished product, wherein the final assembly fixture device 9 comprises a limiting block assembly 91, a driving structure and an electric tool gun, the limiting block assembly 91 is arranged on one side of an arc-shaped curve of the flow channel structure 5, at least one limiting groove area 92 for limiting and accommodating the base semi-finished product is arranged between the limiting block assemblies 91, the limiting groove area 92 is communicated with the arc-shaped curve, one end of the discharge channel 6 is communicated with the arc-shaped curve, so that the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product can be directly pushed into the limiting groove area 92 from the arc-shaped curve, and the finished product discharge can be directly completed along the discharge channel 6 after the contactor finished product is finally assembled; further preferably, the driving structure comprises at least one group of pressing rods 93 erected above the limiting groove region 92 and capable of vertically moving up and down, the pressing rods 93 are provided with guide through holes 94 capable of placing fasteners, and the pressing rods 93 are pressed against the base of the base semi-finished product when descending; the electric tool gun penetrates the guide through hole 94 to fixedly penetrate a fastener between the base semi-finished product piece and the base semi-finished product piece, and the fastener is a screw. Through the structure, the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product are vertically arranged in the limit groove area 92 in a matching way, the base semi-finished product is limited through the limit groove area, then the pressing rod 93 is driven to be pressed down and abutted on the base of the base semi-finished product, so that the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product are mutually extruded and folded together, the base and the base are respectively provided with the threaded holes corresponding to the pressing rod 93, just the guide through holes in the pressing rod are communicated with the threaded holes, the fastening piece is driven into the position between the base and the base through the electric tool gun penetrating into the guide through holes of the pressing rod 93, the base semi-finished product and the base semi-finished product are kept in fastening connection to form a contactor finished product, the guide through hole is designed to play a role in guiding and mounting for the fastening piece, and the fastening piece is prevented from being driven to the edge of the threaded hole of the base to damage the base, avoid causing the material to destroy, be favorable to promoting assembly efficiency and reduction in production cost.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the limiting groove region 92 faces away from one end of the arc-shaped curve, and a height limiting structure is provided at one end of the arc-shaped curve, and due to the fact that a counter spring is installed between the base and the base, the base semi-finished product can be bounced by a certain height, the connection height between the base and the base can be limited within a set distance through the height limiting structure, so that the fastening and installation of subsequent screws are facilitated, wherein the height limiting structure comprises a supporting plate 95 fixed on the feeding assembly table and an L-shaped limiting plate 96 arranged on the supporting plate, the L-shaped limiting plate 96 is movably adjusted in the height direction of the supporting plate 95 through an adjusting bolt structure, and abuts against the top of the base through the L-shaped limiting plate 96, so that the phenomenon that the base is severely rocked or inclined and falls during.

As shown in figure 1, the feeding assembly table 1 comprises a mounting support arranged around the base member assembly line 2, the intermediate assembly line 4 and the base frame assembly line 3, wherein a plurality of layers of inclined feeding plates 12 are arranged on the mounting support, so that when materials are lacked and supplemented, the corresponding materials can be directly conveyed to the corresponding assembly stations through the feeding plates, and the connection reliability of the assembly process is ensured.
