As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the two water inlet passages 200 are respectively a first water inlet passage 201 and a second water inlet passage 202, and the first water inlet passage 201 and the second water inlet passage 202 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the water outlet passage 300; the control part 100 comprises two sealing elements 110, namely a first sealing element 101 and a second sealing element 102, wherein the first sealing element 101 is connected to a first water inlet channel 201, and the second sealing element 102 is connected to a second water inlet channel 202; the connecting rod 130 also has two, respectively a first connecting rod 103 and a second connecting rod 104, the first sealing element 101 is connected to the rotary disk 140 through the first connecting rod 103, and the second sealing element 102 is connected to the rotary disk 140 through the second connecting rod 104. The structure of the mixing valve 1 according to the present invention will be further described with a single-sided sealing member 110 and a connecting rod 130.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the sealing member 110 includes a sealing body 111 and a connecting portion 112, the sealing body 111 is connected to an end portion of the water inlet passage 200, and the water inlet hole 120 is provided on the sealing body 111; one end of the connecting portion 112 is connected to an end surface of the seal body 111, and the other end of the connecting portion 112 extends in the axial direction of the seal body 111 and is connected to the link 130. In an implementation, the connecting rod 130 may be fixed to the sealing member 110 by a fixing structure, or may be integrally formed with the sealing member 110. As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a sliding groove 141 is provided in the radial direction of the rotating disc 140, and a sliding block 131 is provided at the connection end of the connecting rod 130 and the rotating disc 140; the slider 131 is disposed in the sliding groove 141, and the slider 131 can slide in the sliding groove 141. When the rotating disc 140 rotates, the sliding block 131 on the connecting rod 130 can slide in the sliding groove 141 on the rotating disc 140, and the sliding of the connecting rod 130 is converted into the rotation of the sealing element 110, so that the water inflow can be adjusted.

As shown in fig. 1, the transmission rod 160 is connected to the right center of the end surface of the cylinder 150 and extends along the axial direction of the cylinder 150, so as to drive the cylinder 150 to move in the axial direction.

As a preferred embodiment, the outlet channel 300 is located between the plurality of inlet channels 200, as shown in fig. 1, for the mixing valve 1 having two inlet channels 200, the outlet channel 300 may be disposed at the middle position of the two inlet channels 200; for a larger number of mixing valves 1 in the inlet passage 200, the inlet passage 200 may be symmetrical with respect to the outlet passage 300.

Further, the rotating disc 140 is located at one side of the water outlet end face, and the transmission rod 160 penetrates through the rotating disc 140 and is connected with the end face of the cylinder 150. Therefore, the compactness of the whole structure can be improved, and the driving rod 160 can control the rotating disc 140 at the same time, for example, the rotating disc 140 is fixedly connected with the driving rod 160.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a protrusion 161 is formed on a sidewall of the transmission rod 160, a groove 142 is formed on a surface of the rotary disc 140 opposite to the cylinder 150, and the protrusion 161 and the groove 142 cooperate to connect the transmission rod 160 and the rotary disc 140. The projection 161 on the transmission rod 160 is matched with the groove 142 on the rotating disc 140, so that the transmission rod 160 and the rotating disc 140 can be fixedly connected, the transmission rod 160 can control the movement of the barrel 150 and the rotation of the rotating disc 140, and the water inflow of each water inlet channel 200 can be adjusted.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, a protrusion 161 is located between the turntable 140 and the cylinder 150. Therefore, the water mixing valve 1 can be adjusted in water inlet under the condition that the water outlet is opened, and error adjustment is avoided.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the mixing valve 1 further includes a housing 500, wherein a water inlet installation groove 410 and a water outlet installation groove 420 are formed in the housing 500, the water inlet installation groove 410 is connected to the water inlet channel 200, and the water outlet installation groove 420 is connected to the water outlet channel 300; the sealing member 110 is disposed in the water inlet installation groove 410 and rotates in the water inlet installation groove 410; the cylinder 150 penetrates through the bottom of the water outlet installation groove 420, and the opening of the cylinder 150 faces the water outlet channel 300; one end of the transmission rod 160 is connected to the end surface of the cylinder 150, and the other end of the transmission rod 160 extends out of the housing 500.

During specific implementation, the sealing body 111 is circular, and the mounting groove 410 of intaking also is circular, and the external diameter of sealing body 111 equals with the internal diameter of the mounting groove 410 of intaking, plays limiting displacement to sealing body 111 for sealing body 111 rotates in the mounting groove 410 of intaking, with intercommunication each other or cut off with inhalant canal 200. The bottom of the inlet water installation groove 410 may serve as the inlet water spacer 210. The bottom of the outlet installation groove 420 has a moving hole of the cylinder 150, and the diameter of the moving hole of the cylinder 150 is equal to the outer diameter of the cylinder 150, so that the outlet hole 151 of the cylinder 150 can be located in the mixing chamber 400 or only in the outlet channel 300 to connect or separate the mixing chamber 400 and the outlet channel 300.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a protrusion 510 is provided at the connection between the housing 500 and the transmission rod 160, the protrusion 510 protrudes out of the sidewall of the housing 500, a sealing sheet 520 is provided in the protrusion 510, and the transmission rod 160 passes through the sealing sheet 520. Thereby avoiding the occurrence of water leakage and the like and improving the reliability of the water mixing valve 1.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the control unit 100 further includes a handle 170, and the handle 170 is connected to the end of the transmission rod 160 extending out of the housing 500. Thereby facilitating user control of the movement of the drive link 160.

In particular embodiments, the handle 170 may be shaped as desired to facilitate adjustment by being held by a user.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a water heater, which comprises the water mixing valve 1. The mixing valve 1 at least comprises a water inlet passage 200 for inlet of hot water, a water inlet passage 200 for inlet of cold water and a water outlet passage 300 for outlet of water.

Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.
