Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage treatment tank and a sewage treatment system.

Background

At present, sewage is generated in various fields such as buildings, agriculture, traffic, energy, petrifaction, environmental protection, urban landscape, medical treatment, catering and the like, and in order to purify the sewage to meet the requirement of discharging the sewage into a certain water body or reusing the sewage, the sewage is generally required to be purified.

In the sewage treatment, large-block-shaped substances in the sewage are removed firstly to ensure the sewage treatment effect and the smoothness of subsequent pipelines; the large impurities are usually filtered by using the grating, but after the traditional grating is used for a period of time, some impurities may remain in the filtering holes, and the water flow capacity of the grating is reduced after the impurities are left for a long time, so that the sewage treatment efficiency is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a sewage treatment tank and a sewage treatment system, which can remove residual impurities in filter holes and ensure the water flow capacity.

A wastewater treatment basin according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the invention comprises: the pool body is provided with a pool cavity, one side wall of the pool cavity is provided with a sundry outlet, and the bottom outline of the sundry outlet is V-shaped; the filtering plates are arranged in the tank cavity and provided with filtering holes, the two filtering plates are symmetrically arranged and divide the tank cavity into an upper part and a lower part, the two filtering plates are arranged downwards towards a symmetrical central line, and the upper surfaces of the two filtering plates are flush with the V-shaped profile at the bottom of the sundries outlet; the movable plate is movably connected to the bottom of the filter plate and provided with a top column, and the top column can move along with the movable plate and is inserted into the filter hole so as to eject impurities in the filter hole; the push plate is movably arranged above the filter plate and can movably push sundries on the filter plate out of the sundry outlet; and the sealing door is movably arranged at the sundry outlet so as to realize the opening and closing of the sundry outlet.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a sewage treatment tank according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a tank body 100, a filter plate 200, a movable plate 300, and a push plate 400.

The tank body 100 is provided with a tank cavity 110, one side wall of the tank cavity 110 is provided with a sundries outlet 120, and the bottom contour of the sundries outlet 120 is V-shaped; the filter plates 200 are arranged in the pool cavity 110 and provided with filter holes 210, two filter plates 200 are symmetrically arranged and divide the pool cavity 110 into an upper part and a lower part, the two filter plates 200 are arranged downwards towards a symmetrical central line, the symmetrical central line extends along the plumb direction, and the upper surfaces of the two filter plates 200 are flush with the V-shaped profile at the bottom of the sundries outlet 120; the movable plate 300 is movably connected to the bottom of the filter plate 200, the movable plate 300 is provided with a top pillar 310, and the top pillar 310 can move along with the movable plate 300 and is inserted into the filter holes 210 to eject the impurities in the filter holes 210; it is conceivable that the top pillars 310 and the filtering holes 210 are in one-to-one correspondence in number and position, and in addition, in order to avoid structural interference, the top pillars 310 and the filtering holes 210 have a certain gap, and the outer end edges of the top pillars 310 are provided with chamfers, so that the top pillars 310 can smoothly rotate to enter the filtering holes 210; the push plate 400 is movably arranged above the filter plate 200 and can movably push the sundries on the filter plate 200 out of the sundries outlet 120; the sealing door 600 is movably arranged at the sundries outlet 120 to realize the opening and closing of the sundries outlet 120. According to the sewage treatment tank provided by the invention, impurities are filtered by utilizing the two filter plates 200, the two filter plates 200 are inclined downwards towards the middle, so that the impurities are automatically concentrated in the middle of the two filter plates 200, and the impurities are pushed out by utilizing the push plate 400; the movable plate 300 moves to insert the top pillar 310 into the filter hole 210, and after the impurities in the filter hole 210 are ejected, the impurities are prevented from being accumulated in the filter hole 210; ensuring the water circulation capacity and the sewage treatment efficiency.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the movable plate 300 is hinged to the filter plate 200, the filter plate 200 is provided with a hinge seat, the movable plate 300 is provided with a hinge portion corresponding to the hinge seat, and the hinge portion and the hinge seat are provided with corresponding hinge holes and are hinged by means of hinge shafts. A pulling rope 341 is connected to one side of the movable plate 300 away from the hinge, and a through hole 220 for the pulling rope 341 to pass through is formed in one side of the filter plate 200 away from the hinge. When the impurities in the filtering holes 210 need to be removed, the movable plate 300 can be operated to move by pulling the pulling rope 341, so that the movable plate 300 moves from the state of fig. 3 to the state of fig. 2; the top pillars 310 of the movable plate 300 are inserted into the filter holes 210 to eject the impurities therein, and then the ejected impurities are flushed to be accumulated between the two filter plates 200 by manually or automatically operating a water gun and finally pushed out by the push plate 400. In order to facilitate the connection of the pulling rope 341 with the movable plate 300, as shown in fig. 6, the movable plate 300 is provided with a loop hook 320 for connecting the pulling rope 341. In order to prevent the perforation 220 from being blocked by the foreign substances to interfere with the pulling rope 341, the movable plate 300 is hinged to the inclined lower end of the filter plate 200, and the perforation 220 is provided at the higher side of the filter plate 200.

Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the movable plate 300 is provided with a limiting block 330, the limiting block 330 is capable of moving along with the movable plate 300 to abut against the bottom of the filter plate 200, and when abutting against the bottom of the filter plate 200, the upper end of the top pillar 310 is flush with the upper surface of the filter plate 200, the limiting block 330 is used for limiting the moving stroke of the movable plate 300, the limiting block 330 can prevent the movable plate 300 from continuing to rotate, so that when the limiting block 330 abuts against the bottom of the filter plate 200, the upper end of the top pillar 310 is flush with the upper surface of the filter plate 200, the filter plate 200 prevents impurities from partially remaining in the filter holes, and the top pillar 310 does not protrude out of the filter.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in a further embodiment of the invention, the filter panel 200 is provided with a first pulley 230 for winding a rope 341 that passes through the perforation 220; the top end of the side wall of the tank body 100 is provided with a pulley block 140 for the pulling rope 341 to wind out of the tank body 100. The pulley block 140 extends outwards from the upper end of one side of the pool cavity 110 to the outside of the pool cavity 110, and a second pulley 141 is installed at both ends of the pulley block 140 for the rope 341 to wind. One end of the pulling rope 341 extending out of the pool cavity 110 is connected to a rotating roller 340, and the rotating roller 340 can be rotated by manually rotating the rotating roller 340 or by driving the rotating roller 340 by a motor so as to realize the movement of the movable plate 300.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, a pushing portion 410 capable of being inserted into the debris outlet 120 is disposed on a side of the pushing plate 400 facing the debris outlet 120, so as to prevent a portion of the debris from staying at the debris outlet 120, the pushing portion 410 is configured to match the debris outlet 120 in contour to push the entire debris out of the sidewall of the tank 100, and a receiving container may be disposed below the debris outlet 120 to receive the filtered debris.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the guide rods 150 are installed in the pond chamber 110, the movable plate 300 is provided with guide holes 420 through which the guide rods 150 pass, the guide rods 150 extend in the front-rear direction, and the movable plate 300 can slide along the guide rods 150 to push the sundries on the filter plate 200 out of the sundry outlet 120. The cooperation of the guide bar 150 with the guide hole 420 realizes sliding guide.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the guide bar 150 is provided at both ends thereof with mounting blocks 151, and opposite inner walls of the tank chamber 110 are provided with caulking grooves 111 into which the mounting blocks 151 are fitted. Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, a mounting frame 130 is installed in the tank chamber 110, and the mounting frame 130 includes a cross bar 132 and two sets of slanted bars 131 for supporting the filter plate 200; the two groups of the oblique strips 131 are respectively fixed on two opposite inner walls of the tank cavity 110, specifically, the two groups of the oblique strips 131 are respectively fixed on the front and rear side walls of the tank cavity 110, and the two oblique strips 131 of the same group are arranged in a V shape; the both ends of horizontal bar 132 are connected in the V type point department of two sets of gibs 131, and the both sides of horizontal bar 132 respectively with two filter 200's downward sloping end counterbalance, support and fix a position the slope end of filter 200 through horizontal bar 132.
