The method for preparing the high-adhesion environment-friendly printing sheet according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: coating the release layer on the substrate; forming a hardened layer on the surface of the release layer by screen printing or offset printing; coating the surface of the hardened layer to form an ink precipitation layer; the ink precipitation layer forms a printing layer; forming an easy-adhesion layer on the printing layer; a step of applying a curable resin composition to the easy-adhesion layer to form an uncured surface protection layer; and a step of crosslinking and curing the curable resin composition of the uncured surface protective layer.

The invention relates to the field of printing sheets, in particular to a high-adhesion environment-friendly printing sheet.

Background

In recent years, diversification of printed products has required printing on a wide variety of sheet materials; for example: paper, synthetic paper, polymer films such as thermoplastic resin films, metal foils, metalized plates, etc., and printing objects are printed by methods such as offset printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, and letterpress printing, and among these printing methods, the hardened film method thereof has become very popular in recent years because the hardened film can harden the ink rapidly, tending to make the method of hardening the ink use excellent in workability, however, the existing printing sheet has poor adhesion, affecting the printing quality.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a high-adhesion environment-friendly printing sheet and a preparation method thereof, and provides the high-adhesion printing sheet.

The invention provides the following technical scheme:

a high adhesion environmentally friendly printing sheet comprising: the ink-jet printing ink comprises a substrate mainly composed of a basic water-insoluble thermoplastic organic polymer, wherein a release layer, a hardening layer, an ink precipitation layer, a printing layer, an easy-bonding layer and a protective layer are arranged on the substrate at one time; the ink precipitation layer contains hydrated alumina, a water-soluble binder; the toner for the printing layer contains a crystalline polyester resin with electronegativity, and the average particle diameter D50 (volume) is in the range of 20-50 μm.

Preferably, the base body is made of polyethylene terephthalate.

Preferably, the printing layer comprises a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate/acrylic copolymer resin containing carbon black.

Preferably, the easy adhesion layer contains a cured product of a 2-liquid curable polyurethane resin.

Preferably, the protective layer is a surface protective layer obtained by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition.

Preferably, the protective layer is formed by crosslinking and curing a curable resin composition.

Preferably, the printing layer is a full-color printing layer.

A manufacturing method of a high-adhesion environment-friendly printing sheet comprises coating a release layer on a substrate; forming a hardened layer on the surface of the release layer by screen printing or offset printing; coating the surface of the hardened layer to form an ink precipitation layer; the ink precipitation layer forms a printing layer; forming an easy-adhesion layer on the printing layer; a step of applying a curable resin composition to the easy-adhesion layer to form an uncured surface protection layer; and a step of crosslinking and curing the curable resin composition of the uncured surface protective layer.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:

the invention is provided with an easy-bonding layer and a protective layer to ensure the adhesive force of the printing sheet; the ink precipitate layer and the toner containing the negatively chargeable crystalline polyester resin improve the fixing property of the printing sheet, the resistance to deformation during cooling, and the retaining property of the image forming toner.

Detailed Description

The specific implementation mode of the invention is as follows:

referring to the drawings, a high adhesion environment-friendly printing sheet comprises: the matrix 1 mainly comprises a matrix 1 which is basically made of 1 water-insoluble thermoplastic organic polymer, wherein the matrix 1 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, the polyethylene terephthalate is widely applied and belongs to degradable and recyclable materials, and the polyethylene terephthalate has certain crystal orientation capability and higher film forming property and flexibility. The polyethylene terephthalate has good optical performance and weather resistance, and the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate has good optical transparency. In addition, the polyethylene terephthalate has excellent abrasion and friction resistance and dimensional stability; in order to improve the adhesion between the substrate 1 and another layer, one or both surfaces of the substrate 1 may be subjected to an easy adhesion treatment such as a physical surface treatment such as an oxidation method or a roughening method, or a chemical surface treatment, as necessary.

The substrate 1 is provided with a release layer 2, a hardening layer 3, an ink precipitation layer 4, a printing layer 5, an easy bonding layer 6 and a protective layer 7 at one time; the ink-precipitating layer 4 contains hydrated alumina, a water-soluble binder; the toner for the printing layer 5 contains a crystalline polyester resin with electronegativity, and the average particle diameter D50 (volume) is in the range of 20-50 μm.

The composition of the ink-settling layer 4 may include an adhesive resin, and may include, for example, at least one selected from the group consisting of a silicone resin, a Polyurethane (PU) resin, a melamine resin, a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) resin, and an acrylic (acrylic) resin. Further, the composition constituting the ink-settling layer 4 may further include an ink primer (primer). The ink primer is used for good precipitation of the ink, and preferably may be selected from components contained in the ink used for forming the printed layer 5.

The printing layer 5 comprises a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate/acrylic copolymer resin containing carbon black; the printing layer 5 is a full-color printing layer; the easy adhesion layer 6 contains a cured product of 2-liquid curable polyurethane resin; the protective layer 7 is a surface protective layer obtained by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition; the protective layer is formed by crosslinking and curing a curable resin composition.

Examples of the thermosetting resin used in the thermosetting resin composition for forming the surface protection layer 15 include thermosetting resins such as polyester resins, epoxy resins, thermosetting urethane resins, aminoalkyd resins, melamine resins, guanamine resins, urea resins, and thermosetting acrylic resins. Among them, a thermosetting urethane resin can be suitably used.

A manufacturing method of a high-adhesion environment-friendly printing sheet comprises coating a release layer 2 on a substrate 1; a hardened layer 3 is printed and formed on the surface of the release layer 2 by screen printing, offset printing or other printing modes; the hardened layer 3 is coated on the surface to form an ink precipitation layer 4; the ink-deposited layer 4 forms a printed layer 5; forming an easy adhesion layer 6 on the printing layer 5; a step of applying a curable resin composition to the easy-adhesion layer 6 to form an uncured surface protection layer 7; and a step of crosslinking and curing the curable resin composition of the uncured surface protection layer 7.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
